We stayed here for one night since we wanted to explore around patong beach and the night life experience. Our room had a balcony facing the pool and it was very clean. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to be by the pool but it look gorgeous with an area to have drinks. The staff was very friendly at all times and helpful with tips on getting to places. The breakfast was delicious buffet style with different choices for everyone. If you are concerned about the noise, I’d say this is a good place to booked. It is located some blocks away from the main partying street life.

The location of the hotel is close to the beach and close to busy areas of Patong Beach which is the only good I can say about our 2 night stay. Room service was subpar, we had to call multiple times in one day to change bed sheets, pillow cases, and comforter sheets than had red and yellow stains. Most importantly, it is difficult to get a good nights sleep here. We are happy we only stayed for 2 nights. They do not warn you or show you that “accessible” rooms are separated by a thin door so you can hear EVERYTHING on both sides. If you have noisy neighbors or even neighbors who just want to talk normally, you will have trouble sleeping. We had to call the front desk at 4am our second night because our neighbors were up and loudly talking which woke us up. It was impossible to sleep. The fire alarm also randomly went off in our room at 5am the first night with no explanation. There are fireworks on the beach that can be heard throughout the night. Again, be careful booking your room because the hotel will not warn you at all and you’ll be stuck with it.

Rooms.on small side and no shelving or cupboard storage. But definitely clean and well comfortable. Resort perfect location for being in the thick of things, loved being able to walk out the gate and onto the street - no need for taxis, tuk tuk etc. No big lawns for kids to play, but pool.makes up for it. Best pool barman in Timmy as well.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for just one night and our package included dinner and breakfast. Upon arrival, we were served with their cookies and we loved it. They have a counter for a welcome drink but it was not at all good. There was no variety offered, they only had detox fruit water kind of thing. The rooms were decent and bed was comfortable. The pool looked good, actually they have 2 pools.. Both are identical and separated by the main entrance lobby.. When you pay such a big amount for a room you expect more than this.. Maybe a good garden, big swimming pool, and welcome drinks.. Etc. For Dinner there was no buffet, we were given choice from the menu to select the items. Next morning breakfast was good with lots of variety.

Stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the city's vibrant nightlife scene, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's entertainment options. Despite being close to all the action, the hotel itself was tucked away in a peaceful and quiet location, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend for those looking for the best of both worlds. Special greetings to Tony for the pool bar , the best cocktail maker.
