We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu and would definitely return. All of the staff were really friendly, always happy to help and answer questions we had. We were in a one bedroom suite (with 3 people) and the only real complaint was that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable (I can sleep anywhere and did sleep well but I can imagine others would struggle) so we went to reception and asked about a mattress topper and it was on the bed within a few hours. The main bed was very comfy with a comfy topper on top of the already comfortable mattress. The hotel was very clean, and the staff cleaned the poolside thoroughly every morning. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh and cooked food, lovely fresh orange juice, and a good selection of bread. There were also good options for people with dietary requirements. We had a late flight home and were allowed the use of another room for 1 hour to shower before we left the hotel which was a lovely addition as we were planning to shower in the indoor showers near the tennis courts, so that was really appreciated. I love this hotel because I am well looked after. I feel relaxed & safe every time I stay here. The staff gives you impeccable service and they are very friendly and polite. The guests are well behaved. The suites are spotless, spacious and fabulous. From the terrace you can see the whole beach of Patalavaca and part of Anfi del Mar too. The views are outstanding. There are tennis courts, a gym and a spa. Many thanks for all these years of great service. I am very pleased.

Superb. We had 2 different room types, we stayed in a one bedroom and then a three bedroom. Both lovely rooms however the one bedroom was in a better location and the views were better. Staff were nice, breakfast was very good, pool options were great, the kids pool especially was great and the gym was nicely kitted out.

Overall a lovely stay, some elements better than others. Firstly, very friendly and professional staff, especially in reception. Good choice of cocktails. Nice spa and excellent massage. Very easy to get around as you can get a taxi almost instantly if you request reception to hire one. Communications and facilitation of car hire prior to stay excellent and quick; great rates. Our premium suite was huge and had all facilities you could ask for. Only a couple of minor disappointments. The hot tub/jacuzzi on the balcony is always in the shade and seemed to only have cold water so it was never warm enough to use (the weather didn’t warrant a freezing cold dip). Breakfast was okay but on most days cold/lukewarm. Had buffet dinner one night and was VERY let down on the choice/standard/quality. Hardly any veggie options and none vegan unless you want potatoes or chips with salad/bread. Everything was cold and tasteless. Maybe we were unlucky as it was getting towards the end of the night (got opening times mixed up) but it was meant to be “Mexican night” and saw nothing even vaguely Mexican! Other than that enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Maybe eat elsewhere! (The “private” restaurant upstairs isn’t always open).

A wonderful 5 star resort. Very nice and modern rooms and Apartments. Some with a jacuzzi at the balcony. The view is just awesome. The pool area is big and also very nice. I feel safe and welcome here. The people are very friendly. Kids a more than welcome. The breakfast is just perfect. The dinner is always buffet and every day another theme. I love it.
