From the very first moment we arrived, til the moment we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. We arrived 3 hours early expecting to leave our bags and walk around, but they already had a room ready for us and allowed us to check in early, AND let us check out late all at no extra charge. The staff are amazing, the best service I’ve had anywhere. The rooms were stunning and quiet, aircon running all day, and their daily clean up was great. The food is also really good, and the resort is very close to the back, the night market and plenty of restaurants. And the best part (for us at least) - no kids allowed! So the pool was always quiet and relaxing, with drinks served right to you from the poolside bar.
Zero complaints, 11/10.

Solid hotel at a great prime location at the heart of Kata Beach. Would not suggest upgrading to the ground floor pool access rooms as there is no privacy. Rooms were clean and well kept, staff were super friendly. Prices at the bar were pretty good with generous happy hours. Buffet breakfast was pretty decent. Had stayed at othere chanalai properties at Kata and highly recommend this chain.

We actually booked out of our hotel (all paid for ) to spend our last 4 days here.
There are not enough words to describe our experience here! From the moment we arrived till we left, we felt very special ❤️ ♥️

The location is great (if you rent a motorcycle - it is available right outside next to the hotel - it is even better, if you can) location close to all the major attractions in Phuket.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very spacious, nice and clean. The pool was very nice. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The location was pretty good as well, but a bit busy and loud (which I guess should be expected in Phuket). The breakfast was okay, but not amazing. The room service was pretty decent. Overall, it was a good place to stay, I think if we returned to Phuket though, we would try to stay in a quieter area.

No complaints whatsoever. The personnel are really kind and sweet and have been very helpful.
Also, we have to wait for our ride to the airport and they kindly kept our luggage in the meantime. I'm honestly really pleased with the service and installations.
