Lovely hotel. Quiet. Not many kids, more for adults going out to the nightlife. But a lovely quaint little place for a couples week away to celebrate wedding anniversary. Right next to the beach and bars. Cheap too. The staff are amazing. So friendly and happy to help. Yes you are only allowed 3 alcoholic drinks with lunch and dinner, but you can still get coffees and juices free with all inclusive. The staff are all so lovely 🤩🤩🤩🤩

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our waitress, Suly! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Her warm attitude and excellent service really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Suly, for making our visit special. Alba in the reception was horrible 😨

Booking cancelled without reason due to flight cancellation. No flexibility offered to reschedule the date and the staff was rude. Professionalism: zero. We booked through Booking.com and contacted them to explain the situation. They accommodated us, telling us that if the owner had agreed, we could have moved, perhaps even paying extra. However, the owner refused and kept the money without giving us a chance, so it's entirely your responsibility. We're still waiting for someone to accommodate us, but you don't seem very willing.

Extremely Disappointing – Unprofessional and Unhelpful Staff We arrived at the hotel on Wednesday night between 10–11 PM, after booking our stay through Agoda. Upon arrival, we were shocked to be told by the front desk that the hotel had no record of our reservation. What made the situation far worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. The woman working that night was cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. When we contacted Agoda, they provided a booking reference, which we showed her — instead of making any effort to assist, she appeared visibly annoyed and repeated that there was nothing she could do. She refused to check further, offered no explanation, and showed zero empathy, even though it was late at night and we were clearly tired and distressed. We ended up having to find a hostel nearby just to have somewhere to sleep for the night, and the next day had to book a different hotel outside of Palma. We still don’t know what went wrong with the booking, but the way we were treated was inexcusable. Regardless of the booking issue, there is no excuse for such unprofessional and indifferent behavior from front desk staff. This person clearly lacks the basic training, attitude, and empathy required to work in hospitality. A simple gesture — checking for availability, offering an alternative, or at the very least showing some concern — could have made a huge difference. We would strongly urge the hotel to seriously reconsider the kind of service they are providing at reception. First impressions matter — and ours was appalling.

1st the staff were all wonderful from the cleaners, kitchen staff to the receptionists, all helpful, friendly and available. The rooms served the purpose of clean beds, good sized room and basic but fully functioning. The bathroom shower was divine. The TV worked and you can practice your languages whilst you there. Had a desk and chair and storage for clothes. Breakfast gave you options hot or cold, which was fabulous. For families, couples and groups like us too. No issues here at all.
