We stayed here for four nights in March of this year. The hotel lobby, grounds and restaurants are all very very nice. The hotel looks amazing on the inside. The breakfast was really good, same with the pizza place, top notch. I know this a bit older of a hotel but our room was definitely pretty dated. Looked like it was very much from the 90s. That being said everything was clean and worked as it should. The room was also the biggest room we had Japan, like truly massive for just a single queen bed.

Club Lounge room on a weekday night. Nearly a year after this hotel sadly changed management to Seibu Prince, and the Club Lounge suffered through, shall we say, managerial experimentation, the Club Lounge has returned to much the same as it was under Hyatt management. Specifically, it has the same pleasant smell; the music is the same pleasant songs; the afternoon tea is the same (fruit, two deserts and one pastry) and the breakfast is the same (1F, same food, same loud tourists). The evening food selection has less variety, but you can still get a meal out of it. Gone are the rice, bread, cheese, lettuce salad and hot dishes. The alcohol selection is basically the same. They also added the nightcap hour of chocolate and whisky (including 12-year old Canadian Club) that Hyatt would occasionally have, to the 2 regular hours of cocktails. Two big changes are helpful. First, little kids are not allowed after 630 pm and second...the place is empty. Even though there was an event at Intex that day, and breakfast the next morning was packed, I counted only about 16 people stopping by the Club Lounge in the evening, so you can sit in your favorite chair and enjoy the quite atmosphere. Most importantly, the club staff is still exceptionally kind and friendly, making it arguably the best hotel lounge in Osaka. Some staff are the same, and the new staff have the same outgoing personalities and kindness that make the club a great place originally.

The biggest room I have ever had. I am so sorry that I couldn't take a picture of the room. The floor itself is wood in the bathroom and I had I had both bathtub and shower. The room had 2 beds and a living room side and a working desk side. The provide everything including I think it called yukata. You have coffee machine and also a kettle for your tea 👌 I am very impressed. The only thing they need improvement is their kitchen. The room service menu is too limited and almost none Japanese cuisine there.

Very chi place, clean toilet that doesnt stinks. But the tables in the room are dirty, which turns you off and disappointed. :( Felt more like a 4 star compared to a 5 star. Obviously a little old, the bathroom creaks when you walk in it but it is spacious. The only bad thing is you can hear everytime people walk or move outside your room because it is so old and the noise cancellation is very bad.

Worst hotel I've ever visited for the price we paid, and I've been around trust me. Expensive, and we could hear every footstep above us and every time someone closed a door on either side (plus the vibrations of slammed doors resonated through the walls and into our bed - unbelievably poor - we slept better at the cheap hostel we used the day before!!) We asked to be moved rooms, which they agreed to, but the issues continued so clearly the building is not sound insulated at all. The only saving grace was the free shuttle bus from the hotel back into Osaka station (one way). We went here to be close to Universal Studios, but even that took a 25 taxi/45 min trains due to the location. Avoid!
