We had a lovely stay celebrating our anniversary. The room was nice and bright, and the complimentary decoration made the occasion feel extra special. The staff were friendly, polite and very welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable and in room dining was mostly excellent. The burger and steak were amazing, though the pasta was overcooked. A few areas for improvement. The conditioner was finished upon check in, the laundry bag felt oily, the shower pressure was a little slow, and the toothpaste tasted unusual. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we truly appreciated the warm service. Thank you for making our anniversary stay memorable.

We had 2 connecting rooms during our 3 days stay from Feb 13-16. Rooms were clean, very decent sizes, staff were polite and helpful from front reception to housekeeping. The hotel also accommodated us with some requests on harder mattress and pillows and really kudos to the servicing staff. Nearby malls include Gardens, Mid Valley and KLEC. F&Bs are abundant and very convenient to access. Grab hires were easy too. Overall we had a good time at Amari. Keep up the maintenance and thr good work.

This was my first stay at Amari Kuala Lumpur, and I honestly couldn’t fault anything. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, making the stay extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay and deserve special mention for their attention to detail. The location is ideal, especially for shoppers. The hotel has a sheltered walkway with direct access to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were also outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Prices are very affordable for the quality and service you receive. If you enjoy shopping, I highly recommend this hotel. Mid Valley Megamall offers high-quality brands and a great variety of shops without being overly expensive—I absolutely loved shopping there. Overall, I would highly recommend Amari Kuala Lumpur to anyone visiting KL. It offers excellent value, a great location, and top-class service. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed in the one-bedroom suite at Amari Kuala Lumpur and the experience truly exceeded my expectations! First of all, we received a warm welcome and surprise in the room with a birthday cake and decor. The room was also very clean and thoughtfully designed. It has many lamps and warm lightings which was a nice touch and makes me feel like home. I especially loved the bathroom with the ring light mirror, free standing bathtub and top quality Panpuri amenities. Usually I am easily freaked staying alone in a hotel room but here I felt so cosy and safe like I'm living at home. My next favourite would be the breakfast buffet and evening cocktails/canapés in the lounge. All the food tasted delicious that eating outside seemed redundant! The hotel is also conveniently located with sheltered walk all the way to Gardens mall, Midvalley mall and the train station. There were also a gym and pool which looked good but I didn't get to try this time round. Service was also top notch! We will definitely come back again if we are in Kuala Lumpur!

had a wonderful stay at Amari Hotel in Malaysia, and I can confidently say it is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-organized and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean, which was one of the things I appreciated the most. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless and very well maintained, giving a comfortable and relaxing feeling throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, catering to different tastes and preferences. There were both Asian and Western options, fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and drinks. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and neatly presented, making breakfast something to truly look forward to every morning. The hotel’s location is also perfect. It is very close to Mid Valley Megamall, which makes shopping, dining, and entertainment extremely convenient. Additionally, the staff promised that our room would be upgraded. We even spun a Fortune Wheel during check-in and won the upgrade, which was such a fun experience. I’m really hoping the upgrade happens as promised—it would make our stay even more enjoyable! Overall, Amari Hotel provides great comfort, cleanliness, excellent food, and a prime location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again in the future.
