My husband and I stayed in the Private Pool Villa (Room 405), and it was truly a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in. First of all, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist us in many ways throughout our stay. We would like to thank the entire team for their excellent teamwork and outstanding service attitude, especially Khun Yaya, Am, Khwan, Beet, and Jay. The villa was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and we did not encounter any issues with cleanliness. Occasionally, there were a few insects or geckos, but this is understandable as the resort is located on a hillside surrounded by nature. The location was exactly what we were looking for peaceful, private, and close to nature, with no disturbance from outside noise. In our opinion, there are only a few resorts in Phuket that can offer this level of privacy and natural surroundings. We also believe that the resort maintains the high standards associated with the Centara brand, comparable to other Centara properties around the world. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasted good. However, the variety of choices was somewhat limited compared to other hotels in the same category. It would also be appreciated if the hot dishes could be kept warmer throughout the breakfast service. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable.

Very nice place, clean Villas (rooms) with a lot of space, nice views from the terrace, very well organized with a shuttle inside the resort that could be ordered with an internal app. Very friendly staff, good food. Wonderful view from the restaurant during dinner. Unfortunately, the 2 pools are very small and do not have enough space for sunbeds and umbrellas. This resort is very well recommended. Need to come back again (4 of 5 due to size of pool area)

A very nice stay, we were there for 4 weeks and the breakfast was varied enough that we were not bored. The restaurant staff were all very pleasant and special thanks to June and Bon. Chim and Oh were our normal cleaners and were very good. The Receptionists were fine and cheery and I even got them to joke! Rooms, Reception, Restaurant and grounds were all kept clean and tidy. Some secondary wooden structures (fencing etc) need replacing and I suspect this will be done in the low season. When hotels closed in early 2020 it was only meant to be for 3 months but it ended up being years, I suspect Centara Villas didn't reopen until late 2023 and then only partially. All credit to the staff who resurrected the hotel because it must have been a massive undertaking. A very nice hotel with great pool rooms and views, no hesitation in recommending it even for people with limited mobility as there is a shuttle service within the resort and external taxis are cheap.

Stayed here in Dec 2025 for a few nights. Had a sea view room which was a very nice size. The bed was large and comfortable and also the bathroom was a good size. The two pool areas are quite small with not many sun beds and not all the beds had cushions and umbrellas. We did ask for some but were told there were no more available!! Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of Thai options. The hotel is a little tired in some areas and could do with a bit of an update.

When I arrived, I paid for my hotel stay, the hotel took my card and swipe, the money was deducted from my bank, but the hotel said there's a connection timeout, so the transactions was not completed. Money was deducted from my account. It has been 6 days after i contacted bank, and i didn't received any refund in my bank. The hotel wanted me to pay a second time all these while, i can agree to pay but requested the hotel to give me a guarantee that in case i can't get back my money they will give me another 5 nights stay since i paid double. But the hotel refused, so this was dragged till the 6th day when I have to check out, The hotel staff was very unhelpful, they said after I make second payment they will ensure I get back my 1st payment refund, but NO Guarantee. I ended up calling tourism police, the police came, heard both side stories, tried convincing hotel to just give me the additional stay Guarantee but hotel refused, so all of us ended at police station to lodge a report, so that I can bring this up to my country embassy in Bangkok. On top of that, toilet needed 6 repairs and still had problems, bath tub was beyond repair had to change room, room service and shuttle often takes long time. Such expensive stay with poor quality, will never stay here again.
