We had a great experience staying here. The staff are very professional and friendly, the food was excellent and served in a great environment. I loved the bed in my room it was huge and really comfortable. Having a choice of swimming pools was great, we used the adult only pool a lot for lunch and cocktails. Stewart the entertainment coordinator was great, really helpful and friendly a great ambassador for the hotel,we spoke to him every day,a thoroughly splendid chap. We will stay here again when we return to Phuket in October.

Great location and the public areas that have been fully renovated are excellent. We are staying in the old tower, room is clean and nice but could do with more cupboard space and larger vanity bench in bathroom. Hallways and elevators are old and bring the look of the place down. Otherwise very nice. The staff in particular are all excellent and friendly. Very efficient and keen to please. Lynda in the bistro, and Team at the pool bar were especially lovely.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Very satisfying, easy access to the beach and retails and food. The hotel is recently refurbished, and more villas are still under construction. Breakfast is good, ample choice, and delicious. Amenities include 3 swimming pools, a gym, kids' playroom rooms, a game room, and a spa. Room wise, the bed is comfortable, good size, and a bathroom with full toiletries. Parking is available. Loved this hotel, hope to be back.

Our child had such a great time at the Kids Club—they wanted to stay there all day! The activities were fun and creative, and the staff made everything feel really special. Khun Kim, Khun Mar, Khun Na, Khun Natty, and the entertainment staff—Khun Cintia, Khun Elra, Khun Nikky, and Khun Steward—were all so kind and patient. They even taught our child some Thai words and included them in unique little projects that they really enjoyed. The hotel is in a great spot—just a short walk to Karon Beach and close to the shopping area. It's also not far from Bangla Road if you're planning to explore there. The only downside was the reception service. On a rainy day, we asked for help getting to the Kids Club, but unfortunately, no one was able to assist us. On the bright side, we absolutely loved the food at Escape Restaurant. The beef burger was especially delicious—highly recommended!!,We also ordered a plate of fruit for our child, and one of the staff noticed that we didn’t seem fully satisfied. They kindly came over to ask if everything was okay and quickly fixed the issue right away.😊😊😊

Excellent place to stay. Spacious rooms. Great pool for kids if you have them! Staff super friendly. Good average breakfast. Pools are good for laps. Close to the busyness and a short walk to the beach but far enough away to be quiet. Beds are very comfortable. The only negative is the smell of damp in the room, but everything was clean, no mould and a good airing sorted it out. I would stay again. Try the Travel Cafe nearby. Great fruit drinks!
