Perfect place to stay while visiting Osaka
The property is clean and room is well equipped. It would be nice if they have more space to place language in the room . Every staff is polite and friendly.
Especially Mr. Lee , who greeted me by my name every time (I’m glad that he can remember my name. :)). He also provided us excellent restaurant recommendations. Thanks to his restaurant recommendation list, exploring the delicious food in the Umeda area was so easy and convenient.
I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family. We will definitely stay this place again when visit Osaka .

Ok, rooms are fine, small, but fine, location to train station great….but let’s talk about things that relate to big hotel…self service check in, we are new to Japan, but wtaf is this, zero talking to anyone, arrive in country and handed to a machine with zero help, so personal and fun…not! Family of 4 travelling for over 5 weeks, need to wash…8 machines to service the entire hotel…let’s be serious, the line up and wait times are a joke…(I’m not even kidding the line up was out the door and there were no machines available for ages) after an hour in the drying cycle my clothes are still wet (and yes you have to pay)….it’s 2315, I’m very cranky as I have tried to wash for over 3 hours….get some more machines!! You have all the other things sorted like amenities, but get the washing and customer service sorted…

The Good:
Prime location of Osaka. Hotel is inside the building Links Umeda.
However the hotel has some things to work on in order to be label as a 4 star hotel.
There are a lot of people staying in this hotel.
Hotel is nice and clean. On the surface it looks like a 4 star hotel.
However the experience can be a hit or miss. I would strongly suggest they upgrade their laundry and dryer. Setup a system to monitor the status of the laundry and adding more units.
There are so many people crowding inside the laundry room and there were some frustrated people waiting in line. I was only checking out the washer and the price of usage. Was told off by a rude Chinese auntie to queue up.
Had an unpleasant encounter with one of the male hotel staff at the front desk 29 June 2024 around 10pm.
I politely ask if I can get extra water for my room. He just snub me by just saying No. I was quite speechless by the way he answered me. After that he went on and say one day one bottle.
Hope to see better improvement in the customer service in the near future.

Extremely disappointing accommodation experience! We are very disappointed! We had instructed the hotel a week before check-in to thoroughly clean our room and vacuum as I am allergic to dust. The hotel replied that they would instruct the cleaning staff to prepare our room properly before our arrival. However, upon checking in, various areas of our room were dusty, clearly indicating that it had not been occupied for a long time. Furthermore, we discovered a strong moldy smell in the bathroom, and the ventilation systems in both the bathroom and toilet were not functioning.
As a result, we sent an email the next day at noon to report the situation and request a re-cleaning of the room as well as addressing the moldy bathroom smell. However, we received no response by the time we returned to the hotel in the evening. We had to inquire at the front desk in person, where the receptionist said they would send someone to inspect the bathroom issue during the next day's cleaning.
Yet, the day after we reported the issue, there was still no update. When we returned to the hotel, we had to again approach the staff and request to speak with a manager. We were told to wait, and after a while, the manager came out. To our surprise, the manager claimed not to understand English well, then had to call for a translator, and subsequently sent another person with us to inspect the bathroom in our room, which wasted nearly an hour! Finally, they offered to move us to another room, but it was not on the top floor. We were dissatisfied with this resolution as it would require us to spend time packing and unpacking our belongings again. The compensation they agreed to was just two breakfast vouchers.
Moreover, the subsequent room we stayed in was close to a main road, and we heard sirens from fire trucks and police cars every night, severely affecting my sleep! I had requested a quiet room when booking and paid extra for a room on a higher floor. Yet, this turned out to be the worst resting experience among the three hotels we stayed at in Japan! The hotel staff did not respond to emails, and there were always many guests waiting for service at the front desk. This was truly very disappointing! I feel that the money I paid does not match the level of service provided! Those considering booking this hotel should think twice!

The hotel is pretty nice on paper. Great location. Convenient for airport transfers and in Namba which is a great area without the craziness of dotonbori while giving you great access to day trips throughout the region including the Shinkansen only a couple metro stations away.
The problem is the lack of service. Self check-in while great for some seems impersonal. The ammenies while being all the basics toothbrush, comb, razor, coffee, tea. None of the other essentials you might need. Shower cap, bathing sponge, hair gel, qtips, gauze, etc. which I've been accustomed to from other 3 star hotels. Not sure if this hotel is trying to be a nicer 3 star.. or a 4 star.. but it's lacking some things even 3 stars have.
The room is supposedly big but I guess because most rooms have a toilet room and a bath room with a Japanese shower and soaker tub, it takes up a bit of the square footage. Hotels with more basic washroom. The space isn't bad per-say. It's just smaller than I expected.
The hotel is big. Over 1000 rooms. The front door is on the 1st floor served by 4 elevators to the 9th floor where the check in is. There nobody on the first floor to greet you. This is followed by two sets of elevators to go to rooms on the lower floors up to the 24th floors and another elevators 24 to 30 something.. regardless, it is chaotic entering the hotel. There's almost always a wait for both sets of elevators and they get jammed full by impatient guests all coming and going. Not great for claustrophobic guests. It does take a bit of effort to get to your room. Maybe you would be used to it in a condo but I found it a bit cumbersome.
