Just stayed in hotel for 4 days wasn’t happy with first room so they upgraded us to 409! It had a great view of the pool and could see right out to sea! Could not fault the air conditioning the only minor hiccup was the beds were a bit hard and the shower cubicle were a bit small! Other than that had a lovely stay ! The pool area and pool was lovely as well!! Well worth a stay

Wow what can I say. What a lovely stay from start to finish. The rooms are so clean spacious and lovely inside. The beds are so comfortable and the sofa is too. The WiFi is great air con perfect and much needed it’s been so hot. There’s English channels which is great for when you get back into your room. There’s a fridge and a small freezer box kettle toaster and microwave and a hairdryer in the bathroom The staff are lovely helpful and friendly. The pool is so nice plenty of sun loungers however you do need to be up early to reserve one but that’s like anywhere. Round the pool is a lovely chilled atmosphere some light music a pool bar which does snacks soft drinks alcohol drink. Also the pool stays open later so you’re not told to get out at a certain time. They just put a sign saying no life guard on duty so enter at your own risk. Some aqua aerobics if you want to get involved but your not pushed into it. Location is perfect and you are a stone throw away from the beach you can use your room card to gain access and come back in from the gate at the back so you don’t have to walk down the steps at the side which was a god send as my husband is recovering from a hip replacement. Lots of bars and restaurants shops and supermarkets nearby so your not stuck for anything. The hotel is so quiet of a evening you can’t hear anyone really apart from the odd people walking by your room. So if your looking for a lovely chilled adult only hotel I would highly recommend it here. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊 we will definitely be back. 🥰

Our group of four recently stayed at the hotel and while we were satisfied once our issues were resolved, the initial experience could have been smoother. Upon our arrival, one of our rooms had a broken air conditioner, making it uncomfortably warm. We reported the issue, and the staff relocated two of our group to a new room. We were initially disappointed that the new room was on the opposite side of the hotel, separating our group. After a two-night wait, we were able to get a second room closer by. We were also hoping for an apology for the inconvenience, but none was offered. The initial rooms had some maintenance issues, including a broken safe, cockroaches and a "garden view" that was actually just a fence. The "balcony" we were supposed to have was actually a ground-floor terrace, which was a huge disappointment. We also noticed that while the hotel was designated as non-smoking, there were ashtrays on the balconies and people smoking by the pool. Additionally, with only one communal iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, the receptionist couldn't tell when it would be available to use. The pool area is a definite highlight, but we found that sunbeds were often reserved with towels for very long periods, even when unoccupied. It would be helpful for the hotel to address this to ensure all guests have a fair chance to use the facilities. In the end, we were pleased with our stay once the room situation was sorted out. If the staff would had handled the situation better, I could recommend this hotel, but for now, no.

Very clean. Reception and all staff very welcoming and friendly. Lovely pool with bar. Very spacious, plenty of sun beds. Great central location for, beaches, bars, and restaurants. Spoilt for choice with all types and prices of food available. Great public transport close to hotel. Just a lovely place and location. Would definitely return.

Stayed for a week with my 16 year old daughter. The room was basic but immaculate. There was an ensuite shower, toilet, and basin. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, hand soap at the sink, and a hairdryer. Studio apartment with 2 electric hobs, a kettle, microwave, and cutlery. A fridge with a freezer compartment. Beds were comfy and a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Rooms were cleaned every other day with fresh bedding and towels. It was a short walk to the beach and shops so the location is perfect. The pool was clean and well maintained. Sun loungers around the pool and a bar and cafe. Prices were reasonable and the food was nice. I would stay here again.
