Stayed at this hotel from 27th May till 9th of June. Check in process was smooth. Our room was upgraded from the deluxe to the premiere room. However we are not comfortable with the premiere room as it was isolated with connecting room which was not locked though there is no one staying. Next day we requested to change our room back to the deluxe room with the kids pool view. The room was much better and didn't seems as scary as the first one. Overall impression of the hotel itself looks old. Room wise was okay and comfortable. Furniture and amenities is outdated. My daughter enjoyed the kids pool. Staff was really helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast spread was good and they changed the menu everyday. During out checkout we requested for a late check out till 3pm but they only able to accomodate it to 2pm with the help of Ms. Charlyne. Thank you Centara for making our stay comfortable and hope to return when your back from the renovations.

We came to stay for 2 nights at this hotel. The check--in was smooth but our mood changed when we went to the room which was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We had to drag the luggage up the stair and corridor which was not clean and need somebody to take care the cleanliness. The room was quite large and nice view with pool (but no beach or sea view). The bed was comfy. The bathroom and toilet was quite old and need some improvement. The breakfat was OK with varieties of food but not very tasty. The only best part of this hotel was the staff which were polite, friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel, great food at restaurant and beautiful staff. Kids loved the pool, rooms spacious and well equipped. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, so friendly and helpful. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us when there was an issue with our booking at another hotel. Excellent location near the beach, a night market and many restaurants.

Booked for sea view room but after arrival they told me sea is not visible from there sea view anymore . Then why putting it on a site? Resort is clean, my rooms ac was not good, water dropped the whole night and my luggage, whole floor got wet, they sent technician in no time. Overall helpfull staffs, rooms are big , spacious, location is in the middle of restaurant and few minutes walk to the karon beach. I really had a good time

I couldn't find any faults. Beautiful staff who made sure that we were happy, nothing was too hard. Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job cleaning the room daily and making sure that there was fresh water. Food was delicious. We loved it so much that we will be back next year.
