A good hotel in a perfect location, without a private beach but close to everything. The pool is a bit small, so the kids didn’t enjoy going in, but the massage was excellent, as was the Four Islands tour we booked through the hotel. Room cleanliness was acceptable, though there was noticeable wear and tear—the faucets looked worn, and the shower door was completely missing, so water splashed all over the bathroom. The hotel is divided into buildings, with up to ten rooms on each floor, so the elevators aren’t crowded and arrive quickly. Room service and the front desk were excellent, but the lobby and reception area are open and no air conditioning and also by standing up - not comfortable tor the guests and employees. The hotel restaurant D-plee was also very good, with reasonable prices. Especially great service from Nen, Mai, Su, Ket - thank you!

Much better than nearby 4 star hotels, however slightly costly than those. I wonder why it is not a 5 star? Excellent rooms, service, courteous staffs, cleanliness and everything. Main pools on ground floor excellent for kids and adults alike. Rooftop small pool has excellent views of cliffs and sea (far). Pool timings are 8 am to 7 pm. Both pools accessible by all guests. Personal pools rooms also available. Excellent breakfast including 4-5 veg and Indian food items. All these at comparatively good prices through Trip.com. Spare minimum half day to enjoy the resort itself.

The hotel is average at best. It feels old with basic decor and poorly maintained. Water was leaking on the corridor floors. The rooms were poorly cleaned and we had to twice ask the room to be made up. Pool was cold and pool towels were old and grubby looking. Gym equipment was old. View was unattractive. Breakfast buffet was overrated. Overall, it seemed very overpriced for what it was and compared badly to other hotels we've used in Thailand. Would not stay again.

The place is beautiful and clean however.. For the price, the condition of the rooms were disappointing. Pros : Location is great - near food stalls, watsons, 7e, walking distance from a massage parlour and 100 baht store. Not that far from the beach and same row as the ticket counter for long tail boat. The hotel looks beautiful and clean, breakfast is good but I feel like there is room for improvement. And a big thanks to house keeping who changed our sheets at 9pm. Cons: The humidity of the rooms! The sheets and floors ended up wet and damp till it was so uncomfortable to even sit on the bed let alone sleep and walk around the room. Even the clothes in our luggage and our equipment were affected. We called the front desk to request for a room change and although they seem aware of the air conditioning problem, it took hours for the morning shift to respond. They waited till noon shift to arrive and only then we got attended to. They wasted half of our day. They gave us two options on the rooms and to be honest you can feel the dampness in the sheets in both rooms. And there were many mosquitoes even when we closed our balcony door.

A great location to stay, off the main street and only a short walk to the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful with things to do in the area, and the hotel is kept in good condition. I love that Panan Krabi uses an app, so you can request any room amenities you need and communicate through the app if you have any questions. The rooms do have a damp smell, however do not let this put you off, I asked the staff if there is anything they could do and they used a spray in the room to help. The breakfast was a nice selection, I personally liked the egg station, fruit and the Thai treats. I also ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant and I can say, the Thai food was delicious!! Pools clean, roof top pool with happy hour was a win and I enjoyed my stay here.
