I recently stayed here with 2 of my friends and this was definitely the best holiday I’ve had in a long time!! Bence and Juan from the animation team made the trip incredible. They are so welcoming and friendly and will not let you be bored. We had some rain on our last day and they did their absolute best to make sure there were some activities for us to do. I am planning to come back next year because I need to experience this all over again. As 3 girls by themselves, we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like we were at home there. Attached are some pics of me having a fab time xxx

When choosing this hotel, I was guided by the price-to-review ratio. On Google Maps, it had a 4.2/5 rating, which is very high for a three-star hotel. I read a lot of reviews and was almost certain that it wouldn’t surprise me in a negative way. Rooms: Pros: The interior is clearly renovated. It’s cozy and comfortable (Junior Suite). The bedroom is separate from the living room and bathroom. Cons: The air conditioning was weak and noisy. Cleaning: Each time, cleaning lasted around 3 minutes – if anything was lying on the floor, it was simply skipped during mopping. Also, there were lots of ants if anything sweet was left behind. Generally, ants in Mallorca are standard. Hotel exterior: Not renovated, but nothing terrible. You can relax by the pool and use it without any issues. Staff: The animators are the heart of this hotel, along with the reception team – they’re the only ones who didn’t make strange faces and were very helpful. I had lots of laughs with them and would definitely recommend them. In the evenings, there are live shows or events like bingo. All-Inclusive: A disaster – tasteless, repetitive, sometimes undercooked, sometimes overcooked. Out of 5 days, I only enjoyed one meat dish and one pasta sauce. The quality of the drinks was laughable. Only the beer tasted normal. Overall, I rate this hotel 3/5 – but without the all-inclusive. If including the food, I’d give it a 2/5.

Great location 8 minute walk to the beach, first impressions very good and clean. Rooms are of a good size all with pool view and a balcony, the Junior suites have a separate lounge and bedroom and a bathroom. I would have rated it higher if the food and drink choice was better and dining staff had better customer service, The food was inedible on some nights and we had to eat out. They failed to provide adequate snacks as described, cheese and bread every day with some warm ham and some apples. Very limited drinks choice and the fruit juices were very low grade. The old waiter was very miserable and rude to us and others, demanding our family of 3 children and 2 adults be separated onto different tables as they refused to join a table up, One lady got marched out the dining room at lunch time for wearing shorts and a bikini top by the same unfriendly waiter. The rooms were clean and the beds made every day. The pool was clean but surrounding area and vents were tired and damaged.

As a family of 8 we really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. The entertainment team were amazing, getting everyone involved with the games they had organised. The entertainment team work especially hard to ensure everyone has lots of fun, they literally kept my husband and daughter entertained throughout our stay. Rooms were ok but basic with a spacious balcony. Food was very repetitive, so we found ourselves eating out most evenings. Overall though we had a brilliant family holiday with lots of lovely memories made.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and was very happy with it. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Lauren, a very professional and kind guy. The food is very good and varies every day. The chef in the dining room, Youssef, was very helpful and friendly with every question we had about the food, a good chef. The entertainment is fantastic thanks to Sveta, Juan, and another colleague of theirs. We had a lot of fun and they entertained us with their kindness and their way of entertaining with games that involved everyone. I hope they stay with them for the next few years, they are very nice. In the evenings, we didn't even feel like going out and we enjoyed the games with them in the hotel. The hotel is in good condition. We had the apartment outside even though we would have liked to stay in the hotel, so make sure you book the hotel rooms and not the apartment. A very nice and relaxing holiday. I recommend it especially for families. We will definitely be back.
