Beautiful, quiet, and very clean hotel with a charming, slightly classic feel. We stayed here for about two weeks and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, the pool was spotless, and the poolside bar served excellent drinks. The only small downside was that the reception and restaurant staff weren’t very friendly — we didn’t get a “hello,” “good morning,” or a smile during our stay — but this didn’t affect our overall experience. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Patong and are traveling with family, this hotel offers great value for money and a comfortable stay.

The food is amazing! Every breakfast was just amazing, thanks to the chef!)) Even at 10am the tables were bursting with food. There are two coffee machines for breakfast, and you can take as much coffee/tea as you want. There are also freshly squeezed juices and cold milk. Which is definitely a big plus! All the staff are very polite and pleasant. The view from the window is just incredible, from any floor! The pool is always clean. We really liked it! Not noisy, you can't hear the neighbors, there were no noisy children or drunk people. Thank you Sea View Patong for 7 pleasant days that will remain in our memory forever!

Great value hotel for only around 1500 Thai Baat a night. The room was fine, it also had a dehumidifier which was nice, and cleaning staff even emptied it for us when we forgot one day. Nice sea view which does also mean there's a busy road out front, may be an issue if you're a very light sleeper but it didn't affect me whatsoever. Importantly there's lots of great restaurants within walking distance, so the location itself is super convenient. Didn't use the gym so can't comment on that but breakfasts were great with lots of choice and fresh fruit, and the pool was clean and a good temperature. Staff were friendly whenever we interacted with them too. Would stay here again!

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend This Hotel Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and behaved as if they owned the place. Upon check-in, we were shocked when they demanded a 3,000 Thai Baht security deposit and told us to leave our passports with them if we didn’t have enough cash. This felt completely outdated and unprofessional – we’ve stayed in many hotels before, and none have operated like this. The property itself is old and poorly maintained. Many things didn’t work properly: the flush was broken, the lighting was inadequate, and there was no balcony to dry clothes. The air conditioning barely worked, and the general condition of the room was far from acceptable. After returning from our Phi Phi Island tour, things got worse – the ceiling in our room started leaking heavily, soaking our luggage and belongings. When we reported the issue, instead of being helpful, the staff shouted at us and tried to shift the blame onto us. It took 3 hours before they sent a technician, and even then, they refused to offer us a room change, falsely claiming the hotel was fully booked (though it clearly wasn’t). We decided to stay the night despite the situation, hoping things would improve in the morning. However, the AC completely stopped working, the air purifier was useless, and the entire room was filled with a terrible smell. We couldn’t sleep, and the staff continued to ignore us. Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave. I strongly advise against booking this property – the experience was a nightmare due to the rude staff, poor management, and extremely unhygienic conditions. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

We hadn't stayed in this hotel for 18 years and were a bit skeptical about going back after so long. It was still the same as if we'd stepped back in time. Everything was pretty as it was. The pools were clean and not too busy with sunbeds that were easy to get with no "sunbed wars" and towels everywhere! Cheep and cheerful, mainly a bed for the night as most time was spent in the pool or out at the shops etc. Ive had better service i must admit, the staff were friendly enough but could have done better!
