It was the best place to stay in Phuket, we enjoyed our holiday here, the hotel and the stuff is amazing and the hotel is not too big and offer an excellent stay for couples or solo travelers to relax and enjoy holidays. The design of the hotel is beautiful, it has plenty of greenery and a wide variety of plants. Breakfast are good and offers a spectacular views with birds coming to sing sometimes. The only missing thing that would be very helpful is the transfer to Kata Noi (not only Kata). As negative point, the restaurant for dinner is below average due to food taste and is very expensive for what you get.

Good hotel with clean and modern rooms. The grounds are stunning with good views into the town and beach. The lights at night make it so beautiful. The rooms are abit on the small side but still fine and a nice comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice. Good location however, it is on hill but only a 10 minute walking into town. I would recommend this hotel.

The SIS Kata is a stunning hotel perched above Kata Beach, offering incredible sea views, stylish modern rooms, and a really relaxed, luxurious vibe. The infinity pool area is a highlight — perfect for watching the sunset — and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything I needed. The location is also great, just a short walk down to the beach and local shops. However, my stay was overshadowed by a bout of food poisoning I unfortunately got after eating at the hotel’s restaurant. It was really disappointing, especially given how great everything else about the hotel was. I believe it was the salmon gravlax which caused it, and it definitely affected my experience. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d still recommend it for the rooms, views, and atmosphere — just be cautious about dining at the hotel and maybe try some of the great local restaurants nearby instead. With some improvements to food safety and quality, this place could easily be a 5-star stay.

Pros: beautiful hotel with nice decorations. The super king bed was our favourite part and had great sleeps. The pool and view to the beach is great all day long, especially at sunset when they have happy hour. Buffet breakfast is vast and has a great selection, including great coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful. Neutral: as everyone says, the hotel is at the top of a short hill. You need decent fitness to do the walk or take short breaks to make it up. Or get a Grab or hotel shuttle to avoid the walk. Cons: there was a guest that had 2 young girls with her for the whole time we were there. They didn't do anything wrong but it is weird that they were allowed to stay at the hotel when it's clearly 18+. Would have preferred that the hotel maintained its 18+ status and not allowed any kids to stay there, which was a big reason why we chose the hotel.

As a Japanese guest, I had a wonderful stay here! There were very few Asian guests, which really suited my travel style. The hotel has several pools and a perfect location. It’s true the hotel is on a very steep hill—it was tougher than I expected, so I mainly used motorbike taxis. Honestly, I think the slope could be dangerous for kids, elderly guests, or anyone not used to physical activity. But aside from that, everything was fantastic. I loved how peaceful it was without children around. The pool bar was great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect—I almost don’t want this place to become too famous! Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, though I did meet one chef and one waiter who seemed unfriendly. Luckily, other staff members made up for it with their warmth. At check-in, the young woman spoke English with a strong Thai accent, which was hard to understand. I recommend asking them politely to speak slowly—it helps a lot. At check-out, however, the staff member spoke very clear English and was extremely kind. Overall, this hotel was amazing! The few negatives didn’t matter at all. I will definitely come back again!
