Recently stayed here with my husband and son, nothing but glowing reviews from us. The staff were so kind, helpful and respectful. The room (one bedroom residence) was spacious and perfect for us (2 adults and one 2 year old). We had such a great experience and will most definitely be returning in the near future. Special thank you to the ladies at 360 lounge for making my son feel special and welcome, see you again soon!

Nar Sah

This was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had in a hotel. Upon arriving both receptionists greeted us warmly. They helped us sort our luggage for delivery to our next destination efficiently. The room was impeccable. The natural light coming through with the view left us in awe. A friend got us a bottle of champagne and that was in the room waiting for us. We decided to do room service twice and both times it arrived promptly. The attention to detail and showmanship of the server was apparent. Each team member we touched base with was genuine, professional and kind. The location was five minutes from the hustle and bustle of Osaka Station. They truly exude the integrity and warmth of what hospitality is all about.

Parker

We stayed at intercontinental Osaka for four days during our Japan trip and we enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Great amenities including a sizable gym and sauna room. Excellent location as it’s just few minutes away from subway and train stations. The best part is the extremely friendly staff! Every staff is super friendly and helpful! Thank you for your hospitality. Would definitely be back again in the future.

Very beautiful luxurious hotel with a reasonable price. Pros: - Location. Close to many shops and many metro lines - Spacious room - Comfortable beds - Nice spacious bathroom with electronic bidet system - Good toiletries - Nice view from the room Cons: - The bed pillows were overly soft. However, there's the option to order a different kind of pillow - The breakfast buffet was below expectations. Not a lot of varieties for the price

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it does have more of a business type feel to it than a cool place to stay in Osaka but is no means a negative towards the hotel. Room, service, view and all the bits you expect to be done well are indeed done well. 10/10 Main gripe which isn’t the hotels fault is the location. It sits on top of a hybrid shopping centre linked to a large underground station which I found incredible complex to come out of the station and find the hotel due to the labyrinth which it sits on! It’s crazy! For UK readers - imagine If blue water shopping centre and King’s Cross station had a baby. A big confusing no sign post baby with 1000’s of people running round it every second! So great hotel. Nice place. Would I stay there again if I came to Osaka… no I’d find something less business but I enjoyed it still!
