We had such a lovely stay at Pakasai Resort 😍🪵💚 The grounds are incredibly lush and peaceful - it honestly feels like you’re tucked away in nature, even though you’re still close to Ao Nang Beach. Our room felt like a private little hideaway, with lots of space, natural light, and beautiful eco-friendly touches throughout. Everything blends really nicely with the surroundings, which made it feel calm and relaxing from the moment we arrived. And I absolutely adored the grounds. We really like the ice bath + steam room session (you just need to make a reservation for it but it’s really worth a try!) 🧊♨️ Breakfast was also a highlight — plenty of fresh options, great food, and a really nice open-air setting to start the day slowly. And unlike some hotels, they do have a lot of ‘customisable’ things - even the eggs you could order fluffy/buttery or more firm - exactly how you like it! 🍳😌🧁 Overall, it’s a great choice if you want something that feels tropical and tranquil, but still convenient for exploring Krabi. We’d definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pakasai Resort. What truly makes this hotel special is the incredible team. The service was ready to help at any time of day or night. Even when we had issues with mosquitoes in the middle of the night, someone was there immediately to assist us – that is not something to take for granted! ​A huge thank you goes to Pin, Kwang, and Zow. You were so accommodating, friendly, and made our stay perfect. We felt completely at ease and can highly recommend this hotel because of this amazing service. We would love to come back!

Reception is well maintained, with consistently friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. Our Deluxe Room was spacious, recently renovated, and well equipped with a smart TV, safe, and mini fridge. The gym is far below standard and should not be advertised as a fitness facility — we trained across the street at Heroic Fitness Club instead. The pool area feels dated and lacks sufficient umbrellas.

Amazing experience with this hotel! If I could give more stars I would. We were greeted by the staff Nai, Jane and Kim which who were super kind and welcoming. Gave us lot of ideas of what to do and how to avoid big crowds on the high season. We stayed only for 2 nights, but wished we stayed longer. However, it was fully booked. The room was super nice, very clean and with all the essentials needed. Throughout the hotel it had really beautiful sceneries and was really well taken care off. I really liked the fact that they reinforced the ecologic and sustainability approach with kind messages (ex. Parking spot was a sign to turn off engine if youre waiting to reduce CO2 emissions). Breakfast was amazing as well with all fresh fruits and variety of food to choose from. Location was perfect and accessible to themain street just 5 min walk. If you hace a chance to stay here I definitely recommend! 10/10

I felt incredibly comfortable during my stay at this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing so kind, open, and communicative. They are always looking for solutions whenever you have a request, no matter how small. Huge compliments to the entire team, because they truly do an outstanding job and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are okay, but I have definitely seen more impressive rooms in the same star category during my travels. Unfortunately, we did have a cockroach in the room but that’s something that is quite common and hard to avoid in Thailand. Despite that, I still felt very comfortable throughout my stay. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is the location a clear 10 out of 10. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it incredibly convenient. Restaurants, shops, and beaches are all just a short walk away. I wasn’t too impressed with the restaurant. Many items listed on the menu were not available and the food itself wasn’t particularly special for the price. However, this isn’t a big issue since there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Overall, I had a great stay, mainly thanks to the wonderful staff. Once again, a big compliment to all the employees they truly make this hotel a special place.
