I just had a chance to write a review of our stay at this hotel. We stayed in May 2025, though our original booking was for May 2024 through a well-known OTA. Unfortunately, I had an acute heart attack and needed emergency open-heart surgery, so we couldn’t travel as planned. My husband tried contacting the OTA but we weren’t impressed with their service. Thankfully, the hotel showed great empathy and kindly allowed us to postpone our stay within a 1.5-year period. When I recovered enough to travel, we finally made it there — and at check-in, we were upgraded to a premium room with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious, comfortable, with a lovely balcony, and the bathroom was big and well-designed. The hotel itself has a large swimming pool with a pool bar, which was very enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices to start the day. I especially loved the noodles — they were delicious — and the bakery items were also very tasty. The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the beach. Overall, we had a truly relaxing time. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back here again.

We spent a very enjoyable 15 nights in this hotel. Whilst it was close to the Main Street of Ao Nang it was situated down a side street which was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. We liked that they had an app to order anything from water to room service and all was delivered incredibly quickly and with a smile. We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant a number of times as the price was very reasonable and the food was delicious in lovely surroundings and very peaceful. The waitresses Nicky, Carrie, Kla and Neenee were wonderful and looked after us very well during our stay. We booked a number of trips through the hotel who were very proactive in ringing the companies if they were late when you were sat waiting to be picked up. We can highly recommend this hotel and will return.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the district, yet it feels wonderfully quiet and relaxed. Because the property is set slightly back, you can enjoy peaceful mornings by the pool without the usual city noise. The pool area is perfect – comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels, and truly outstanding service. The staff throughout the hotel are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast deserves a special mention: it is exceptional, with an impressive variety and excellent quality. Honestly, this was the best breakfast I’ve had in Thailand so far. The rooftop pool is another highlight. The service up there is excellent, and the prices are more than fair. You can easily spend the entire day there being well taken care of without feeling overcharged. Everything is done with so much care and attention to detail. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panan Krabi Resort! We stayed in a family suite for 4 nights. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable to relax in after a long morning on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the shower hot and powerful! The aircon was powerful and the room also had a fan which helped circulate the cool air. The resort was only 5 minutes walk from the beach/the boats to various islands which was super convenient for us. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, especially the tourist information desk, who helped us book a private longtail boat tour of Ko Hong Island and two others (with Krabi Teerapong Tour). Breakfast was included and was very enjoyable - there was a wide variety of choice, including freshly made eggs, Thai soup, noodles and donuts. There was also a choice of fresh juice, fruit that meant we could have something different every day. The only downside to our stay was the number of Israelis staying at the resort. Other than that, we definitely would recommend staying at Panan Krabi Resort. Our favourite place for food was KoDam Kitchen, where we went three days in a row! We also enjoyed South Indian food at Madras Cafe.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a happy joyful place in epic location but the best aspect about it is the team. I would love to thank especially Kao who provided us with assistance and exceptional service as well as the entire team at the restaurant Nicky, Su, Anda, Ake, New and Cin and the sushi chef. My kids loved doing mui tai classes and the rock climbing wall again and again. The recreation team so fantastic with them. Breakfast had some great choices and in parts was better than a 5 star resort we came from. All in all very happy positive experience, value for money and my husband and kids loved it here. The hotel has an urban feel located in a bustling street and 5 minutes walk to beach.
