Definitely An iconic hotel! Big green territory outside and even inside. The famous lobby area looks like the a big tropical garden with rivers and waterfalls. There are Several bars, restaurants and cafeterias there. Also ones can find here Tennis court, shops, beautiful pool area, relaxing spa. Hotel is providing several facilities for business travelers and big celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, etc.

Excellent service, food and hospitality. Everyone from front desk, to life guards, chefs, room service, maintenance crew were friendly and went above and beyond. One thing I noticed, everyone had pride in their job. They valued their positions. Will definitely come back! I really don't want to leave...but sadly life calls.. Thank you Grand Hyatt.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt was indeed a pleasant one. From the rooms size facing the garden and it vast 3 pools including and indoor temperature controlled room - it was great!
The food options was vast catering to many cuisines. The staff is super courteous - we were served on both days by Ms. Lissa & Ms. Bella. Wonderful and a recommended experience if you wish to stay here.

From the moment I arrived, both of them warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. They ensured my check-in was seamless and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly stood out.
Its fantastic . They are friendly and approachable nature made every interaction a pleasure. They always ready to assist with any inquiries, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring all my needs were met promptly.
