If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful resort in the perfect location, then this is the place for you!! I cannot rate this resort highly enough. We're in our late 50's and wanted a quiet and relaxed resort and this provided it in spades. The location is perfect with everything at your doorstep from a multitude of restaurants, markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. all within easy walking distance. Kata beach is literally only a stroll away too. We even managed to walk to Karon Beach too. And whilst the main road was full of activity, as soon as you walk into the resort, you can't hear a thing!! We stayed in the pool access room and it was so comfortable, clean and the pool was always free to swim laps at any time without it being crowded. And there is no pool chair 'holding' here (thank goodness) and there were always pool chairs available at the pool bar at any time. The breakfast had a vast range to choose from, and if it wasn't there, you only had to ask. The staff are absolutely amazing and can't do enough for you. I'd like to mention Eye, Orn and Numfon especially, for making us feel like family and 'at home'. Out of all the resorts that I've had stayed at, this has hit the top of my list. I've been that spoilt staying here that I don't think I could not stay at any other but an 'adult's only' resort. If we were ever to go back to Phuket, I'd being coming back here in a heart beat.

Great resort, excellent facilities, wonderful staff, we did the cooking class and sous chef Got was excellent. The rooms are spacious. The ability to swin to the bar was excellent. We will be back for sure. Really enjoyed the facilities here And how close it is to both lots of markets. A five minute walk to the beach front. And a great area to stay. I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care I received. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. What stood out the most was their quick response when I had an asthma flare-up. To my surprise and relief, the hotel had air purifiers available. They immediately provided one for my room, which significantly helped with my breathing and allowed me to rest comfortably. It's rare to find a hotel that is so well-prepared and considerate of guests with respiratory issues. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a caring environment. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate guests' needs truly sets them apart.

Honestly this hotel tops most of the hotels we've stayed in in Phuket. Location is perfect, not too big that there's too many people. Food from the restaurant and bar is fantastic! But most of all were the staff (in particular Ray) and their service, beyond phenomenal! Well done to the management. Will definitely return again!

The food was superb, with each dish beautifully prepared, bursting with flavour, and presented with remarkable attention to detail. The presentation was exquisite, and the atmosphere was superb, creating the perfect romantic setting for a memorable evening. A special note of gratitude goes to Khun Jacky, whose outstanding service made the experience even more memorable. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness ensured that every moment was seamless and enjoyable. Such genuine care and dedication are rare, and Khun Jacky truly embodies the spirit of excellent Thai hospitality. It’s rare to find a place that captures the perfect blend of elegance, romance, and heartfelt service — but Chanalai Romantica does it effortlessly. You simply cannot help but want to return! I will mention a few notable examples of Chanalai hospitality team that shone; they are Khun Fia, Khun Jeab and Khun Yaya whom have lasting impact on our stay.
