I recently had the pleasure of staying at Double Tree and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was ideal, situated right in the heart of Patong beach just steps away from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Upon check-in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They efficiently handled the check-in process and provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Special thanks to Miss Helen she was attentive to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with high-quality furnishings and all the modern conveniences I needed. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by my stay at the Double Tree.The combination of the excellent location, exceptional service, and high-quality amenities made for an absolutely wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We spent five nights here. The location is great—close to everything, you don’t hear the nightlife noises. The room service and people are awesome and very welcoming. The breakfast is great, with lots of selections. The staff takes care of you from start to finish. The gym facilities are also great; you have everything you need. My favorite part is Timmy’s pool bar. Timmy is a very special person with a beautiful heart. He looked after us and made us laugh all the time. Thanks a lot for your company, Timmy. You were definitely the highlight of my trip!

We stayed here for one night since we wanted to explore around patong beach and the night life experience. Our room had a balcony facing the pool and it was very clean. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to be by the pool but it look gorgeous with an area to have drinks. The staff was very friendly at all times and helpful with tips on getting to places. The breakfast was delicious buffet style with different choices for everyone. If you are concerned about the noise, I’d say this is a good place to booked. It is located some blocks away from the main partying street life.

Poor Security - No Security - a Motel 6 with a pool instead of a parking lot. No airport shuttle. The rooms are exceptionally small. General facilities, totally rundown. Way below standard. The management has a Laza fair attitude and fails on basic services. Not an adequate level of staffing. Over crowded, poorly stocked breakfast buffet. Check out an insult …. This was absolutely the worst value and poor quality of over 100 hotels I’ve stayed at. Go to another country before you use your points at this location..

Disappointing Experience with Lost and Found Service. I recently visited this hotel to claim a jacket I had left in my friend's room, which my friend had deposited at the reception. Upon arrival, the staff checked the whereabouts of my jacket and asked me to wait. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for quite some time, during which it started raining. When I followed up at the reception, I was informed that the Lost and Found department was closed and that I would need to return the next day.To make matters worse, I had to wait in the lobby until the rain subsided, surrounded by mosquitoes. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, and the lack of communication and efficiency from the staff was disappointing. I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber. This experience has left me with a very poor impression, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their service in the future.
