The food and room service could use a hand along with the temperament of the staff. They were sweet on the last day of our stay but initially not very welcoming. It wasn’t just us rather everyone who felt the same. However, the view, infinity pool, location and availability outside compensated for our stay. Location wise - highly recommended, hospitality wise, they could improve.

Fantastic location right on the main street, surrounded by shops and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We stayed here for three nights and had a lovely experience. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very courteous and helpful with room amenities. They also allowed us a late checkout by an hour upon request, which we really appreciated. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options. A special mention to Chef Mr. Sanjay, who was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to assist us with vegetarian dishes and was attentive to the food preferences. A true gentleman.

A true gentleman, he also helped us with several queries about nearby attractions. The infinity pool, located near the breakfast area, offers a beautiful view—perfect for relaxing. We truly wish we had more days to enjoy our stay here.

Location is very good for this Resort. One has to remember that there are two portions of this Resort, rooms in old portion are not properly maintained. When you checkin ask for rooms in building 5 where Resort restaurant and pool is present. Unfortunately I did not know that and my friend got the room in the new tower which is much superior than old tower. The cost paid and room type selected while booking was same.

I had an amazing breakfast experience at the restaurant of Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi. The service was absolutely outstanding! A huge thank you to the staff—Margie, Fah, Bird, Bell, Sanjay, and Chef Tiger—who went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were all so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant offers a great variety of food, catering to different tastes, along with a wide selection of beverages, including fresh juices, coffee, and Thai tea. I especially loved that I could order eggs cooked fresh, made order by order. Choosing to stay here was definitely the right decision, and I will absolutely be coming back again!
