Location of the hotel best. It was the best experience in past many years. We had some stomach infection. Staff explained every food item and customised it for us. Staff understood our requirements. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and Avani made it an exceptional experience for us. We ate all the meals in Avani only. Sanjay is an Indian staff in Avani and catered our kid with Indian food. Puu explained every dish with patience customised it for us with less oil & less spices. Kan, Fah & Bird were very friendly and go to staff for any information required. Over all hotel is very beautiful with very nice view. Rooms are clean. Very positive vibes.

The hotel is beautiful and well located. It’s very convenient with restaurants, a pharmacy, and the beach not far away. The Night Market is also within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices that changed daily. The hotel has plenty of staff, and they were friendly and welcoming. 😊 However, the service overall was a bit disappointing. On the day of check-in, it was raining, but the security guard did not assist with directing traffic. There was not even a welcome drink offered at check-in. Our room was upgraded, but the staff did not explain why. The upgraded room was a Superior Room (No. 2000), which was spacious with a large balcony—but the view was only of the car park 🤦🏻‍♀️. The room also had fresh paint stains, with the smell of paint still lingering. The bidet spray had limescale build-up, which made us hesitant to use it. At the Pool Bar, the staff didn’t seem to know the difference between a lemon and a lime, even after I specifically requested a lemon for my Gin Tonic 🥴. On check-out day, I requested a bellman to help with our luggage, but we ended up having to take it to the car ourselves. That said, I would like to compliment the security guard on duty at check-out, as he did his job very well 💯

Our stay at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort was simply fantastic! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the cliffs and the sea. The view from the restaurant was fantastic. We especially want to highlight the extremely helpful staff in the restaurant – Milk, Wa, Bird, Jay, and Kan truly made our stay memorable with their friendly and attentive service. The breakfast offers a wide variety and high quality. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the resort is ideal for families with children. We also really enjoyed the daily activity program, which includes yoga and more.

The reception staff are really rude. The above review was added on day 1. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the hotel was lovely! Loved the room, the view, location - everything besides the reception staff, specifically the interactions with the female staff. Breakfast was decent - but that's definitely subjective.

Khushi Bhagwat

Absolutely loved the property! Quite serene, situated on a cliff. Rooms were quite spacious with pretty views. The spa there was amazing, food was decent. Highlight however is the location, right in the city centre which makes commuting easier. Infinity pool was the cherry on top of the cake. Staff was courteous.
