We stayed for 7 nights and were super happy with our stay at Centara. Our spacious room was in the Tropicale wing which has been newly renovated. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot choose from, the staff even made us oat milk lattes every day. We were really well taken care of by the wonderful staff (special thanks to Ai, Sun, Salem, Gate, First, and Lah!). The hotel app was very convenient and room service was quick. The beach was really nice and only a short walk from the hotel. We'd be happy to come back!

We did a 12 night stay 2 weeks ago. It was our first overseas family holiday and we had the best time. Centara Karon is in a great location, short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants, massage places close by and little stores. 7 eleven & laundry just outside. The staff are amazing and super friendly. Breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from. Our experience with the Chang Dee Kids Club at Centara Karon Resort was absolutely outstanding, thanks to the incredible team of Betty, Sasha, Aki, and Nicky. Betty warmly welcomed us during breakfast and personally invited our children to join the Kids Club, instantly making us feel at home. Throughout our time at the resort, our kids took part in an amazing range of fun and engaging activities, including superhero mask making, pirate hat making, make-your-own smoothies, guessing Disney songs, pirate games, fastest-down-the-slide challenges, colouring, music trivia, and - our kids’ absolute favourite - the foam pool party! What truly set this team apart was how much they genuinely cared. They took the time to get to know not only our children, but us as parents as well, which made us feel incredibly comfortable and confident leaving our kids in their care. We were especially grateful for the consistent support and encouragement they gave our youngest in the pool—every time they saw her—which meant more to us than words can express. By the end of our stay, our kids were genuinely upset about leaving these four wonderful people and are already asking when we can return so they can go back to the Kids Club. That alone speaks volumes about the impact this team had on our family. Thank you, Betty, Sasha, Aki, and Nicky, for creating such special memories for our children. You are a huge credit to Centara Karon Resort, and we cannot wait to come back. Wishing you all a wonderful New Year & thank you again for a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Centara, big thanks to the kind staff that made it pleasant and relaxing on all ends. The hotel is modern (maybe with small exception of older elevators). Reception was kind and attentive. Appreciate the App to ease the communication. The app was offering so many convenient options (like pillow spray for sleeping). The cleaning service was very well done. The food at the breakfast had good variety, especially the eggs, pancakes and fruits sections. There were 3 pool areas with bars that offered different ambiance. The restaurants were offering tasty and well seasoned options for lunch, snacks and dinner (paid). Gym was well equipped. Our highlight was the kids club and the teachers, offering variety of activities. Our daughter loved spending time there especiqlly with Nutty, Kim, Sasha, Betty and Aki. The hotel is also was also in walking distance from beach, restaurants, massage places qnd 7 eleven - very convenient location.

I spent two magical nights at these brand-new, stunning villas and absolutely loved every moment. The décor is beautiful, and the lounge is a true highlight—offering tea, soft drinks, and snacks throughout the day, plus a generous happy hour with complimentary cocktails from 5:30–7pm. Breakfast was excellent with an impressive variety to choose from. The property features three pools, each with a different vibe, including a dedicated kids’ pool. Most of all, the staff were exceptional. A huge thank you to Patty, Zackie, Nani, and the entire team for making my stay truly unforgettable.

This resort really made our visit here in Phuket perfect! We were warmly welcomed and every single staff member was kind and generous (they even remained polite with some of the rude guests!). The facilities provided were also great, three different pools, bistro breakfast and special evening events like food buffets! The Villa units were perfect, clean, well maintained, quiet and very comfortable. And we had access to the Villa Lounge, afternoon tea and cocktail hour! Pau and Zackie in the Villa Lounge were so warm and accommodating, nothing was too hard for them! Thanks for looking after us Aussies! When we come back to Phuket, we will definitely stay here again! You must book here, you will not regret it!
