Stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the city's vibrant nightlife scene, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's entertainment options. Despite being close to all the action, the hotel itself was tucked away in a peaceful and quiet location, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend for those looking for the best of both worlds. Special greetings to Tony for the pool bar , the best cocktail maker.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for just one night and our package included dinner and breakfast. Upon arrival, we were served with their cookies and we loved it. They have a counter for a welcome drink but it was not at all good. There was no variety offered, they only had detox fruit water kind of thing. The rooms were decent and bed was comfortable. The pool looked good, actually they have 2 pools.. Both are identical and separated by the main entrance lobby.. When you pay such a big amount for a room you expect more than this.. Maybe a good garden, big swimming pool, and welcome drinks.. Etc. For Dinner there was no buffet, we were given choice from the menu to select the items. Next morning breakfast was good with lots of variety.

Service and staff are great and helpful. Rooms are decent. The location is amazing , bang central. But The resort is split amongst a few buildings and doesn’t feel like one resort. It’s like different buildings bought as an afterthought to increase as much resort area /number of rooms. The restaurant and breakfast area are a far aloof different building. Have Walk in the heat and sun from one room building to the breakfast area in scorching heat. And it’s not a resort walk but proper road. It’s like a different commercial building across the beach bought by the hotel for 2 restaurants and bars and a starbucks and watsons(not part of the hotel)

Pro: great Patong location, walking distance to make restaurant and nightlife. Friendly staff, a bit off the main road, so quiet. Cons: many tours in Phuket have 7am pickup times, this is a problem when you consider the breakfast is 7am- 10am, which is limited for an international hotel and guests on many time zones. 6am would be a more appropriate start as we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast on any of our days as our tours picked up at 7am. There’s no 24 hour room service, which is also surprising for a Hilton property that is suppose to be of higher standard compared to local hotels. Half of the hotel is renovated, while the other half is dated. We had a renovated room, but nearby construction forced us to switch to the old side, this was fine as we prioritized sleep, but the rooms were clearly very different. The toilet pressure was so weak, that you would have to flush the toilets 3-4x for it to actually flush anything down, this is frustrating. Gym is quite small, with limited equipment but can work to do something light. Overall: I think the improvements would be to moving breakfast to start earlier and adding room service that is 24 hours. Once all of the rooms are renovated I think it will be pleasant stay.

Excellent property! The truth be told, it’s superior to other respectful local hotels as it has great and professional staff. The staff was incredibly helpful and experienced, especially Ms. Annie, the receptionist. She was awesome and high qualified employee. Honestly, she has a very good communication skills and an ability to make her customers comfortable and satisfied! Please, motivate Ms. Annie by rewarding her since she has been contributing to make this property more convenient and success :)
