⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Animation Team & Pool Activities! We had a fantastic stay at Centara Karon Resort Phuket, and one of the absolute highlights was the animation team and pool activities. The Animation Room was always full of energy, fun, and positive vibes. There were great activities for both kids and adults, and everything was well organized, creative, and engaging. A huge thank you and praise to the animation team — Aki, Betty, Sasha, and Nicky — you are truly amazing! Your enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism made our days so much more enjoyable. You really know how to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Special praise goes to the tall guy leading Aqua Aerobic — extremely professional, motivating, and at the same time very fun! The aqua aerobic sessions were one of our favorite daily activities. You made everyone smile and feel energized. Excellent team, super activities, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed at Centara Karon Resort in the Villa area for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very cozy, making our stay extremely comfortable. As villa guests, we received special privileges, including breakfast, happy hour, and cocktail time, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to praise Zackie Benz, a female staff member working at the villa restaurant. She always welcomed us with a warm smile, treated us with genuine kindness, and provided everything we needed throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for her excellent and friendly service, and we sincerely hope the hotel recognizes her as one of the best staff members. Our 3 nights and 4 days passed far too quickly, and we are already looking forward to returning. For our next trip to Phuket, we will definitely stay at the Centara Karon Resort Villa again.

This resort really made our visit here in Phuket perfect! We were warmly welcomed and every single staff member was kind and generous (they even remained polite with some of the rude guests!). The facilities provided were also great, three different pools, bistro breakfast and special evening events like food buffets! The Villa units were perfect, clean, well maintained, quiet and very comfortable. And we had access to the Villa Lounge, afternoon tea and cocktail hour! Pau and Zackie in the Villa Lounge were so warm and accommodating, nothing was too hard for them! Thanks for looking after us Aussies! When we come back to Phuket, we will definitely stay here again! You must book here, you will not regret it!

We stayed for 7 nights and were super happy with our stay at Centara. Our spacious room was in the Tropicale wing which has been newly renovated. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot choose from, the staff even made us oat milk lattes every day. We were really well taken care of by the wonderful staff (special thanks to Ai, Sun, Salem, Gate, First, and Lah!). The hotel app was very convenient and room service was quick. The beach was really nice and only a short walk from the hotel. We'd be happy to come back!

We are a family of four with two children (4 and 8 years old), and we spent 9 wonderful days at Centara Karon Resort Phuket, including the New Year celebrations. The New Year’s dinner and pool party were fantastic — great DJ, great atmosphere, and lots of fun for both kids and adults. Our room was on the second floor near the main pool, which was very convenient. The pool itself was excellent, and our kids loved the activities such as water aerobics, water games, and the foam party. The hotel feels like a peaceful paradise, while just outside you can enjoy the lively Thai atmosphere with markets, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Karon Beach is only a 10-minute walk away, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Our days were perfectly balanced between family time and relaxation — buffet breakfasts, pool activities, kids enjoying time with the animators, and moments for us to relax with a traditional couple’s massage, followed by evenings out in the local area. A special thank you to the amazing animation team — Aki, Bettie, Nicky, and Sasha — for taking such great care of our family at the pool, in the kids’ area, and during the New Year’s party. They were friendly, easy-going, and made our stay truly memorable.
