What a perfect holiday location for a week away. As soon as we checked in we was welcomed and even still had some basic food available after such a late flight and arrival. Just 30 seconds from the beach (depending on how fast you walk) the rooms were clean and comfortable air conditioning was perfect. New towels available whenever oh requested. During the day great service and food from all member of staff. Elena was the star of the show with daily activities around the pool and the evening entertainment at the bar. Lovely atmosphere and always accommodating. Will recommend!! Attached are photos from balcony to sea

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one truly stands out — especially thanks to Elena, the entertainment lady. I have honestly never been more active in my life! From water polo to table tennis, darts to pool, she had me joining in with so much energy and enthusiasm. Elena is simply amazing — warm, welcoming, and full of fun. She made me feel right at home from the very beginning and made every activity enjoyable. Thanks to her, my stay has been unforgettable, and I can’t recommend her or this hotel highly enough!

At a wonderful location, the hotel is a few minutes away from the beach and nearby shops. The bedroom was okay, the bed was comfortable. The staff of the hotel (receptionists, bartenders, animators) were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. The hotel’s entertainment programs were really fun. There was a wide variety of food; the restaurant had different options every day for both lunch and dinner. Fresh vegetables and fruits were served at every meal. However, the quality of the meals could be better.

A lovely hotel, with great access to the beach and the local shops. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. However the staff left a very bad taste in my mouth. Working in customer service, I always go out my way to be polite and patient with bar staff. However, every single person that served me at the bar was either rude or uninterested in serving me. I felt like I couldn’t go up for a drink, as they made it very apparent I wasn’t welcome from the get go. I’ve just been served by a woman who took ages to serve me despite the bar being empty because she was to busy talking to her friends to bother with me. When she finally got around to serving me she just raised an eyebrow and after pouring my drink she slammed it down and continued talking to her friends without saying a word. This has pretty much been the same experience all week. A shame because despite the bar staff, the holiday and hotel have been great! But this has really just made me feel unwelcome.

The hotel has a great location. And all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive is a little weak, specially in the drinks in the pool bar. Food quality and variety could be improved a little also. The video 360 with Alex was really fun and also enjoyed the pool activities with Helena! We had a great time there.
