I’m not sure why some reviews are so critical. We had a great stay and never noticed anywhere that needed renovation. The cleaners did a thorough job of cleaning our room every day. The view was amazing. It is so unusual to be able to have a sea-view and not be separated by a road. The buffet was good and the supermarket inside the building was super handy and well-stocked. The buffet could do with a greater range of food for children. My son is a vegetarian and there was very little he could eat (he didn’t fancy all the salads as he’s only young). There needed to be someone on at reception to take our bags. It’s not really 5 star to have to cart all your bags to your room after a long journey. But otherwise, we had a fantastic time and would come again!

The hotel is completely appropriate for the island. not new, but very decent. Room cleaning is mediocre. The presence of tennis, paddle and volleyball courts adds advantages. The food in the hotel and in the restaurants nearby is underwhelming. breakfasts are strikingly monotonous.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled this time. I'm giving 3 stars to be fair; perhaps it wasn’t yet the high season resulting in some subpar experiences (potentially due to understaffing, etc.). However, given the price paid, one would expect higher standards.
Service:
- The staff seemed courteous, and really trying hard to make customers satisfied; however some appeared overwhelmed, leading to forgetfulness or mistakes. There were instances where requests were misunderstood or not fulfilled as expected (forgetting our order, giving us different cocktail than ordered) I need to mention that they waived the bill of our lunch once when they forgot our order which was a nice gesture.
- Room service was inconsistent; despite booking a Junior Suite for four, towels were often insufficient or missing altogether.
- The quality of food did not meet our expectations for this caliber of hotel. Despite opting for half board, we dined elsewhere due to dissatisfaction. The only highlight was the fresh orange juice at breakfast.
- Obtaining towels was a challenge, as the attendant would frequently disappear, leaving guests waiting. This led to issues with securing sunbeds as guests resorted to reserving them with towels, a practice that should have been regulated.
Room:
- The room itself was spacious with a pleasant garden view. However, the arrangement of two beds for a couple was unexpected and not requested.
- Attempting to book directly through the hotel's website with my Radisson membership proved futile, as the option was unavailable. This led to disappointment, especially when informed that the discount only applied to online bookings, which contradicted my experience.
Location/Facilities:
- The hotel's location by the sea is a plus.
Despite the advertised heated pool, there was no noticeable temperature difference between the pools.
- Many facilities appeared outdated and poorly maintained; chairs and sunbed cushions were often dirty, detracting from the overall experience.
Given the hotel's high rating, I felt compelled to provide a factual review to aid others in making informed decisions. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we won't be returning due to the mismatch between price and performance.

We’ve been staying here a couple of times before and we were happy with the service.
This time we could notice that it’s not the same anymore. When we arrived at the hotel no one helped us with the luggage and no one of the 2 guys in the reception offered us anything to drink. I had to ask them if I we could get something to drink after so long flight and the he said he’ll pour some.
We as well called the hotel directly and asked if we could get the room where we stayed before and they had 0 interest of doing that. We got a room that was worse than any of the rooms we got before. Things are falling apart and destroyed. And it’s not possible to adjust the air conditioner. And on the top of it all the woman at the children’s club is doing her job poorly and is more interested to talk to the grown ups than the children.
Very disappointing experience and I don’t think we will come back anymore.

Stayed at this fabulous resort for 8 nights. We had an absolutely amazing welcome by the front desk staff and also received an upgrade (we are a high status holder with radisson rewards) - which we highly appreciated! Super spacious and clean rooms with fantastic ocean and resort view. Restaurant staff including the chefs - goes beyond and above any expectation - wow! Amazing breakfast selection including live cooking. We also loved the dinner buffet at the restaurant - they have different theme nights every day - indulge the experience =) It is also enjoyable that during dinner time in the buffet restaurant you are accompanied by some live music. Hotel and location is very quiet. Super clean pools that can be easily accessed by handicapped people - one of which is a heated salt water pool. Proximity within 2 minutes walk to the beach and also a lagoon.
If you are handicapped and need anything - they will make it happen - just ask them =) Amazing! Cleaning staff and lifeguards are also superb. I also recommend to choose the airport transfer - just inform the front desk.

P.S: Please be so kind as to inform the city council to fix the holes or tar the boardwalk around your hotel until anfi beach. otherwise it is very difficult for handicapped people to move along on the boardwalk or access the beach left to your hotel. If the boardwalk is tarred correctly it would make the experience even better - even though i know its not in your responsibility.
