We visited Krabi to celebrate my birthday, and our stay at Panan Krabi Resort made it an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly, and the resort’s modern design and peaceful vibe set the perfect tone for our trip. The location is fantastic—just a short stroll to Ao Nang Beach and surrounded by lively shops and eateries, yet the resort itself feels like a quiet oasis. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view. The rooftop pool was a highlight—stunning views and a great spot to relax with a drink. The main pool area was just as enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff at the restaurant. A huge thank you to Nicky, Kla, Fon, and Honey for going above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. They surprised me with a delicious birthday cake and warm greetings during breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made me feel so celebrated! Overall, Panan Krabi Resort exceeded our expectations with its excellent facilities, prime location, and exceptional staff. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this gem for anyone traveling to Krabi!

If I would have to come again to Krabi, will definitely stay here again. The location is very central, they have the rooftop pool which is more quiet comparing to the main one (full of kids), which others might find it too noisy like us. Breakfast variety is great and they have an egg station for omelette/ fried eggs, however there is no bacon. They also have a sushi station, the tuna sashimi was worth it (9£). The room is spacious and same as the bed, however is very humid. My phone case was wet when I woke up (just as an idea), no big deal however do expect this. The housekeeping did a great job to our room and the excursions to hong island we booked it with the hotel a day before and it was really nice.

The ocean view room is was literally a dream come true. don't miss it! Something about this hotel just feel perfect for me. Staff was the genuinely the nicest I've met. Really felt so happy going through the lobby each time. Location is perfect. Breakfast and dining room were super nice. Kids club was great and the staff were so happy to play with us Room service was very efficient and helpful with all our requests for the baby.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews more carefully before booking here… I’ll start with the negatives. First of all when we got to our room it smelt terribly of sewage. We thought it was the restroom but surprisingly it the restroom smelt better than our room. We stayed in one of the private pool rooms so we opened our balcony to help air out the place and it didn’t work. Everything was quite dirty as well. Every towel has black and brown stains all over them. What was even more disappointing was getting into bed to see yellow black and brown stains all over… We had a long travel day and the front desk didn’t respond to our complaint before my husband was already asleep. The next morning the front desk let us know a new room was ready for us and we didn’t have high hopes at this point but we were pleasantly surprised with a clean good smelling room. There were still a few small stains on the sheets but was so much better than the last room. Besides the room the views were so pretty and it was nice to have a cold pool to jump in since Thailand is so hot. There was a full thing of paper towels at the bottom of our second rooms pool which was fun to clean up but still an upgrade from the first room. I feel like this place needs a deep clean and a few upgrades and it would totally be worth it! We did end up do a floating breakfast and that was incredible and made us forget about all the other stuff. If we would’ve started in the second room I would’ve given this place maybe a 3 or 4/5 stars.

The hotel entrance is grand and bit secluded from the Main Street. Our rooms seem a bit unkept for what we would expect for a 4 star hotel. The rooftop pool is very small and area is not as depicted on pictures. Plug sockets didn’t work properly either. The pools are good but water is cold not heated. There’s also jets and seated areas on the pool but these were all broken. Service is helpful but always friendly. We had better service in Bangkok. Breakfast buffet is a bit hit and miss. Location is great though, right on Ao Nang strip. Lots of shops, markets and great food places just walking distance.
