This hotel has great potential — the architecture, layout, and stunning views really stand out. The pool is beautiful and very enjoyable. However, the overall experience felt just “okay.” Service was average; staff weren’t particularly attentive or helpful (with the exception of the shuttle drivers, who were always kind and efficient). As we say in Portuguese, the place feels a bit “tired.” It probably used to be amazing, but it’s clearly in need of renovation. The rooms are spacious but basic and outdated, and the bathrooms feel the same. Although the beds were clean, the towels and slippers were worn out, which wasn’t very comfortable. Lighting throughout the resort is poor — at night it’s almost impossible to enjoy the balcony or walk around comfortably. Breakfast was fine but lacked quality and variety, and the background music was oddly gloomy. We stayed three nights and didn’t hate our time there. It’s a convenient base for tours (all our excursions had hotel pick-up), but if you plan to spend a lot of time at the resort itself, it might disappoint. The pool and views are fantastic, but the bar is dated with limited options. On the positive side, the spa looked nice, and the massages were great and fairly priced. Overall, mixed feelings — Ao Nang Fiore could be an extraordinary resort, but right now it falls short of its potential.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! From the very first moment, we felt welcome and comfortable. The service was outstanding – the staff were always attentive, friendly, and fulfilled every wish. Everything was spotless and well-maintained; you can tell they care about every detail. The shuttle service was reliable and always available, making our stay even more relaxing. The location is amazing – right in the jungle, surrounded by nature, yet everything is still easy to reach. What impressed us the most was how kind and helpful the people were. Whatever you needed, they took care of it immediately with a smile. A truly wonderful experience that we can recommend to everyone. Absolutely worth it – we’ll definitely be back!

The resort was a 10/10 for me. Rooms were very nice and spacious, aswell as the bathroom. Large balcony with seating and tucked away in a quiet jungle. Never had to wait more than 5/10 minutes for the van to take us up to our room and there is an air conditioned lounge with complimentary drinks whilst you “wait”. Breakfast was amazing, omlette station aswell as self serve coffee and the staff were lovely and attentive. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Staying at Aonang Fiore Resort was truly a wonderful experience. We stayed in bamboo houses built in the middle of the forest, and it was amazing. The rooms were very clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Since the houses are inside the forest, they take you to your room from the reception by car, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The location was also great, with easy access to everywhere. Highly recommended!

we came here with my husband to celebrate his birthday. the territory, the views, the pool — everything looks beautiful and unusual. but there are way too many “buts.” first of all, when we checked in and saw the slippers, i was honestly shocked — i have no idea how anyone thought it was acceptable to offer those to guests. i strongly recommend switching to disposable ones to avoid such unpleasant surprises. next, we tried to fill the jacuzzi, but dirt started coming out of the jets, and we had to drain the water three times. many people mention the breakfast — and yes, it’s true, it’s very poor. on my husband’s birthday, we decided to get a massage, and that turned out to be a huge mistake. when i asked for clothes for a thai massage, they told me i didn’t need any. i was wearing a mini dress, and it was extremely uncomfortable. everything was done in a hurry, and the towel i was lying on had a bad smell. the woman who massaged me giggled and apologized every time i showed that something hurt — only to do it again. the next day, my spine was aching, and i couldn’t even turn my pelvis to the right. overall, the staff was unfriendly, except for the drivers. oh, and there were ant trails in our room — but apparently, no one cared. we definitely wouldn’t come back here again.
