It’s basic, but for the price it was amazing, food was lovely, loads of choice, the spirits were definitely watered down. But the entertainment chap was funny and always got us up joking in. Had an amazing time and would love to come back again.

We arrived early hours went up to our room to find it was absolutely nothing like the photos one bed being put into a random room with nothing else no bedside tables or even a lamp the bed in that room had wheels and with the type of flooring it was on the person in our group was wobbling around all night. We were met with what I would call an infestation of wasps at 4 in the morning even after closing the window they were somehow still entering the bathroom. The room had collections of mould throughout when speaking to the staff about a possible room change they were unable to do so even though the hotel seemed empty. Weird splatters on the wall which looked like blood our balcony was next to a no access part which was filled with rubbish and a foul smelling old water staff where really not helpful and just replied “oh” when raising our concerns to them. Personally I would stay clear of this hotel if you want a nice clean and happy environment

I spent one week in this hotel with my family. We absolutely enjoyed this time in here. Hotel is located close to the beach, in quiet area. Hotel serves fresh food, especially for dinners: meet, fish, salads etc. The staff are absolutely friendly, very nice, so kind and professional. They work so hard long hours so I would like to say big thank you to all of them. They bring such a bring value to this hotel. Thank you 🧡

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly, speaking several languages. The food was good, the kitchen staff was great 👌. Housekipping did their job great, towels were changed on request. We are very pleased with our stay at your hotel

We stayed here recently and wouldn't stay again. We read reviews beforehand and were aware the food may not be great but was happy to have meals out. We are aware this is a 3 star hotel and expected a minimalistic room however the room smelt damp as the window in the bathroom wouldn't open and there was no extractor fan, they supplied one single duvet for one bed and just a sheet for the other, the beds were uncomfortable and we regularly woke up with back ache. The walls are paper thin and got woken up every night due to other guests arriving or the glass bin lorry being emptied every night around midnight. There was a lack of space to put things and only 1 side table in the bedroom and 2 plug sockets, one by the TV and one in the middle of the beds - not convenient places. Be careful not to lock yourself out on the balcony either as if you shut the door. It will lock. You had to pay for the safe, which I don't mind, but would have been helpful if we were offered this at check-in. I asked if the rooms were cleaned and told they were but wasn't advised to put the sign on the door - again, communication could have been better. Meal times are not relaxing, it's a bit of a free for all, we rarely had hot drinks as the queue was always long - it's not a nice experience but most of the food was edible, providing you're not fussy. The food was an unusual mix, we ate there on occasion but lunch and dinner very samey, some sort of rice dish, chips and chicken. Fizzy soft drinks are only served at set times of day. Lifts in the main building are only big enough for 2 people, and the pool table was out of service for the duration of our stay. Only plus sides of the hotel was that the air-conditioning in the room wasn't bad but minimal (if any) air-conditioning in communal areas. The water pressure was good, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it, personally I would have rathered paid more for a smaller hotel not designed for the masses - but it depends what type of break you're looking for. We didn't use the pool or attend the evening entertainment, so I can not comment on this.
