Great hotel with the airport bus stop right at the entrance of the hotel. This makes it a very convenient spot with easy access to transportation. The rooms are of a decent size considering Japan and there is a train station next door with various eateries and shops including a 7/11. We did not use the amenities such as the pool or gym, but I would recommend this hotel given the price and location.

My first impression from looking at the bed room was not pleasant as the size of beds was smaller than other new hotels, even comparing to Courtyard by Marriott in Oasaka Also considerations of upgrading a room for high tier Marriott members was not applicable in this hotel. Although I had read many reviews in Google about this, but my expectation turned out not to meet my hope with crossing fingers. However, there are a few reasons why I am recommending this hotel. - location and location - software skills(staffs) are so good, they know best, while hardware need to be renovated 😟 - food was great and generous Overall the satisfaction of staying hotel was good, meanwhile I hope this hotel recognize Marriott high tier member so they can consider revisiting the hotel.

Hotel is very nice, breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side and a bit dated, location and transportation to both airports is very convenient. Employees at the hotel speak very limited English which is unusual for an international (American) hotel chain in such a large city. When trying to solve an issue with our prepaid breakfast the trainee was unable to effectively communicate with us in English so we decided to ask for a manager. We were met by the manager and Raj Rabrinda Malba. Mr. Rabrinda Malba despite being able to communicate in English, offered very poor customer service. He was rude, dismissive and we didn’t receive the costumer service expected at a Marriot, Sheraton Hotel. I have stayed in Marriott hotels in other countries and have never received such treatment.

As a Lifetime Titanium member, I was given the same room on the low level, as any other non-Marriott member. Asking the front desk for an upgrade or at least a renovated room was not useful. I regret staying here and asked to cancel my reservation as soon as I saw the room. They did not allow me to cancel. Despite me being loyal to Marriott over the past 15 years, this hotel does not treat their members that have spent $500k+ dollars hotels with the company any differently.

Rooms a good size but a lot of noise heard from hallways and from street. Had to use your white noise app and ear plugs. Didn't like that the pool/hot tub is an extra charge. Elevators would take a while too, and often too full so had to wait for another. This happened multiple times. Staff are very nice and helpful.
