I had an amazing breakfast experience at the restaurant of Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi. The service was absolutely outstanding! A huge thank you to the staff—Margie, Fah, Bird, Bell, Sanjay, and Chef Tiger—who went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were all so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant offers a great variety of food, catering to different tastes, along with a wide selection of beverages, including fresh juices, coffee, and Thai tea. I especially loved that I could order eggs cooked fresh, made order by order. Choosing to stay here was definitely the right decision, and I will absolutely be coming back again!

A Perfect Stay – Thanks to K. Nine! I can’t say enough good things about my stay here.The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable but the real highlight was the amazing hospitality from K. Nine at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and he always available to assist with anything I needed. His friendly attitude and professionalism made my trip so much better. If you’re staying here, know that you’re in good hands. Thank you, K. Nine, for making my visit so memorable!

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had, I would highly recommend you stay far away from this place. Here is why: The resort is on a cliff and so to get to any of the rooms its a very steep hike up lots of flights of stairs to get to your room. We booked a pool villa and was told we would have a view of the ocean…. See photo to what our view was. Not to mention the villa was extremely run down, gross, and a 10 min drive up the hill away from the resort. We then asked if we could switch to a more basic room that actually had a view (also half the price) and the refused to give me any compensation after their staff lied to me over the phone saying we would have a view. The view from our new room was amazing but did not outweigh the rundown gross hotel room. Lastly, we were there for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or new towels put in the room even though they said they do every day. On the last night house keeping came by around 8:00 PM to clean our room after we were already in for the night. Who wants there room cleaned that late? Anyways overall the only good thing about this hotel is the view (not from the villas) other than that the hotel is horrible and extremely overpriced!!

Really good friendly hotel, cleverly built into the hills behind the high street. Busy location but super handy for shops and restaurants. We had two pool villas which were awesome, one had an amazing view of the islands. Car lift service to rooms is really cool 👌🏼

My boyfriend and I just had the most incredible, romantic, and relaxing experience at the Avani Spa here at the Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort. They were offering a special package during our stay called “Romance in Every Touch” and it was divine. The package consisted of a 30 minute romantic bath, plus a 60 minute oil massage followed by a 30 minute head/scalp treatment. We added on a body scrub because life is short and we wanted to experience it ALL! Our bodies feel so rejuvenated and relaxed after all the traveling we’ve been doing. Our masseuses were named: Nammy and Tuk - they did a wonderful job, and they were also so nice to us. At the end of our treatment we were given a beautiful plate of fresh fruit and some ginger tea. It was lovely. The warmth and hospitality we felt the minute we walked into the spa is very memorable. These women work so hard and always have a smile on their face. We highly recommend this spa and package, because we will absolutely return.
