Everything about our two-night stay at Avani was great. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming…especially Sanjay, the head chef, and the host during breakfast, who made our mornings even better. Breakfast itself was delicious and something we actually looked forward to. The lobby team ( esp. Yob and Pong) was also very helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, one of those moments where you just stop and take it in. The infinity pool was another highlight, and it’s great that they also have a kids area, making it perfect for families too. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay, and we’ll definitely be back for sure!

Rooms were ok, a bit old. We got the superior room which had view listed as amenities, but we got a view only to the parking lot. When we asked reception about this, they mentioned that the bathtub on the balcony is a bonus for this room to be considered superior. But who would want to stay in a bathtub, 1m next to the parking lot? In any case it was better than the normal Avani rooms since those are near the road and there is too much noise there. Food was ok for breakfast. Pool is very very nice, a bit cold, but with great views. Staff was ok, helpful and quick. We got a gift a bottle of wine and some fruits when we arrived, which was nice. Also everyday we got enough water refills. For the New Years Eve dinner there was a tombola and champagne glasses were given or spa entries, or other things. The entry to the spa was available only for the low season - what are the chances I would come again back then? It was worth ~40usd anyway, but why cheap out on that like that, since we paid for the rooms more than 300USD and just the NYE dinner was ~100 per person. Better without this "gift", or something that would have been available immediately to be able to enjoy

The location is fantastic, only a short walk to Ao Nang Beach and with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Getting transport from the hotel was extremely easy, though most places are within walking distance. The views from the hotel are lovely, looking out over the bay, and the sunsets from the rooftop bar are incredible. The rooms are lovely and a good size, and the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job making sure the rooms are always fresh and clean. Despite so many bars on the road and nearby, we had no issues with noise at night and found the hotel to be very peaceful. The restaurant and the pools are also great - we ended up eating at the hotel multiple nights during our stay because the food was excellent! Overall the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Though the hotel itself is lovely, the staff are what really make it. Every member of staff you meet is friendly, welcoming, smiley and very eager to help. We loved our stay here predominantly because of how brilliant everyone was. Only one thing about the hotel that was not a negative for us but may be for other people - this hotel is not the most accessible if you have friends or family in wheelchairs. Though there are elevators in each building to avoid the steps, you would struggle to comfortably fit a wheelchair with multiple carers/family members inside.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Unforgettable Honeymoon Experience at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Resort From the very moment we arrived at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Resort until the heartbreaking moment we had to leave, our honeymoon was nothing short of magical. The first thing that truly stood out was the staff — without a doubt the politest, kindest and most helpful people we have ever encountered in all of our travels across many holidays. Every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, valued and cared for, and they played a huge role in making our honeymoon so special. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options catering for many different countries and tastes. Every meal felt like a treat and we looked forward to dining there each day. We stayed in a Superior Room which was simply brilliant. The hot tub on the balcony was a dream, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the WiFi was strong and reliable throughout the entire resort. The resort offers two fantastic pools, and the infinity pool on the top is truly something else — the views over Ao Nang are breathtaking and the sunsets over the Andaman Sea are absolutely spectacular. Watching the sun melt into the horizon from that pool is a memory we will cherish forever. The location is ideal for exploring Ao Nang and beyond, making it the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our honeymoon. This resort will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we would not hesitate for a second to book again. Thank you Avani Ao Nang Cliff Resort for giving us the honeymoon of our dreams. 💙

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around extremely easy. The service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always quick to assist with any request. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained.
