Lovely hotel, smaller but very nice! Been refurbed. Very clean and staff were fabulous.could do with a pool table! Location excellent. Just one thing.. the towels small awful. We had to ask for them to be changed a few times and also heard others.. they are just old but really need updating. Everything else great and would stay again. Loved being able to use Altair pool area too...that pool seemed warmer.

rooms are extremely unclean. arrived at this hotel late last night to find stained bedding and pillows and clumps of hair all around the apartment. aswell as that, cockroaches outside our room.
all staff here are extremely kind and welcoming. However, i mentioned to reception that one of the rooms had an awful eggy smelly and explained the issue with how unclean everything is. We had been told someone would come to sort it out and after all day, no one has been.
In addition to this, a kettle in our room leeks and we were left with water all over the sides and covered our charging cables.
apart from this, the rest of the hotel is lovely and a great place to be. Just the rooms need to be more taken care of.

-its noisy as ****. The evening entertainment is so loud that you are forced to be a part of it no matter what. And when the entertainment is finnished you can hear the nightclubs from the center. You could close the doors and windows, but then you boil, cause there is no AC.
Dont bring kids here.
Besides from that we were happy, we adapted.

Stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are great and cleaned regularly. The pool area is great, especially for kids with entertainment throughout the day and night. Great selection of food and drinks and the staff are so friendly. Wonderful views of the resort too.

Great apartment complex with clean, spacious rooms. We had booked a one bedroom apartment and a studio. Great view of the pool from 330. Well equipped with Fridge. Hob and microwave. Enough utensils to get by.
Pool is a good size with plenty of beds and a lifeguard on duty.
Bar well stocked and service was fine
All in all a decent place to stay.
Near enough to the busy central area for food. Close to beach.
Little British bar over the way .

We had a lovely stay at the Sol Cala d’Or Apartments. Pool area is lovely, very clean, plenty of beds. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Only complaint was that the mattress was VERY firm. Reception staff were lovely and gave us recommendations. Highly recommend, great location to beach and restaurants.

Just returned from a week at Sol Cala D'Or Apartments and I can't recommend them enough. We had a 1 bed apartment overlooking the pool area. The kitchen area is small and cooking utensils are limited, but we didn't go to cook so it was fine for us. It was exceptionally clean with towels and bedding changed every other day. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned early every morning. It was difficult to get a sun lounger if you like a lie in, but we expected that from previous reviews and were up early to bag our spot.....by that I mean we actually occupied the beds and didn't just chuck a towel on to reserve them. The pool attendant does try to police people reserving beds for hours without actually using them, but it's not an easy job. Overall, we had a fabulous week, the staff were all happy and polite, the location was excellent, the sun was shining and we would 100% book here again 😁

Went there two weeks ago, and we had a really good experience, but few things could have been better!
+ : - we booked a superior apartment, which was big, bright and cosy. The bed was confortable.
- swimming pool was clean, music was nice (kind of jazzy house, really chill)
- staff members were really nice, super helpful.
- location was perfect as well (close to the beach, in the city center)
- : - no dish towel, sponge and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, which was inconvenient for washing up.
- it was mentioned that the cleaning was done every two days, but floors were never cleaned. They only made beds and changed bath towels.
Although there are a few things that need to be improved, I highly recommend superior apartments in this hotel!

Brilliant self catering apartments for families, fabulous staff and animation team.
Rooms modern, bright and large compared to other places we have stayed, this was our 3rd year staying at the hotel and would not hesitate to return 👍🏻
Oh and don't forget the pool slides provided for the kids with endless fun to be had, beach also close by 5-10 minute walk.

Nice clean hotel in a perfect location, basically just have to cross the road to be at the beach. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, to read a book by the pool or have a drink/coffee at the pool bar, this is the place.
Nice, clean swimming pool with garden. We didn't have to "reserve" sunbeds in the morning, no matter what time we went out there was always a free spot.
Roof terrace with sun loungers and sea and beach view.
Very nice reception staff, especially a lady named Lucila (correct me if I misspelled name). very helpful and polite with a smile on the face :)
Very good air conditioning in the hotel room. I could return to this hotel in the future again. There really is nothing to complain about.

The staff at Sol Lunamar Palmanova were exceptional. They were always attentive to my needs, friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca. It was situated within walking distance of the beach and several shops and restaurants. The pool area was well-maintained.
Overall, my stay at Sol Lunamar Palmanova was fantastic. The combination of cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location made it an ideal choice for my vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palmanova.

Very nice apartment. Location was perfect, very close to the beach and shops. Pool was very nice and pool bar had a great selection of food and drinks. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A/C in the rooms was brilliant. Only small downside the beds were a bit uncomfortable but staff were very helpful with making your stay comfortable. These apartments were very nice and made our holiday very enjoyable. If I was to return to Palma Nova this is where I would stay again.

Hotel is in a great location- quick walk to the beach, not far to Magaluf and next to the bus stop for Palma. Rooms are clean but a bit ‘tired’. They are serviced every few days but the bed linen is only changed after 7 days! The pool is large and clean but sunbeds were typically reserved at the crack of dawn with people not coming out until late morning. Staff are friendly and the pool bar is good value for drinks and snacks. Overall a decent, good value hotel.
