We had a wonderful experience at the kids club house at the hotel. The team there made our child feel safe, happy, and completely engaged. The staff Bettie, Sasha and Aki were especially attentive and caring, taking the time to connect with my little one and make their activities both fun and educational. Their professionalism and kindness gave us complete peace of mind while our little one enjoyed every moment. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and filled with cheerful energy. We truly appreciate the effort and heart that the staff put into creating such a welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

The resort is big, it was a decent walk to get to the kids pool area from our room in building 1. So I would recommend getting a room near the pool if that’s where you will frequent. Don’t rely on getting an upgrade or change of room as the resort is popular. The rooms are nice and serviced daily. Also there are 3 pools in total and they’re big pools with plenty of pool lounges. The smell around the resort is pretty bad, particularly in the lifts and lobby toilets. The buffet breakfast is amazing 10/10 and the quality of the food is great! There is plenty of restaurants just outside of the resort if you want cheap food. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Kids club is great, my 3 year old and 7 year old has been going for a couple of hours last couple of days. Plenty of kids activities daily. Gym is pretty good with a few machines, free weights, treadmill, and bike; enough to get in a decent work out. Staff even sent up a cake for wife’s birthday. So far, the stay has been pleasant :) also, it’s annoying but the prices don’t include service charges and tax which I think is 17% in total. Would be great just to include it in the pricing.

We had the most wonderful 6-night stay at Centara Karon Resort! The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything is in mint condition — absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained. The resort itself is stunning, and we can honestly say it’s the best room we’ve ever had on any of our vacations to date. A special thank you to Mali from housekeeping, who added thoughtful personal touches every day to make us feel truly welcome. Her kindness made our stay extra special. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday! 🌺

We had an excellent experience thanks to MT at the hotel reception. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He personally guided us to our room, carefully explained all the details, and made sure we had everything we needed. Upon our request, he even arranged a room with the best possible view, which truly made our stay unforgettable. MT checked in on us regularly, always making sure we were satisfied and comfortable without ever being intrusive. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests make him stand out. We were truly impressed by his warm attitude, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent service. MT is an outstanding employee, and thanks to him, our stay was exceptional. Highly recommended!

The recently renovated rooms are very clean and stylish. The pool facilities are great. However, the real highlight of this resort is the kindness and thoughtfulness of its staff. The two entertainers -Nicky and Bettie were very kind to the children and passionate about their work. My daughter loved them very much. Even now, after returning home, my daughter still misses them. SKY at the Lagoon Pool Bar was very friendly and the cocktails and drinks he made were absolutely delicious. My daughter and I were happy because of his smile. The front desk staffs were quick, efficient, and very friendly. Thanks to them, I felt great from the moment I arrived at the resort until the moment I left. Overall, it was a very well-rounded and high-quality resort. The price, location, and facilities were all great, and the level of service from the staff was on par with that of a luxury resort.
