Overcrowded, elevators that took forever since only two out of six works. Noisy room with heavy footstep sounds coming from above. We are elite Hilton members and were told we had an upgraded room. The room turned out to be the standard room. This hotel was $500 a night which is double what other similar hotels run so we thought it would be nice. Well we were very wrong. We had a three night stay but checking out after one night.
Checkin took 45 minutes due to crazy crowds here. Ill never stay here again and I come to Osaka often

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient, and the concierge was particularly helpful in making last-minute reservations.
Breakfast would improved by having a rotating breakfast menu. We stayed four nights, and the property offered the same food choices daily. It was also very crowded every day.

It was a very pleasant stay. Great room size (American size), clean, updated, beautiful room, super convenient location to transit through underground, connected to a few big malls, very friendly and helpful staffs, the breakfast was so good. The only complaint was the shuttle isn’t convenient at all. At first when we landed at Kansai airport, there were no shuttle counter to get tickets, only machines were available but none of them stated which bus and station is for Hilton Osaka. We finally spent 20,000 yen to take a cab because we were so exhausted after the long line and process at the immigration and customs. Then when we checked out, we had to walk a block across the street to the station and you got your own tickets at the machine. It was quite of hassle because we had 4 big luggages (2 for each). Especially on an uneven road with full of people. I will definitely consider to stay here again next time if the price is more reasonable. We reserved the room at the time with the best exchange rate but checked out (we didn’t pay until check out) at the time of huge leap of yen. It made quite a bit difference.

I just completed a 4 night stay in Hilton Osaka. I was very happy I stayed here. For context, I was an American tourist.
Location: really, it cannot be beat. It is right across the street from the JR Osaka station, which was very convenient. It is also just above a local subway station that you can easily take to the Dotonbori or other parts of Osaka.
Cleanliness: Japan itself is very clean. This is no different. I was worried at first because I read some floors are smoking, but I did not notice it at all whatsoever in the common areas or on my nonsmoking floor.
Amenities: the breakfast buffets was convenient and filling with lots of options. The pool and gym area are sufficient. They have several restaurants that were not busy. If you have a room that has access to the executive lounge, it is well worth it.
Service: 5/5 truly. I ate in the breakfast buffet daily. In 2 of the nights I ate at their restaurant named Centrum, where I ate incredible Japanese Waguy steaks. I must point out that the manager at this restaurant, Mr, Morimoto, was very gracious with me and my wife. He took time to go through the menu with me when I was deciding if I wanted to eat there. He seemed to genuinely care that my wife and I had a good experience. Things like that make the service stand out.
I recommend this hotel strongly. Especially for tourists or anyone wanting to explore Osaka.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Osaka. The service was first class from everyone I encountered in this hotel. Special mention the front office manager Robert Abe who provided fantastic service. My husband was ill when we arrived and we were too early to check in. Robert worked so fast to get us a room so my husband could rest. He was efficient, friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. It was much appreciated!
