Super great hotel! All around very very good. Super clean, very friendly people, big room, modern HUGE bathroom. They cleaned our room without us asking. Pool is lovely. Cocktails are great. Definitely recommend if u just want to chill after landing or before going back home.

Beautiful grounds and great jungle feeling location, rooms are a little bit tired but represent good value considering the price and bed was comfy. Breakfast was very average, and poor compared to others in Thailand. Service not particularly warm or friendly, particularly at breakfast.

Good Location 10-15 minutes from some of the nicest beaches on Phuket, the beach in front of resort is also nice and not overcrowded. Airport is only 5 min away. The resort offers a free airport transport. We were satisfied with our stay, some updates to facilities and cleanliness of common areas like toaleta could be better.

The room was very spacious, the water pressure in the shower was optimal, the bed was very comfortable. In the closet there were bathrobes and sleepers to be in the room, which were very nice. The service was great! I arrived before the checking time, so I asked for using the pool, they said yes and gave me a towel. I took a Thai massage, which was very nicely done! In addition, the price includes pick-up and drop-off the airport, which is a great plus. They also gave me a pamphlet with what to do in Phuket, and there I found the agency that took me to Phi Phi Islands! The location was great for me. I didn't want to be close to Phuket, as I wanted a more chilled atmosphere. It was perfect for that! In addition it was very close to a local market where I found street food and a very beautiful temple. Thank you!! For sure I'll be back

We spent 3 nights here from 16th Oct. During the rainy season. We had arranged airpoet transfer when we booked but no one was waiting for us, if it wasn't for a friends already staying there who spoke to them directly and sorted the transfer for us I dont think we would have been provided airport transfer. On first impressions we were greeted with a large construction site on the front of the hotel, the hotel had an air of colonial style feel to it. The garden (which was the centre piece of the hotels appeal had a pile of old tree cuttings and trimmings collecting in a large area spoiling the garden The paths to the rooms are wooden platforms that tend to get slippery when wet and can be hazardous at night when walking. One night my wife and I walked to the bar but there were no lights on the paths (was later told it was a power outage to the lights) subsequently my wife fell on a bend not seeing the ramp and there were no warnings signs, indications, barriers or lights, badly hurting her foot and ribs... we immediately went to reception to lodge a complaint due to no lights and dark dangerous paths, the receptionists response was "you should use your phone torch"... next morning I went back again to reception to follow up and was told to come back when manager was back... we returned at night and the manager said "why did you walk that way when you couldve gone the other direction?"(as if we knew..if thats the case why didnt they block that dangerous part?).. Anyway, the same night the path lights were back up. The staff didn't take her fall seriously or offered any kind of assistance and they hadn't previously considered using reflective lines, signs, lights or barriers to stop people having the same accident (you can see in the picture the broken plank caused by my wifes fall) I'm sure we weren't the only ones... There are signs of cameras up but half are broken and hanging on power lines and neglected... staff are generally nice, the rooms were presentable, breakfast was ok and location and airpoet proximity were good but I wouldn't return here as there are much better options close by.
