The ambience of the resort was stunning, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. A special thank you to the team for going above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday so memorable. They beautifully arranged a birthday cake, balloons, and gifts, which brought so much joy to her and to us as a family. We are truly grateful and very happy with the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding friendliness of the staff. Every single team member is incredibly attentive, warm, and helpful – whether at breakfast or dinner, you always feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We would especially like to mention the following staff members who stood out with their exceptional service and kindness: Tanzeel, Preeti, Prithesh, Hasnat, Belayet, Saddam, Claris, and Rizan – you truly made our stay extra special. Thank you so much! The food also deserves a full 5 stars. We love Indian cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious – authentic and full of flavor. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, offering great comfort. One small suggestion for improvement: Since the rooms don’t have balconies, it would be helpful to have something in the bathroom to hang wet swimwear. The only other minor downside was that the waterpark wasn’t open yet during our stay. Once it’s open, there will truly be nothing missing. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were warmly greeted and guided to our luxurious and spacious room on the 15th floor, where we enjoyed a stunning view of Dubai every day. What a wonderful place to stay! Every morning, we looked forward to the generous and varied breakfast, and in the evenings, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and diverse dinner buffet. The quality and taste of the food were truly excellent. What stood out to us most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. You truly do everything to make your guests feel special — and you certainly succeeded. We felt genuinely cared for. We would also like to compliment the housekeeping team: discreet yet highly thorough. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day, with sparkling white towels, comfortable bathrobes, and slippers. The entire hotel felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. A special thank you as well to the staff at the pool area. They were always very attentive, friendly, and ready to help — it really enhanced our relaxing time by the pool. We look back on this vacation with great joy and want to thank your entire team for the hospitality, outstanding service, and welcoming atmosphere. We sincerely hope to return in the future!
