Lovely hotel, good stay, central location. Railay beach is just a 10-min boat ride away. Not very far from the Ao Nang landmark night market. Pool is good and there is a lovely space for children to play. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially, Chef Sanjay and the other hotel staff Natty, Nano, and Pine. Chef Sanjay helped us with custom-made food as well. Overall great experience.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff treated us with so much care and warmth. The view from pool is stunning ! Breakfast was plenty, any food you can think of. Services were wonderful ! Since we got villa room which is on the way back to hill, we need busboys to drop us off most of the time. Their attentiveness, warmth, and thoughtful gestures made our honeymoon time feel extra special. All busboys always be ready when customers need, just called to lobby and they will pick you up in a minute. They also recommended places to go, where to eat and time suggestions. The staff is above and beyond. Thanks for Yob, Ice, Wut, Bao and Pong. The room service cleaning was amazing, every time we came from outside it just like we got a new room, good smell, new set of towel and bed set up. Their service was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable. Love this place !

This truly is one of the most amazing hotel we have ever been to. The customer service is on another level. Everywhere you go you’re greeted with a big smile. The warmth from the staff is what makes this hotel unique and Sanjay and the kitchen staff were amazing as well. And of course the views are extraordinary and the location really nice. Krabi is a bit busy so it was so good to wind down in the infinity pool at the hotel. 10/10!

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our sea-view room was truly special and made the stay unforgettable. One of the highlights, beyond the stunning location, is the infinity pool — it’s simply incredible. The Christmas celebration was so much fun, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind and welcoming. A special shout-out to Sanjay at breakfast, who went out of his way to make my husband’s experience wonderful while I wasn’t feeling well. Breakfast here is the best we’ve had in Thailand: delicious, beautifully presented, and with an incredible variety of choices. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more!
