Good location, decent food, convenient Avis car rental kiosk in the lobby with car delivery in 1 hour. However all the swimming pools are shallow, just 110cm instead of standard 130cm. Room service have a bad habit to break in into your room 3 times a day. The inside lock doesn't prevent it at all, it just opens if you push the door handle outside. Use DND hanger.

Fantastic hotel with the most amazing staff who are always smiling and greeting people. Stayed here for a week in a swim up pool room and everything went so smoothly. The buffet style food is definitely something to try here. I highly recommend using this hotel for your holiday.

Hotel is spotless, however it is more for the elderly, nothing much to do around the hotel ,yes the grounds are lovely but thats about all , My husband was bad for 4 of our 7 days ,his 1 day by the pool ,other couple behind us wanted the sun cover on ,we said no way my husband needed some sun however they should be devided so they could and ours weren't , The food was not hot enought , We only went to this hotel as I had problems walking so wanted to go to different area as we usually go to Puerto Rico. We will stick to the riu vistamar in Puerto Rico, love that hotel, and there is so much choice in food . As a gold member riu card we always get to keep room on as we have a late flight home this hotel only said we could have it for extra 2 hrs ,even though my husband had been ill . Yet in the vistamar we always get it till about half hr before our coach comes to pick us up.

We have just been for our fourth time. The staff are excellent and treat you like an old friend. If you want a quieter holiday and just maybe a little more "mature" this is the place for you.

1. It is not cheap at all, but worth the money You pay. 2. Great location right next to the shore line. 3. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. 4. Wide variety of services. 5. Various and tasty meals.
