Lovely hotel and every staff member made you feel welcome. All staff were friendly and made the stay even better. Our room was over looking the large pool which was a nice view, helped by a good size balcony. Our room had 2 queen beds with plenty of space. You can order toiletries and other items via their app which are free of charge should you need any extras. You are also provided with slippers and robes. Free pool towels which you can also take to the beach, we used this once. There was so much variety for breakfast that I would find it impossible if anyone complained. Cocktails in the bar seemed better than on poolside but that was my personal preference, they were extremely nice! The hotel was very clean and in a good location for shops/restaurants and the beach. We were out most of the time so can't comment during the day but we didnt hear a thing during night time. We loved this hotel and have no complaints. Well done to all the staff for making our stay perfect!

The absolute highlight of our stay at Centara Anda Dhevi was the Kids Club. Our children loved going there every day, and the team truly made the difference. A huge thank-you to Pam, Da and Nam Hom: warm, patient, creative and simply wonderful with the kids. The part we were disappointed with was our family suite (room 5201). It had a strong damp, moldy smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. This really affected our overall experience and is the main reason we wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Thankfully, the rest of the hotel helped balance things out. The pool area was clean and great for families, and the restaurant served good food with friendly service. And again, the Kids Club team deserves all the praise: they turned our children’s holiday into something truly special.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. The hotel rooms are slightly dated and need a bit of care but this doesn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful (plus lots of fun to be around). The kids room was great and my 6 year old and 1 year old both loved it. My 6 year old enjoyed pizza making and model painting activities. Namhon, Pam and Wawa were really attentive to my children and always saying hello during their other roles in the hotel as well as when in the kids room. Great staff! We would definitely come here again.

Stayed here for three days and had a splendid experience overall. The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the staff were courteous throughout. The in-house Starbucks café was a highlight - a great spot to unwind. However, the rooms feel slightly outdated, and the furniture isn’t very child-friendly. The breakfast buffet was expansive but could use more variety, especially in vegetarian options. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay with room for small improvements

--- **Stayed:** 26th–28th October 2025 (Group Stay15+02) We had a wonderful group stay at **Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa, Krabi** from **26th to 28th October**. The overall experience was excellent — the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to **Mr. Mard at the reception**, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and made our check-in and stay smooth and comfortable. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.infact we forgot the wrist watch of one person he called and coordinated to send that watch to phuket hotel where we were stayed so he was a rock star .kudos to team . The **rooms were spacious and clean**, and the **pool area** was well-maintained — great fun for both kids and adults. The **location is convenient**, close to Ao Nang beach, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was good, Overall, Centara Anda Dhevi offers **excellent service, good value, and a relaxing atmosphere** — perfect for families and groups.
