We love this hotel. We have been here 3 years in a row. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is 200m walking distance from the beach. Although jt is full, it still is a quiet hotel, but close enough the busy streets in Karon and Kata if you want to walk around.
The staff is friendly and willing to help, should you need it. The food is always good.

The hotel's alright, but it's packed with Russians. Breakfast is decent, but they storm in like it's a battleground, leaving little for others to enjoy in the morning. If you're bringing a stroller for kids, be aware there's no lift at the entrance, so you'll have to carry it all the way to your room.

The hotel corresponds well to the 3-star category. The staff is kind, the room was cleaned every day. Very good quality, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion. I consider the food to be very modest, because after 10 days there was no fish food at any meal, except for a couple of dishes with shrimps. You can eat, but it's not what I expect when I'm in Thailand. A big minus was that when you arrived at the hotel, the staff did not wait, because it was not clear where the reception was, which turned out to be on the 2nd floor, and to get there you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. It is about 150 meters to the sea, but you have to cross the street. The soundproofing in the rooms is very bad, you can hear everything they say and do in the room next door, but I was lucky with the neighbors, there was no noise during the night. I was in Thailand for the fourth time and the previous times I stayed in hotels of the Centara network, so I have something to compare it with, although it was several years ago and it is possible that Centara is no longer of such a good standard, however, I would not choose this hotel again.

Had a nice room which opened up into the pool. Nice and quiet hotel. Plenty of breakfast options and food was good.

An actually great hotel but we can see it was hit by Covid, i think the most fault is the upper management not doing enough to renovate the hotel and add more staff, it is understaff so you cannot blame them to much, with a little effort from the top it can be a great Hotel, the location is super convenient, this hotel as great potential. The room was good except for the warm water in the bathroom. Breakfast is not very good, quite basic. the hotel was actually quite full so i don't understand why they don't invest a bit more for the improvement of it. Anyway we had a good stay, i guess it is the most important !
