decent hotel with average service, which was almost nonexistent at times. The location is acceptable, and the duplex rooms are reasonably comfortable; however, they are located very far from the main building. Because of this, and due to the lack of agility and responsiveness from the staff, I was ultimately not satisfied. Overall, it is a mid-range hotel with a mid-range price.

We just checked in and the experience is not up to the mark. We found our rooms smelling and requested for a room change. But they completely denied it saying that they do not find room smelling and they can’t do anything about it. Hospitality is zero here and when told that we might change hotel if you don’t change our room, they bluntly said go ahead talk to your agent. Smelling was so bad that we couldn’t even sit. They kept denying it that we couldn’t smell anything. They are rude and acting as they are doing a favour to us by giving us rooms. They even denied giving the whole incident in writing in case they feel if we are wrong. What options do we have now at this place ? We are 12 and changing hotel is not easy?

This is without doubt the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Let me make it clear to start with. We stayed in the resort, NOT THE MAIN HOTEL. The room was no more than a windowless concrete box. The plug sockets didn't work, The shower was either freezing or roasting, and on our last day, was non existing. The walk to the concrete box was all the way up hill. We tried to change room, and were told it would be an extra 1000bt PER NIGHT PER PERSON DONT GO, it was it absolutely shocking

We stayed for 2 nights in this resort room was good we stayed in Duplex room, in they offer facilities like bathtub ,hair dryer, tea coffee, 2 water bottles per day which was good but they offered me empty mini bar nothing to munch , no welcome amenities. My food experience was not so good i order food from room service food was cold Spring rolls was soggy pizza was hard and cold at the time of checkout i informed front desk staff about my food experience they said ok feels like they don’t care about the feedbacks no action taken by staff i was very disappointed because of my bad lunch i prefer to eat food outside not in hotel.

3 star hotel and no more, Pretending to be 5 star. Old and small rooms, shameful cleanliness, curtains full of moss and mold, the bathroom makes you wonder if you came out clean or dirtier. Terrible service record, to get towels you have to beg, all the staff do not feel human, all like robots. The dining room is dirty and full of ants. Even the TV took me back to the 70s, all you see is snow, power plugs that don't work. No value for money, ruins the whole vacation No value for money.
