We stayed at Amara KL in the one bedroom suite with my wife and twins, and the experience was way above our expectations. ✨ The suite was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, a perfect fit for our family. 🏡 The hotel’s service was excellent, especially through the app, which was very user friendly and made it so easy to keep track of our requests and updates. 📲 Breakfast was great with plenty of choices to start the day right. 🥐☕ We also enjoyed the evening cocktails with pastries from 5 to 7 pm, which was a really nice touch. 🍸🥮 The location is very convenient and accessible, making it easy for us to get around KL. 🚇 On top of that, the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊 Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back again. 🌟

I was skeptical at first but see it quite often whenever I go towards Mid-Valley. And last week had the chance to stay there with my partner on Working and Leisure trip. We had great experiences there, stayed in the Club Floor with lots of benefits as the afternoon cocktail and snacks (Aperitivo) which has great line of snacks, too bad the red wine is sort of "un-drinkable" but there are so many good cheap Red Wine you can choose and served as part of the free flow package. The room is Huge, amenities are fantastic, too bad we cannot connect our youtube and netflix to the Hotel Entertainment, perhaps next?☺️ the breakfast consist of a lot of great stuff from continental, european, asian and of course Malaysian and of course its all great taste!! Fantastic job to the Director of F&B Mr Subra that is very hands on, wish all the other restaurant staff could be as great as Mr. Subra. Reception are awesome, we have help from them with a good attitude and hospitability. All and all, I will definitely stay there again, would recommend to friends and colleagues and will try to stay at others Amari Hotel in different country. GREAT JOB!!!

Our stay at Amari Kuala Lumpur was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the ever-smiling security personnel, instantly setting a positive tone. A special shout-out to Siva at the reception, who made our check-in effortless. He was professional, friendly, and ready to assist with any inquiries we had. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a breathtaking view that truly reflected the energy of Kuala Lumpur. The room service was another highlight—efficient, courteous, and consistently professional. The hotel’s restaurant offered a wide selection of flavorful dishes, catering to different tastes. The views from the pool and sports area were particularly stunning, making them perfect spots to relax after a long day. The location of the hotel is a major advantage. It’s just a short walk from a metro station and a mini mall that includes grocery stores and dining options—making everything conveniently accessible. However, it’s worth noting that July can be extremely humid, even indoors. Also, only tap water is available in-room, so guests preferring cold bottled water should bring their own. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’d happily return and highly recommend Amari Kuala Lumpur to any traveler.

Nice and clean room. However, my last day at breakfast on Oct 11 was so disappointed. Was there around 9:30 AM , I asked for some ice with the waiter guy at the juice bar. Then he scooped out some ice from the basket that use to storage some juice boxes and others beverage bottles in the same basket and he about to gave it to me but I didnt not take it and I also questioned him back about the cleanliness, he said it’s clean☹️ come on man! those ice might be contaminated already!! This is unacceptable. How can you offer it to your hotel guest. It’s not clean and no hygienic at all, in my opinion. Please make sure you serve clean food and drink to the hotel guests.

It's value for money stay for short trip in KL. The room is comfortable but the bed maybe too soft for some. Not meant for those who wish to sleep in hotel bed for long as the TVs is not smart type. The breakfast food spread is decent and nice for my family liking.
