What a fantastic place, on arrival you are met are people to take your bags to your room. At reception they are very friendly and helpful and are great with kids. They offer you a drink on arrival. The room is fantastic very spacious. The food is great with fantastic staff at hand to make sure you enjoy. The entertainment is great with shows at night and the children mini club is run by a really fantastic lady our 9 year old raves about her. You are only 10 mins from shopping centre area. Will definitely be coming back

This hotel is like a olimpic sportsman that allways finishes at 4th place. Every time you hope it will deliver if fails you at some minor yet significant detail that ruins the expirience. To start with good stuff the food was great. Best thing about this hotel is food. Worst thing is service outside of the restaurants. The cooks and restaurant staff is also ok. Lack of attention to details like: 1. The gym is mold infested and smelly, it is health hazard not be be expected in a 2 star hotel. One day the floor was litteraly wet and the aircon is never on. I tryed to call guest service and thay promissed to send someone to operate the AC panel in some locked room but after 30 mins no one arrived. 2. Gate to the beach was dirty for 5 days until I leaft the hotel (maybe it still is). I reported it twice to the hotel stuff, once by the pool and once another day to some lady in red looking like a manager. Nothing was done. I cant write what it was dirty with because google wont publish the opinion. 3. No room service. There is an app... but the delivery time for bottles of water to my room was next day at 8 pm. The reception staff said " it is what it is use the app" what can they do. And I could come and pick some water from the front desk even pay for it but no....pro tip. Uber eats is there even late at night. Basically the hotel architecture, location and food is good. Staff training(appart from restaurants) is poor. Overal 4 stars not 5 and just a few details and I would be ready to come back.

Unfortunately, this hotel no longer lives up to its five-star rating and, in my view, can only be considered a four-star experience at best. The room amenities were disappointing. Towels were almost threadbare and there were no face cloths provided. Bathroom amenities were minimal and were not replenished during our stay. Even basic conveniences felt unnecessarily complicated — daily coffee and tea had to be ordered via a QR code rather than being restocked as standard. Service was inconsistent. While some members of staff were genuinely delightful and helpful, others were disengaged and, at times, came across as rude. One particularly frustrating experience involved having to repeatedly search for someone at the pool bar simply to pay the bill. We were staying on an all-inclusive package, which included wine with dinner in the buffet restaurant. However, this was served only in small bottles and the quality was very poor, which detracted significantly from the dining experience. We had a dinner reservation one evening at OVO but we left before ordering as nobody came to take our order. The manager, there gave a poor impression and was disinterested. Having stayed at this hotel previously, the decline in standards was noticeable and disappointing. The overall impression is one of cost-cutting, and unfortunately it shows in both service and amenities.

What a great resort for holidays! The vila was so spacious and clean. The pools and gardens are set amoung an idylic landscape and one feels so relaxed in the atmosphere created by the arquitects. All staff are very friendly and not intrusive. Good entertainment in the evenings. The location of the resort is perfect, by the sea and with the promenade leading to the restaurants, shops and the dunas. Least but not the last, breakfast and buffet dinner are of high quality and variety. It is a feast for all your senses. We highly recommend the hotel.

Thank you for a nice holiday M and my fiancee stayed in July Check in was a bit slow and it would be nice if we were welcomed a welcome drink, a glass of cava, beer, soft drink that would be a nice touch. I stayed at a 5 star hotel in Tenerife and it’s very nice to be offered a drink on arrival. Rooms are a nice size and was clean but we had to keep asking for more towels and toilet paper and the bathroom for wasn’t spotless. Staff around the pool a bit slow to be served there needs to be more staff during the summer time July/August One thing that could be added would be water filters around the hotel corridors instead of having to pay a lot of euros for water bottles and they are small! I would like to fill my own bottle of water so please do add water filters! Buffet was ok the food was mostly the same every night - would be nice to change it up or even have theme nights like Italian, Chinese etc Also staff in the resultant wasn’t the friendliest I would say the hotel caters more for adults than kids I would like to see them add work shops around the pool like candle or soap making that would be nice instead of loud same old games work shops would be a nice touch I would like to Also ask if you could make the sun beds more comfortable and put a nice thick cushion on them All in all a nice hotel and manager was friendly but I hope they make a few changes for when we hopefully return Thanks
