We spend 2 weeks here and I can safely say that I’ve never had experience like this. We traveled with 1 year old and the level of kindness, respect, compassion was amazing. The staff in the hotel deserves more than 5 stars. They are amazing people and we loved every day of our stay. Rooms are beautiful, bed for adults very comfortable and baby bed as well. The resort is spotless clean, very private and relaxing. Food was absolutely amazing, definitely would recommend a massage to everyone who visits and being by the pool with full service was amazing as well. Getting to the beach was adventure but super close to the hotel. I would like to give a huge thank you to staff member Bao who was the kindness to our 1 year old daughter and to us. Thank you for being the loveliest person and for always smiling and being amazing to us.

The hotel is in a good location for a view of the ocean. We had a rental car to get around otherwise it would have been too much to walk anywhere. Getting to the rooms are hard enough because there are so many steps between the lobby and the rooms. There is a car service to take you around but that’s also on a fixed road so getting the road is also hard. It’s takes time to wait for the car. The pool is nothing great but decent enough. It’s actually easier and better to go to the Centara Grand hotel and use their pool and facilities for free.

Our stay at Centara villas was excellent.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The views are very nice however there are a lot of stairs to climb. The prices are a fair bit higher than in town but thats to be expected.
All in all we had a terrific stay and would definately stay here again 4.5/5

Beautiful villa's. Everything you need. Hairdryer & toiletries, kettle & mini bar. You do get complimentary water everyday. The view of the sea & you could even see the big Buddha. There's 2 pools, both very nice. The food was very tasty. There are lots of Thai dishes but also burger & pizza. The staff We're all great, would do anything for you. The only downside is the steps. There's a lot. You can ring for a tuk tuk or walk. It's kept us fit as walked most days. There's a pathway to karon beach but it's not the best. Bit uneven. 30mins walk to nearest supermarket in karon beach or 5 mins in tuk tuk. If you download Bolt it's like uber. Only cost 200tbt from hotel into central patong.

Wonder location. The staff had great recommendations to the local seafood market and was on of the highlights of the trip. This was my second stay here and I would recommend it to family and friends.
