Hotel Nikko Osaka offers a great overall experience. Situated in a fantastic location with wonderful views, the hotel boasts friendly and helpful staff. However, the room and bathroom were on the smaller side, and you can't control your room's AC unless you are on the top three floors, which could be an issue for those sensitive to heat. Nevertheless, the staff provided a fan upon request, which alleviated the discomfort. Despite these drawbacks, knowing what to expect, I would still choose to book again. However these points are worth considering when making reservations.

My husband and I stayed in japan for a few weeks and used hotel tonight to get a great deal on our stay for our first 2 nights in Osaka. Absolutely worth it! The staff is so helpful, they have an all you can eat breakfast (the first time we saw a fork, knife and spoon) close to everything, right above a major train station and near all the shopping. Our room was beautiful and comfy. It's pricey, but if you can get a good deal do it!

This is a relatively older hotel in the center of Osaka. The rooms are separated into regular and the top 3 floors as premium rooms. We were fortunate enough to stayed on both of these floors and the premium rooms are larger and is higher then the buildings across the road so one can see the whole Osaka city. One of the challenges of this hotel is the lack of modern day amenities such as gym, pool, premium lounge, etc. Overall, if one stays in Osaka for a couple of days, this hotel will do the job as its location for shopping and restaurants are centrally located.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff warmly welcomed me with smiles, showcasing excellent service. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and hygienic. One standout aspect was the extraordinary convenience of the transportation, with Shinsaibashi Station's exit right at the doorstep. The seamless blend of hospitality, cleanliness, and prime location makes this hotel a top choice for a delightful stay for me in the heart of Osaka

Highly recommend hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and our room was very spacious! The location is in the middle of everything and it’s only a 10-15 min walk to dotonbori street and Namba station for the shopping mall. If you need to take a light rail, the hotel is just right outside of one of the main subway line. Very convenient location!! Will stay again if I’m back in Osaka. Oh, and lastly the staff are very kind ☺️.
