Rooms are quite good, clean and big. Ac can cool the room quite fast. Brekfasts were in thai style and i liked that. Swiming pools look like there best time was fiew years ago (i think they deserve a restoration) but are still ok. The pathway to the beach is available only till 6pm so if you want to stay longer in the viliage you will have to go back by taxi, the streat has no sidewalk.

A very nice stay, we were there for 4 weeks and the breakfast was varied enough that we were not bored. The restaurant staff were all very pleasant and special thanks to June and Bon. Chim and Oh were our normal cleaners and were very good. The Receptionists were fine and cheery and I even got them to joke! Rooms, Reception, Restaurant and grounds were all kept clean and tidy. Some secondary wooden structures (fencing etc) need replacing and I suspect this will be done in the low season. When hotels closed in early 2020 it was only meant to be for 3 months but it ended up being years, I suspect Centara Villas didn't reopen until late 2023 and then only partially. All credit to the staff who resurrected the hotel because it must have been a massive undertaking. A very nice hotel with great pool rooms and views, no hesitation in recommending it even for people with limited mobility as there is a shuttle service within the resort and external taxis are cheap.

Very nice place, clean Villas (rooms) with a lot of space, nice views from the terrace, very well organized with a shuttle inside the resort that could be ordered with an internal app. Very friendly staff, good food. Wonderful view from the restaurant during dinner. Unfortunately, the 2 pools are very small and do not have enough space for sunbeds and umbrellas. This resort is very well recommended. Need to come back again (4 of 5 due to size of pool area)

Stayed here in Dec 2025 for a few nights. Had a sea view room which was a very nice size. The bed was large and comfortable and also the bathroom was a good size. The two pool areas are quite small with not many sun beds and not all the beds had cushions and umbrellas. We did ask for some but were told there were no more available!! Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of Thai options. The hotel is a little tired in some areas and could do with a bit of an update.

The view from the rooms is definitely worth it to stay here. Positive: very quiet. Ideal if you are looking to escape from the noise. But also if you want to be close to the action (Patong 15 minutes, Karon 10 minutes). Definitely the rooms are the biggest asset, very quiet night. Amazing View. Reception team is very professional and speaks English and Chinese. Swimming pool is really beautiful spot. 4-6 pm happy hour drinks. Good quality Mojito 🍹 Negative: Hotel seems a little outdated. Definitely saw better times. Buggy service is inconsistent (sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes) because only x1 buggy available (note that the person who drive the buggy is also bell boy, so peak hour he will definitely take longer than usual) and since hotel is located in a cliff you will definitely need the service to move from one facility to another. I recommend you to bring your own food and drinks: beer, snacks, water, soft drinks (there is no 7eleven or mini market nearby). There is a shortcut to the beach where is a beautiful and convenient restaurant serving all kind of food (especially fresh Seafood). Not recommended for kids (maybe boring for them).
