A wonderful resort that I wouldn't hesitate to return to. The hotel staff is Amazing and make u feel welcomed. My wife and I shut down two of the three bars there and made friends with the staff. The pool villas are Fantastic. Our only issues were the dim lighting in the bathroom and nowhere to hang your bath towel. The food was good as well and we loved being taken to our room in the hotel buggies. There's plenty of shops and places for massages, food and a tattoo if you're looking for one. I highly recommend this resort if you're looking.

We knew we are coming to a good place - but we were surprised nonetheless. Avani is a special hotel. Absolutely marvelous place. Rooms are great, we got upgraded to wonderful villas with a buggy service uphill. Staff is incredible - helpful, extremly polite and helpful. I could probably put an essay here, but let me put it like this - I had a privilqge of visiting a lot of places and hotels. This was the best. Honestly. Worth the price, believe me.

I was so blown-away by the service and amenities of this resort. We came to Krabi for my best friend’s birthday, and were surprised with a cake and decorations on check-in. At dinner on the rooftop (which had a live band), the staff, including Fah, sang to my best friend and brought her cake for her birthday. The pools are incredible, the views are jaw dropping (including the sunset from the roof), and the spa is to die for. The happy hour drinks every evening were buy one get one and the breakfast each morning was an amazing spread. I am so glad we stayed here and were so close to the beach as well.

While overall loved it here, there were certain concerns. We booked a so called "family suite" which we found rather small for a family of 4 (2 children). There was only one washroom which is inadequate and needs attention as that could improve. View from the pool is amazing and so is the cafe by the side. break fast spread was good but a few more vegetarian options would be nice for people like us. The staff was awesome especially Natty. she was so sweet. The service here was fast and efficient. Location is excellent bang in the middle of the most happening area.
