We had an excellent family holiday at this resort, rooms are lovely and spacious, shower and bath, separate toilet, good spaced vanity and storage, a powerful hairdryer. Housekeeping came often. Good air conditioning and tv. Sorry I don't have room photos to share, but they are very good rooms. The hotel facilities are extensive, the place is pretty massive. Multiple pools, gym and spa facilities. The breakfast and buffets offered plenty of variety to suit all tastes. I cant see anyone being disappointed with a stay here, the staff are lovely.

We’ve just returned from the most fantastic stay at Lopesan Baobab, and it genuinely exceeded expectations. The entire resort is stunning – beautifully designed, immaculate throughout, and packed with character. Every corner feels like a little escape, with gorgeous pools, lush surroundings, and plenty of space to relax. The staff deserve special mention: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Nothing ever felt too much trouble. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Breakfast and dinner offered an excellent choice each day, with something for everyone and great quality across the board. The atmosphere was relaxed but lively, and the whole place felt really well run. The location is ideal too – just a short stroll to the beach and close to shops and cafes, yet still peaceful once you’re back inside the resort. All in all, it’s one of the best holiday hotels we’ve stayed in. We’d absolutely return and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Maspalomas.

We stayed here a few times over the past few years. This time we upgraded to a room with a pool which was great. As part of the upgrade they call it Unique. We had a couple issues, when we upgraded we should have got chocolates and a bottle of wine, which we didn’t get. I asked twice for it and I kept getting told they would sort it, but we never got them. As part of Unique you get breakfast in a dedicated area, the food is great but the service is very bad, it took us 20 mins to get seated and 40 minutes to get food. The biggest issue is the service as the staff don’t sort anything for you nor do they get back to you. I can highly recommend the hotel as it’s very nice but the service and the follow up from staff is very bad.

Love alot this african style hotel . Family rooms are spacious and nice , hotel atmosphere is amazing and very elegant specially at night . Food is good with variety of fish and meats but pork is too much which doesnt suit everybody , Swimming pools for kids are warm . Kids club is not great and need upgrade and there is no children playground. negative point there is no all inclusive option and drinks are expensive also there is no fresh orange juice in the breakfast which is a shame for 5 stars hotel. Staff are nice and they accomodated early check in for my family. Beach is short walk and you can go thru the sister hotel lopesan costa Desserts in the buffet are awful , they look awesome but taste is awful . Havent found such terrible desserts in a hotel before

A truly unique hotel. It is beyond our expectations in terms of design. It was built in 2009, as it shows a bit (the TV was not smart, but you can mirror the phone), but it depends what you are looking for. It features many pools (two of them are like hidden gems, as they are a bit remote and more quiet). The breakfast was tasty, many options to choose from, no complaint there. You need to wait to be seated and after 9 am you might need to wait a little longer, still not too much. The staff was friendly enough and smiley often. The buffet dinner was good, if you eat there every night you might get bored. We got only 3 dinners (they have an offer, one dinner= 45 euros per person or 3 dinners = 32 euros per person without drinks) and it was enough. There are many restaurant options in the area. There was some entertaining every night, some more "attractive" than others, but all in all a good plus. There are also day activities for adults like aqua gym, pilates and also for kids. And yes there are a lot of kids, so it can become noisy at the restaurants or around the pools. The prices at the bar and a-la-carte restaurants were fair, nothing too pricey. Overall, a hotel worth the stay. Enjoy!
