I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to especially highlight the excellent service provided by the concierge team, particularly Ravi. Ravi is an outstanding concierge — he goes above and beyond to find solutions for your requests and keeps you perfectly updated throughout the process. He genuinely takes care of guests’ needs, and it’s clear that he does his job with love and passion. The hotel itself is very nice, with great attention to detail and guest comfort. One evening, I requested assistance with the minibar, as it was not cooling sufficiently and I needed it for storing my medication. The maintenance team responded quickly, and a very kind maintenance man even arranged for an extra small fridge to be placed in my room to ensure my medication stayed at the right temperature — truly excellent service. Additionally, the gym is perfect — well-equipped and maintained, ideal for those who like to stay active during their stay. I also had the pleasure of dining at the Turkish restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just as wonderful. Overall, my experience was fantastic, thanks to the great staff and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hotel!

We spent 5 days in this wonderful hotel! Great service, always helpful, friendly, patient and inovativ! The beach is very clean with comfortable sundbeds, so is the pool. Great restaurants with exelent variety and food. The rooms are very nice and spacious (too little cupboard space!) and clean! The staff is outstandingly friendly. (Ravi, the concierge and Anthony (gym) need to be mentioned especially). We‘ll be back for sure!

Everything was amazing as this hotel. The interior design was beautiful and so calming. All the little touches of the slippers and the turn down. The staff were so attentive, nothing ever felt to much for them. The food in all restaurants was delicious and we enjoyed every meal. Ideal location with access to the busy areas but like we were in a world of our own! I would love to return

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful with any questions you might have. I would also like to mention the receptionist, Peter — he was very helpful and kind . And the best waiter, Prasad - very fast service and a positive charge of energy right from the morning. Special thanks to the hotel for handling our room change request quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend this place.

Beautifully revamped, the rooms and the overall style is elegant and far from the flashy marble and golden decors of most Dubai hotels. The beach is fantastic: super clean, great view and there is a pleasant breeze that cools down the temperature by a few degrees. Gym is perfect and Toni is very helpful. The various restaurants are all good with a different atmosphere. However, the service is subpar: staff is sometimes unaware of basic things or can be slow to answer. Here and there the finish is also not great: signs say there is a spa but there is none, no plugs in the bathroom, no soap in the bathtube, water temperature control faulty, dirty windows, etc. Hopefully this is because the hotel is new and these details will be ironed out.
