Okay hotel. Pro’s: Relatively modern. About 50% of staff or more concerned with customer experience. Only a modest walk or short drive from beach. Decent breakfast buffet. Cons: Starting to look dated. Up to 50% of staff disengaged, less concerned with customer experience. While best to use hotel’s shuttle to beachfront, hotel summarily disregards the schedule it had itself created. Cleaning is very patchy (general cleaning, room cleaning).

Location: The hotel boasts a fantastic location! It's a short walk from the beach, perfect for catching some rays and enjoying the water. Convenience is key, and the hotel is surrounded by essential amenities: a McDonald's for a quick bite, a Watson's for toiletries, and not one, but two 7-Elevens within easy reach for any forgotten necessities. Additionally, a variety of restaurants and a mini-mart are just a few minutes' walk away, offering a wealth of dining options. Cleanliness and Amenities: The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The large swimming pool with different sections was a great feature, providing options for relaxation and fun in the sun. Plus, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide selection of food to start your day. Room Comfort: While the room was clean, I did experience some minor issues. The humidity level seemed a bit high, and there were occasional water marks on the floor, which I suspect might be related to the humidity. Air Conditioning: Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in my room (and apparently my friend's on a different floor) would automatically switch off during our stay. I'm unsure if this was due to a power supply issue or a problem with the air conditioning itself. This did make sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. Staff Friendliness: The staff were generally helpful, but I did feel like their level of friendliness could have been more consistent. There were instances where they seemed more attentive to Western guests than Asian guests. Overall Impression: Despite the minor inconveniences with the room and air conditioning, I would still consider this a great hotel overall. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was a welcome amenity. If the air conditioning could be addressed and staff friendliness became more uniform, this hotel would be truly outstanding.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is 7/11 right in front of the hotel, and many more shops and restaurants. It is also very close to the beach where you can take a tours to nearby stunning islands. The service of the hotel is pretty poor (mainly compared to other resorts in Thailand which their service is exceptional!). One day they didn't clean our room by the time we got back at 4pm and then shoved a note that says since we are inside the room they won't clean it today. The next day the room did cleaned, but there was no towels so we had to ask the reception. The breakfast is pretty good - there is huge variety of foods from different cultures. The rooftop pool is great, with amazing view and nice bar. There are many activities, and the hotel is very friendly to kids.

The hotel is big and we'll managed. The rooms are big and spacious. I throughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good too with lots of vegetarian options. The staff are helpful and polite. The swimming pool on the roof has an amazing view of the cliffs. Shops and the beach are walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I book from MMT and I found the hotel rooms are excellent. Location is great close to beach But in breakfast very less options I stayed 3 nights with my family and always bf was almost the same . For Indian who wanted to have vegetarian almost no options at breakfast. Continental they don’t know how to cook however they will provide you food just to feed you! Staff as usual Thai , they do not like to serve you but they do with foreigner tourist Always they do not listen to you n try to avoid you!! if you are planning to stay it is great but do not expect any other things ..
