We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very spacious, nice and clean. The pool was very nice. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The location was pretty good as well, but a bit busy and loud (which I guess should be expected in Phuket). The breakfast was okay, but not amazing. The room service was pretty decent. Overall, it was a good place to stay, I think if we returned to Phuket though, we would try to stay in a quieter area.

Eye (hotel manager) is amazing! She helped us with everything. The rooms are nice and I highly recommend the swim up rooms. The service is top notch. The people working at the hotel are all spectacular. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Phuket.
I ended up with a health issue not related to Thailand and not only did they make special meals for me but they even made a get well sign for my room. My husband and I truly appreciated the service, care and concern. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a good job of cleaning. The only thing I would add is if you like music by the pool, bring your own speaker. Also, the pool needs to be deep cleaned to keep it beautiful. Otherwise, everything is just perfect.
Book on the hotels website for better deals. We did and got extra discounts for doing so. Also, any tours you want, the hotel will handle for you. We did the Phi Phi tour and Eye booked everything for us. It was wonderful.
This hotel is not on the beach and it’s nice because we didn’t come for the beach. We visited the beach but didn’t hang out there. Phuket is very busy. If you only want to be on the beach, you may want a hotel on the beach. It’s busy otherwise. We however, loved the Chanalai Romantica and would come again! Thank you Eye and team for an amazing experience!

My partner and I stayed here for a week in February, and it was so great. The place is so intimate, drinks and food were great and our personal highlight were how helpful the girls at the front desk / concierge were so kind and helped us book all of our adventures. They made the stay so great!

5 Star service, all the way from the front desk to the cleaners. Beautiful room, very comfortable, super clean, great location, 8 min walk to Kata Beach. The room is very quiet even though it is on a main road. The breakfast has great options or western and eastern choices, fresh juice and decent coffee. The Wi-Fi was amazing all around the hotel. The pictures online are very accurate.

Stayed for 5 days and I can say that this is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at in Phuket. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant. The rooms and facilities look exactly as they do in the pictures. Thanks for the great experience!
