We had high hopes as the lobby was modern and aesthetically pleasing but our room was outdated with stains on the comforter. The staff were helpful and replaced it for us within minutes. Location is the saving grace as it is attached to a subway station, close to Dotobori, and walking distance to great shopping and markets.

The hotel has a direct elevator to the subway floor. Traveling is very convenient. The staff is very kind and the service is very very good. We stayed for 7 days. Some days it rained. The staff brought umbrellas to us but that day not rain because we went to Kyoto. There are cleaning staff every day. Walk about 5 minutes to Dotonbori, 2 minutes to America mura. If there is a chance, will definitely go back and stay here again. I sincerely recommend this place like a friend recommends to a friend 😄

Very good hotel located near to the bustling streets of Dotonbori area. Several shopping and dining options in and around. Great for kids. Excellent service, Helpful staff. Only negative is that Breakfast buffet has very limited veg options which was not the case with our hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto.

Hotel Nikko Osaka offers a great overall experience. Situated in a fantastic location with wonderful views, the hotel boasts friendly and helpful staff. However, the room and bathroom were on the smaller side, and you can't control your room's AC unless you are on the top three floors, which could be an issue for those sensitive to heat. Nevertheless, the staff provided a fan upon request, which alleviated the discomfort. Despite these drawbacks, knowing what to expect, I would still choose to book again. However these points are worth considering when making reservations.

Very helpful staff and they deliver quick service. Observation on room housekeeping, rooms get dusty so quickly they might need to change the cleaning tools or ventilation might need maintenance.
