Our stay at Amari Kuala Lumpur was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the ever-smiling security personnel, instantly setting a positive tone. A special shout-out to Siva at the reception, who made our check-in effortless. He was professional, friendly, and ready to assist with any inquiries we had. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a breathtaking view that truly reflected the energy of Kuala Lumpur. The room service was another highlight—efficient, courteous, and consistently professional. The hotel’s restaurant offered a wide selection of flavorful dishes, catering to different tastes. The views from the pool and sports area were particularly stunning, making them perfect spots to relax after a long day. The location of the hotel is a major advantage. It’s just a short walk from a metro station and a mini mall that includes grocery stores and dining options—making everything conveniently accessible. However, it’s worth noting that July can be extremely humid, even indoors. Also, only tap water is available in-room, so guests preferring cold bottled water should bring their own. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’d happily return and highly recommend Amari Kuala Lumpur to any traveler.

Great location near malls and a train station, rooms were clean and spacious. Special thanks to Siva who had great initiative to let us use the lounge in the evening first while he got our rooms and keys sorted. Would definitely come back here to stay. Only drawback was the crowd during breakfast in the restaurant.

I had a fabulous stay at Amari Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I must say the hospitality here is truly world-class. A heartfelt thank you to the lovely and beautiful Ms. Neeta, who went above and beyond to make my birthday stay extra special. Together with the ever-attentive housekeeper Rosman, she thoughtfully decorated my complimentary upgraded Club King Deluxe room, complete with a delicious cake that looked almost too good to eat. It was the little touches she paid attention to that made my stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. A special mention also goes to Victor, the sweetest bartender, who made me the most perfect frozen margaritas—something I had been craving for a long time, and not many bars get it right! He nailed it effortlessly. From the warm service to the thoughtful gestures, Amari Hotel KL has won my heart. Thank you to the amazing team for making my birthday celebration unforgettable. 💖

Stayed 2 nights at Amari Kuala Lumpur for RM1,300 — advertised as a 5-star hotel, but honestly, I didn't feel it. The room was average, nothing luxurious about it. The breakfast buffet was disappointing — food trays were not refilled, tables left dirty, and basic cutlery missing even after cleaning. Food taste so average. The lounge access (which I paid extra for) was underwhelming. Food was minimal, not premium, and service was lacking. Staff were polite and tried their best, but it’s clear the hotel is understaffed and not maintaining true 5-star standards. For the price I paid, I expected a premium experience — but what I got felt more like a budget hotel pretending to be luxury. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone expecting a proper 5-star stay.

Stayed for wedding anniversary 3 days 2 nights. Left a remark as coming to celebrate wedding anniversary. Hotel staff decorated the room and face complementary cakes. We were surprised. Great view and 👍 service. Breakfast varieties could have been better. Overall a Great experience and would definitely come back.
