I felt incredibly comfortable during my stay at this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing so kind, open, and communicative. They are always looking for solutions whenever you have a request, no matter how small. Huge compliments to the entire team, because they truly do an outstanding job and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are okay, but I have definitely seen more impressive rooms in the same star category during my travels. Unfortunately, we did have a cockroach in the room but that’s something that is quite common and hard to avoid in Thailand. Despite that, I still felt very comfortable throughout my stay. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is the location a clear 10 out of 10. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it incredibly convenient. Restaurants, shops, and beaches are all just a short walk away. I wasn’t too impressed with the restaurant. Many items listed on the menu were not available and the food itself wasn’t particularly special for the price. However, this isn’t a big issue since there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Overall, I had a great stay, mainly thanks to the wonderful staff. Once again, a big compliment to all the employees they truly make this hotel a special place.

Amazing experience with this hotel! If I could give more stars I would. We were greeted by the staff Nai, Jane and Kim which who were super kind and welcoming. Gave us lot of ideas of what to do and how to avoid big crowds on the high season. We stayed only for 2 nights, but wished we stayed longer. However, it was fully booked. The room was super nice, very clean and with all the essentials needed. Throughout the hotel it had really beautiful sceneries and was really well taken care off. I really liked the fact that they reinforced the ecologic and sustainability approach with kind messages (ex. Parking spot was a sign to turn off engine if youre waiting to reduce CO2 emissions). Breakfast was amazing as well with all fresh fruits and variety of food to choose from. Location was perfect and accessible to themain street just 5 min walk. If you hace a chance to stay here I definitely recommend! 10/10

We spent 4 days here for our honeymoon in the deluxe chalet room. The location is top-notch, short walk to shops and restaurants and Ao-nang beach. The place feels incredibly secluded as soon as you enter the resort. It feels like a jungle in the middle of a city. I enjoyed seeing the monkeys every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Kik, HKM and Jane. The restaurant was also good but it was super busy the night we came and the service was a little slow. Overall it was a great experience.

This was an unintended stay due to our first accommodations being dirty and horrible. We booked this last minute and so glad we landed here. The property is beautiful and the pool was great. Service was great. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. But Alex in the dining room was head and shoulders great! He remembered what I liked at the breakfast buffet and the last morning he brought me warm childcare croissants. Very sweet and kind young man. All resorts need employees like him! Smile in the breakfast dining room was also very kind and friendly! Breakfast buffet was included with our room and it has a large variety of dishes. We saw monkeys in the trees outside our room

We stayed for four nights over the Christmas holidays at Pakasai as a family of five, having booked two rooms selected from the hotel’s website. Upon arrival, there was confusion at check-in and we did not receive our rooms until well after 2:00 PM. (check in time) We were disappointed with the condition of the rooms. One room had an unpleasant odor, visible mold in the bathroom, and a musty smell in the closets, and the beds were not prepared for all guests. The second room was slightly better, but both showed clear signs of wear and were in need of renovation. After two nights, we asked for a room change, which was an improvement. The common areas are pleasant and match the website photos, although they are not very large. The staff were generally adequate, but communication seemed inconsistent and some requests were not followed up. Breakfast was acceptable, although we often felt the staff were eager to clear the tables quickly. The location in Ao Nang is very good, with very easy access to services and amenities, and the surroundings are quite beautiful. After our stay, our family joked about that this was the bad “Instagram hotel,” as the hotel’s Instagram account and the reality did not quite match. Overall, while the public areas are well maintained and the location is convenient, the condition of the rooms and the level of service did not meet our expectations as a 4- star hotel.
