Wonderful family hotel! The breakfast is great, the coffee is delicious, and the rooms are very clean. Our kids loved the pool area, but their absolute highlight was the indoor playroom. A huge thank-you to Namhom and Da our older son adored them and spent so much joyful time in their care. So warm, attentive, and kind! We feel completely comfortable here. Lovely hotel and every staff member made you feel welcome. All staff were friendly and made the stay even better. Our room was over looking the large pool which was a nice view, helped by a good size balcony. Our room had 2 queen beds with plenty of space. You can order toiletries and other items via their app which are free of charge should you need any extras. You are also provided with slippers and robes. Free pool towels which you can also take to the beach, we used this once. There was so much variety for breakfast that I would find it impossible if anyone complained. Cocktails in the bar seemed better than on poolside but that was my personal preference, they were extremely nice! The hotel was very clean and in a good location for shops/restaurants and the beach. We were out most of the time so can't comment during the day but we didnt hear a thing during night time. We loved this hotel and have no complaints. Well done to all the staff for making our stay perfect!

The kids club was super amazing. First of all, it is included in the price. Second, they will attend to your children as long as you (as parents) are still on the property. We were lucky that no other kids/parents were there, so it was basically a free nanny service!!! Also, these ladies Namhom, Pam and Da did such a spectacular job with our children, dancing, laughing … even though our kids don’t speak a lot of English!!! The property in general is very well maintained. For example: they have so much plants and greenery and these plants obviously lose leaves all the time. You will see almost no leaves on the ground, highlighting the degree of maintenance around the property. Wawa the bartender is super smiley and very committed to great service. We also used the tour booking service and feel we got a great deal for a private boat to Phi Phi for a day excursion. Boat 25 with captain Men and crew member Gobi from “Choi Wanlapa” boat company really took care of our family super well. Just a few suggestions for improvement: - the free billiards game is great, but it is missing a few balls and the cue sticks also need replacement. - the elevator to 3302 seems dangerous: the doors close very fast and the mechanism to stop the doors from closing if something is in between, doesn’t respond fast enough. Would recommend a mechanic to look at this. - would be great if the pool water could be a little warmer The reason for 3 stars for location is that with a family, you pretty much need local transport to go anywhere, including the main Ao Nang beach.

--- **Stayed:** 26th–28th October 2025 (Group Stay15+02) We had a wonderful group stay at **Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa, Krabi** from **26th to 28th October**. The overall experience was excellent — the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to **Mr. Mard at the reception**, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and made our check-in and stay smooth and comfortable. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.infact we forgot the wrist watch of one person he called and coordinated to send that watch to phuket hotel where we were stayed so he was a rock star .kudos to team . The **rooms were spacious and clean**, and the **pool area** was well-maintained — great fun for both kids and adults. The **location is convenient**, close to Ao Nang beach, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was good, Overall, Centara Anda Dhevi offers **excellent service, good value, and a relaxing atmosphere** — perfect for families and groups. Lovely hotel with excellent staff. The hotel rooms are slightly dated and need a bit of care but this doesn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful (plus lots of fun to be around). The kids room was great and my 6 year old and 1 year old both loved it. My 6 year old enjoyed pizza making and model painting activities. Namhon, Pam and Wawa were really attentive to my children and always saying hello during their other roles in the hotel as well as when in the kids room. Great staff! We would definitely come here again.
