We very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious with a large balcony and good shower. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast each morning and we also enjoyed lunch on a few days of our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great - close to the beach and a range of bars/restaurants/shops, etc. The staff on the tour desk were also very good when it came to recommending excursions and the excursions themselves were reasonably priced (we wouldn't have saved any money booking with Get Your Guide/Viator/etc with hotel pick-up included). Couple of minor points - The shower, while lovely with good pressure, had a translucent wall into the bedroom where the outline of the person in the shower was clearly visible to the person in the bedroom. I'm not sure who made this design choice and maybe some people like it, but we didn't understand it and would have preferred a wall! Also, there wasn't really a bar in the hotel that could be used when it was raining. Loads of options near by so not an issue but would have a been a nice addition given the rainy afternoons during our stay. However, we would still very much recommend the hotel and would happily stay again when we return to Krabi.

Our stay at Panan Krabi Resort was a beautiful experience in every way. The hospitality and warmth from the reception staff were outstanding, and we are so grateful to all the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants, room service, gym, and especially the breathtaking rooftop pool with its stunning cliff backdrop. Our room was cosy, beautifully maintained, and serviced daily, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also fantastic — so convenient to the shops and beach, making it easy to enjoy everything Ao Nang has to offer.

I spent a weekend at Panan Krabi Resort and enjoyed it. The pool area was great, I appreciated both the beauty and the fact that as far as I could tell, there always were enough sun beds for everyone. The room was a bit basic looks-wise, but I really liked the nest-like bed on the balcony. The staff was friendly and professional, but you could tell they process hundreds of tourists every day. The breakfast was quite good, although it desperately needs hand desinfecting stations. The nearest place to wash hands is far enough to not encourage people to utilize it. The location is great, away from the worst traffic noise but still near everything that is going on in Ao Nang. Small edit: My room was connected with a door to the next room, and the door did not insulate any sound. I heard word-for-word everything that was being discussed in the other room. That could definitely be improved.

Returning to Panan Krabi Resort was the best decision! The resort itself is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a Family Pool Access room this time, which was incredibly spacious. The vibe is super chill and relaxing. Even where there are many tourists around. A special shout-out to Mew and MJ at the tour desk! They were so friendly and helped us organize an amazing private luxury Hong Island tour, explaining everything clearly to ensure we had a premium experience. Mew even went completely out of her way to help us arrange transport to Reeve Beach Club. The first ride was overcrowded, but Mew saved the evening when she personally managed to get the driver to come back for us. Incredible service! We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back! One more thing, Mew is beautiful (as requested by her... 🤭)

I just finished an amazing 8-day stay at Panan Resort in Krabi, and I’d definitely recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. Check-in was smooth, and the little touches throughout the stay made it feel really personal. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable—I especially loved the cozy bed and relaxing balcony. Housekeeping kept everything perfect every day. The pool area was a highlight: beautiful, not overcrowded, and great for both relaxing and swimming. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and the overall quality was excellent. The location is ideal—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful and quiet. Overall, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to switch into full vacation mode. I’d happily stay here again!
