Excellent hotel (more 4* than 5* though). Really good value for money. Food is excellent, buffet style so can choose but fresh and huge choice. Pools are very good, several and not busy so could find space. Friendly staff. Wonderful grounds and buildings, its a big complex but never feels like that. Limited in what to do around it though - pubs and shops are 20-30 mins walk away. Nearest beach is about 10 mins (a bit stony also)

Unique placement and an environment to enjoy. There is NO doubt when each one knows what they have to do with professionalism and carefully. That's the question. The clean and spacious room, the magnificent views and quiet place made you feel in a relaxed atmosphere. The most important, the teams!. Reception, animation, housekeeping, Pool, restaurants and bars staff, all of them, kind and professional. Thank you for making me feel at home.

Absolutely brilliant experience here over the last week. The staff were fantastic, friendly and catered to requests. Responses to questions were handled promptly. The room was amazing with the best view. The food was outstanding with a huge selection at both breakfast and dinner. Drinks were reasonably priced. We’ll be booking again this week for later in the year. Cannot fault the visit in any way!

We have had a wonderful week at this resort. From Lanse checking us in to all the restaurant and bar, cleaning, pool and entertainment staff everyone was kind, helpful and very professional. Our rooms were wonderful. Very spacious with all we could need. It's a shame the only fridge was the mini bar so we couldn't put any of our own things in there. Also, it was a little disappointing that there was no drinking water. We had bottles when we got there but no more. We had to go to the local supermarket for water but it's only 10 minutes away so that worked OK. The food was incredible. Dinner buffet changed everyday. The fish was a highlight as we're the salads and the icecream selection. Breakfast was also wonderful. The fresh juice choices which were different were lovely as was the fish!! We joined in with aquafit in the pool and enjoyed the live music, especially the flamenco in the evening. We had a wonderful holiday. A real treat.

Lovely hotel. Plenty of room. They keep it spotless ( well during our visit end of Feb to start of March) Choose the 3 night buffet option , semi good value . There are some lovely restaurants 10 min walk from resort, give them a go . Staff very helpful. Couple of things , easier access to free of charge water would be good ( u have to buy water even at the buffet ) And , I know you don't go on holiday to watch TV , but the 4 channels they provide in English, are all news channels. Whereas, in German, there are loads....obviously cater for those over English. But a lovely hotel , that looks very impressive from the promenade.
