I recently stayed in the one-bedroom suite at Amari Kuala Lumpur and the experience truly exceeded my expectations! First of all, we received a warm welcome and surprise in the room with a birthday cake and decor. The room was also very clean and thoughtfully designed. It has many lamps and warm lightings which was a nice touch and makes me feel like home. I especially loved the bathroom with the ring light mirror, free standing bathtub and top quality Panpuri amenities. Usually I am easily freaked staying alone in a hotel room but here I felt so cosy and safe like I'm living at home. My next favourite would be the breakfast buffet and evening cocktails/canapés in the lounge. All the food tasted delicious that eating outside seemed redundant! The hotel is also conveniently located with sheltered walk all the way to Gardens mall, Midvalley mall and the train station. There were also a gym and pool which looked good but I didn't get to try this time round. Service was also top notch! We will definitely come back again if we are in Kuala Lumpur!

My second stay at this hotel, cant spot any faults, rooms are spacious and clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job, location is very ideal, sheltered walkway to The Gardens and MidValley mall and the front desk staff are all highly commendable especially Siva! Would highly recommend anyone visiting KL to try out this hotel. Prices are really affordable too, would be returning for a 3rd stay during my upcoming trip again soon!

estupendo 🙏🏻 I recently stayed at Amari Kuala Lumpur & had such a wonderful experience 😁 From the moment we arrived, the receptionists & lobby staff were attentive, friendly & very helpful. Their warm welcome really set the tone for our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Neeta & Mr. Rosman for the thoughtful birthday room decorations. It made the celebration extra meaningful & we truly appreciated the effort. Now let’s talk about the food 😍 absolutely sinfully delicious 🤗 We ended up dining at Amaya Food Gallery three times (lunch, dinner & breakfast) because everything was just that good. The grilled salmon, chicken chop & Angus beef burger are definitely must-try dishes. Huge thumbs up to Victor from Amaya! His service was tremendous. He explained the menu, recommended dishes & genuinely made us feel taken care of. He even prepared a special mangosteen cooler mocktail for my elder son, Alfian, who is introverted & usually shy with strangers, surprisingly, he loved it 🥰 My younger son, Asif, couldn’t get enough of the mango sticky rice pancake. Victor has this sincere, personal touch that made the dining experience unforgettable. It was one of those rare moments where my ADHD son felt comfortable communicating, something truly special for us as parents. I’ll definitely recommend Amaya to other families because of this. All credit to Victor & the talented chef on duty. Breakfast was another highlight 👍🏻 lots of variety & everything tasted great. For the first time ever in a hotel, I found a buffet that served Chinese homemade-style Lotus Leaf Rice (Lo Mai Gai), it was delicious! I also tried the hi-tea at the lounge & the petite, beautifully decorated treats were perfect. Simple menu, lovely presentation & everything tasted wonderful. The lounge staff were equally warm & attentive. Honestly, I’ve fallen madly in love with the food at Amari Kuala Lumpur. Room service was fast 👍🏻 I requested an extra blanket, it arrived quickly. The room itself has a modern design with eco-friendly toiletries. It felt a bit small for me personally, but still comfortable for a short stay. Next time, I’ll probably choose a bigger room for extra space 😆 Overall, it was a memorable stay filled with great service, amazing food & warm hospitality. Highly recommended! 🌟

Bad: Sleepless night as the aircond was pre-set to minimum 20°. Did call the room service to inquire if it can at least be set to 18° but they said 20° was the lowest. To be honest for Malaysian weather it'll be hot to sleep comfortably at night. End up tossing and turning. Should have allowed guest to decide ourselves as some would prefer a colder room to sleep. We checked out early just cuz it was hot. We booked a superior Queen and the bed is so small it looked like smaller than a double. Just because of these two points we sadly would not come back. Such a shame as location and breakfast was great. Good: Great location, Staff was accommodating as they provide complementary decor & cake for Birthday. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast spread was superb. Great location - less than 5 mins walking to LRT Abdullah Hukum & Mid Valley

I would like to say great thank you to the hotel staffs, Amar, Padhor and Arafat who helped to decorate the room for my wedding anniversary. It was amazing, when we checked in the room. Wonderful decoration, with flowers, swan-shaped towels, balloons on the bed and complementary cake and greeting card. This is my first choice hotel every time I visit Kuala Lumpur. Thanks for the superb service. Definitely will visit again :-)
