Hotel is having very nice view of sea. Comfortable to stay. Rooftop swimming pool is awesome. Morning breakfast was too good. Street Market and beach is very near to this hotel. Overall my experience was good.one thing I disliked was room and reception desk service.

Great hotel! Super convenient location, awesome breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The rooftop bar and infinity pool are very nice and a nice touch. We felt at home and close to everything we needed, from shops to markets and services like laundry. Do recommend

We had a late night, last minute issue with another hotel in the area and headed over to Avani in hopes we could get a last minute room after a day of traveling. All the staff were helpful and amazing however Grong was especially helpful, kind and made sure we were happy with our room before booking it. The room was excellent! Good AC, views and amenities. The free buffet was solid for fueling the days adventures. Despite being off the Main Street, the room was very quiet and private. No noise issues at all. 8 minute walk to the beach, food, convenience stores and pharmacies all nearby. Great location and great staff!

Resort is beautiful and has such good vibes. Breakfast here was one of the best breakfast bars I’ve ever eaten at. Had plenty of options and delicious food. All the workers are so sweet everywhere and very helpful. Resort is close to all the local activities and is in the middle of the town right next to the beach. Very good tourist spot. Chef Sanjay at the breakfast is incredibly helpful.

What truly makes a place beautiful isn’t just the location—it’s the people, especially the staff when it comes to a hotel experience. Unfortunately, if you're curious about how poor hospitality can overshadow a decent setting, this place might serve as a prime example. While the location itself is quite scenic, the way the property is constructed demands a lot of walking and climbing. This can be quite exhausting, especially during check-in when guests are unprepared for interacting with the staff. The staff, regrettably, were not welcoming. Interactions felt more like confrontations, and instead of offering assistance, they came across as dismissive and, at times, even harassing. It’s disheartening when a conversation with hotel staff leaves you feeling more stressed than supported. As for the reception area gives you feel of budget backpacker hostel than a premium resort. In short..If you can enjoy your stay here without needing to interact with the staff, it could actually be a wonderful experience—the setting has real potential. But the moment you need assistance or basic hospitality, the charm quickly fades.
