I recently stayed at this impressive hotel and had an overall wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel boasts a beautiful and well-maintained facility, and I was particularly impressed by the pool, which is open 24/7—perfect for a late-night swim or early morning dip.
However, one thing to be cautious about is the deposit policy. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a deposit of 1200 AED, which was not mentioned during the booking process. This unexpected requirement was a bit of a surprise, so I recommend ensuring you have sufficient cash or a credit card ready to cover this deposit. Despite this minor inconvenience, my stay was highly enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing! I've stayed about 4 times. Only took a star off as last visit no kids pool as they are building a new water park, When the water park is complete it will be awesome! The service you get in the Hyatt is second to none, Absolutely stunning resort!
