Came for our honeymoon with our 2.5 year old and it was amazing! The resort was recently renovated so the photos did not do it justice. The kids pool was so great for the kids with fountains and slides, and the kids play room we used every day too! All the service was top notch and food a lot better than most of the street restaurants. The spa was worth every dollar, so divine. Highly recommend!

We booked 2 rooms as a family of 4 to stay over Christmas and New year for 3 weeks. Location is perfect as it is very close to the restaurants, convenience stalls and beach. About 10minutes walking distance to the beach. We didn't use the pool much but they have 3 pools. Gym is very well equipped with all the machines and weights which are well kept and in good condition. Breakfast was good with a wide variety for local and western food plus a lot of choice for fruits. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I hvae to say is that in the rooms, there are no shelves nor drawers so you literally have to live out of your suitcase. Also it's an open concept so there is no separate walled room for the toilet. On the plus side the bed is very comfortable and probably a super king size. Overall I would recommend this but you'll need to be very comfortable with your partner as there is no buffer between toilet and the room.

We stayed at Centara Karon Resort in the Villa area for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very cozy, making our stay extremely comfortable. As villa guests, we received special privileges, including breakfast, happy hour, and cocktail time, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to praise Zackie Benz, a female staff member working at the villa restaurant. She always welcomed us with a warm smile, treated us with genuine kindness, and provided everything we needed throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for her excellent and friendly service, and we sincerely hope the hotel recognizes her as one of the best staff members. Our 3 nights and 4 days passed far too quickly, and we are already looking forward to returning. For our next trip to Phuket, we will definitely stay at the Centara Karon Resort Villa again.

This hotel is tastefully decorated, grounds and facilities are constantly maintained without disturbing guests, leaving the hotel in prestine condition. Staff are friendly and efficient even when under pressure from the crowds of phuket. The molbile app of the hotel shows you all you need to know and has a chat feature where front desk responds within minutes. The breakfast is spectacular! Even though the beach is a 7 minute walk, this Resort is so magical, you never need to leave.

We had a wonderful holiday in a breathtaking location. The programs are perfect for families and there are many activities for children. My favorite was aqua aerobics with Aki and Sasha was amazing with my child very kind and attentive. Thank you to Betty, Aki, Sasha and Nicky, the international animation team ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely come back !
