We really enjoyed our stay at Centara, big thanks to the kind staff that made it pleasant and relaxing on all ends. The hotel is modern (maybe with small exception of older elevators). Reception was kind and attentive. Appreciate the App to ease the communication. The app was offering so many convenient options (like pillow spray for sleeping). The cleaning service was very well done. The food at the breakfast had good variety, especially the eggs, pancakes and fruits sections. There were 3 pool areas with bars that offered different ambiance. The restaurants were offering tasty and well seasoned options for lunch, snacks and dinner (paid). Gym was well equipped. Our highlight was the kids club and the teachers, offering variety of activities. Our daughter loved spending time there especiqlly with Nutty, Kim, Sasha, Betty and Aki. The hotel is also was also in walking distance from beach, restaurants, massage places qnd 7 eleven - very convenient location.

We stayed for 7 nights and were super happy with our stay at Centara. Our spacious room was in the Tropicale wing which has been newly renovated. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot choose from, the staff even made us oat milk lattes every day. We were really well taken care of by the wonderful staff (special thanks to Ai, Sun, Salem, Gate, First, and Lah!). The hotel app was very convenient and room service was quick. The beach was really nice and only a short walk from the hotel. We'd be happy to come back!

I spent two magical nights at these brand-new, stunning villas and absolutely loved every moment. The décor is beautiful, and the lounge is a true highlight—offering tea, soft drinks, and snacks throughout the day, plus a generous happy hour with complimentary cocktails from 5:30–7pm. Breakfast was excellent with an impressive variety to choose from. The property features three pools, each with a different vibe, including a dedicated kids’ pool. Most of all, the staff were exceptional. A huge thank you to Patty, Zackie, Nani, and the entire team for making my stay truly unforgettable.

This resort really made our visit here in Phuket perfect! We were warmly welcomed and every single staff member was kind and generous (they even remained polite with some of the rude guests!). The facilities provided were also great, three different pools, bistro breakfast and special evening events like food buffets! The Villa units were perfect, clean, well maintained, quiet and very comfortable. And we had access to the Villa Lounge, afternoon tea and cocktail hour! Pau and Zackie in the Villa Lounge were so warm and accommodating, nothing was too hard for them! Thanks for looking after us Aussies! When we come back to Phuket, we will definitely stay here again! You must book here, you will not regret it!

Vagabond

The hotel is just renovated, so rooms are comfortable and have modern design (usb c and usb charges, multiple light controls, aircon and fan). The territory is big, and in contrast with noisy streets outsides very calm with lots of plants and palms. Three pool areas, kids and teen clubs - even at high season there is enough space for everyone. Location is awesome, 7 min walk from the Karon beach, not on the main street but surrounded with cafes, restaurants, massage spots of every kind. 7eleven mini-market is just opposite of the hotel, as well fruit street shop with fresh fruit, coconuts and smoothies. Breakfast is a good selection for a 4star - great variety of Thai and European food, service is fast but 5-10 min table waiting can be expected during peak hours, though it depends of number of guests. Pool and indoor restaurants are nice as well but expect x2 price comparing with outside. What can be done better: local app (Centara concierge) is recommended to install upon arrival - though no one replies when you text there (room service or general questions), it’s easier to phone. Pool area and surroundings need to be cleaned more thoroughly every day not just poured with water and small rubbish on the grass should be collected more regularly. In general - we liked the place, it’s modern, comfortable enough to combine seaside time and in hotel activities.
