My husband and I had a great time at Centara Kata Resort. We were on our honeymoon and we're treated well by all the staff - everyone is super friendly and always smiling. The room was spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. We ate at the Seasons restaurant and the food was delicious - we loved the attention to detail with the plating of the dishes too. The poolside drinks were also super affordable and didn't skimp on the alcohol. This Hotel is also very close to the walking food market and beach so highly recommend staying here.

Great peaceful place to stay with beautiful swimming pool mountain view. Great service by the staffs. Cleaning service was excellent too. Just one thing kept bothering me was there was not even a single white light in room which made the room n mood a sleepy atmosphere. I understand it's Thai style. However they can give 1 white light for tourists like us .

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel, we were b&b and breakfast was great, huge selection. The reception staff & housekeeping were lovely, some of the lunch staff at the pool bar, not so much. A wee bit of a walk to the beach but the hotel provide a shuttle bus 6 times a day.

We had the absolute best time at Centara Kata, it totally exceeded our expectations. It’s a really lovely hotel, it feels way more upmarket than you would expect from the online pics (which honestly don’t do it justice). The location is great, lots of nearby shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Since we booked directly through their website, we got a better deal and we were upgraded to a family apartment with direct pool access, which was great. The pool was fantastic, with a huge slide, and a kids area, a volleyball net, we spent hours there. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of Asian and western options, eggs made on request, bacon, even smoked salmon (which costs a fortune here in Australia), lots of tasty pastries and even a separate kid breakfast area. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk, to the pool area, everyone was very helpful and professional, and just lovely. We were very impressed and are looking forward to coming back. Thanks so much!
