Good stay overall! Pleasant and welcoming service, reasonable buffet breakfast. Good housekeeping. Pool's were nice and well maintained albeit rooftop a bit small but nice nevertheless. Yoga class and instructor was good and offered a good bit of enthusiasm for the morning. Would be a 5/5 if the small things were done well/better. I.e would've been nice to have a water or hydration station in the lobby and would've been nice if was offered a menu to order food or drinks when by the pool (didn't happen at all over 4 days), Would've been good to have been offered the complimentary welcome drink rather than awkwardly ask for it. Would still recommend this place as location is just a short stroll to cafes, restaurants, the beach, massage places etc

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with a convenient bar that catered to all our needs. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and our room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view from the balcony. The only minor issue was that the bar fridge in our room was a little small for our needs. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Panan Krabi Resort. The family rooms with pool access were a good choice and my family and grandchildren enjoyed it so much! Breakfast was a good spread and service was outstanding throughout our stay of 5 days. We encourage guests to engage their airport-transfer service as it was affordable and convenient. The staff made out grandson's birthday celebration extra special with room decorations and cake too! Thank you Panan Krabi for the special experience which we will not forget! I stayed at the Panan Krabi resort for 3 nights and I had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean and it had a good view of a hill and the ocean in the distance. The staff were kind. What I didn't enjoy- 1) The bathroom door didn't close unless it was pushed very hard into position. 2) No full length mirror in the room. Tourist destination, hello? 2) The water in the shower wasn't draining on its own and instead was collecting on the floor. Almost 70% of the floor was covered with pooled water. It obviously remained like that even a day after we had used the shower. We brought it up with the reception- they asked for a photo to be sent to them initially and one hour later nothing was done in response. When I brought it up in person again, they suggested we call housekeeping staff to clear the water everytime we use the shower. (Really?) When I requested for a room change, they told me they'll let me know when someone checks out that evening. They did but by then I didn't really want to change the room because I expected the others might be the same. I couldn't use the pool to swim because I couldn't dare to wash my hair- it would be so disgusting to have that in the bathroom and then have to call someone to clean it. 3) The food was stale. At the breakfast spread, the baked food and pastries were fresh and made very well. But apart from that, everything seemed recycled. I was in Bangkok before I traveled to Krabi and ate in so many places but I had an stomach upset after eating here. The food that we ordered to our room was worse- especially the pork was so dry and hard. We started eating out after we realised that it was not just one or two dishes gone wrong and stuck to the baked food for breakfast and my stomach got better. So yes, definitely wasn't expected from a 4 star hotel and for the price they charge. Won't be returning again. I don't believe in putting places down unnecessarily but people deserve to be treated right and this was not right.

A good hotel in a perfect location, without a private beach but close to everything. The pool is a bit small, so the kids didn’t enjoy going in, but the massage was excellent, as was the Four Islands tour we booked through the hotel. Room cleanliness was acceptable, though there was noticeable wear and tear—the faucets looked worn, and the shower door was completely missing, so water splashed all over the bathroom. The hotel is divided into buildings, with up to ten rooms on each floor, so the elevators aren’t crowded and arrive quickly. Room service and the front desk were excellent, but the lobby and reception area are open and no air conditioning and also by standing up - not comfortable tor the guests and employees. The hotel restaurant D-plee was also very good, with reasonable prices. Especially great service from Nen, Mai, Su, Ket - thank you!
