What a great resort for holidays! The vila was so spacious and clean. The pools and gardens are set amoung an idylic landscape and one feels so relaxed in the atmosphere created by the arquitects. All staff are very friendly and not intrusive. Good entertainment in the evenings. The location of the resort is perfect, by the sea and with the promenade leading to the restaurants, shops and the dunas. Least but not the last, breakfast and buffet dinner are of high quality and variety. It is a feast for all your senses. We highly recommend the hotel.

After a couple weeks of work, we needed a place to unwind, enjoy the scenery and just relax. This amazing resort succeeded on all points. Everything we experienced was beyond our expectations. The wildly popular breakfast buffet and anything you could imagine. Our daily strolls along the ocean and sand dunes were a highlight and the room itself was immaculate. We will look forward to returning!

Overall had a good experience at Villa del Conde (3 nights for a couple), with some downsides. The good stuff: * The hotel grounds are beautiful, and well cared for. The general ambiance is very quiet, throughout most "public" areas. * Service at the Front Desk was very good (special thanks to Naima for being very helpful). We had an issue with our room, and after the first night they e-mailed a survey about our experience. We responded about the issue and they emailed back and called to verify - offering a room change. They found us another room which was a good alternative. We were also able to use a Hospitality Room on our last day to freshen up before our flight, which is a nice touch (late check out was not available). * Cleanliness is excellent everywhere - Rooms, public areas, pools. * Breakfast was pretty good with a very large selection and decent quality. * Our room was very spacious with large, comfortable beds. Now, the downsides: * Dinner was disappointing. Quality was quite low for two nights (large selection, but most things had little flavor and felt like cheap catering). On our last night we used the (fun!) option of dining at their other locations (we chose the adjacent Meloneras hotel) - it was a better dining experience there, though still bot great. Generally service in the evening was a bit hectic and "pushy". * The rooms have very little power outlets, in very annoying locations. The fridge is TINY and VERY NOISY. * The location is OK, but if you want to get to Maspalomas beach expect a long walk. * Finally, we appreciate the quietness and almost no children, but the general "vibe" was not what we were looking for - we wanted something a bit younger (we're under 40) and slightly livlier. But this is really a matter of preference and of course, not a "fault".

Thank you to everyone who made our stay enjoyable! We enjoyed every one of our 14 days staying at Lopesan Villa del Conde. Here is what we'd like to share with others who are considering visiting: We found the room to be very spacious. The location and the facilities are great, especially the pools and gardens. We liked the quality and choice of food a lot. All staff were very hospitable and friendly. If you are considering to stay with a small child, its ok from our point of view but other hotels might be a better choice. We basically only had the kids pool for our one year old. He enjoyed it a lot :) All in all, we can only recommend the hotel and say thank you again to all staff for their great hospitality. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! The rooms under Unique Service are very nice and comfortable. 👍🏻 We loved the breakfast, the view, and the great service from the cleaning team. One thing to mention — the service at the pool could use some attention. Many sunbeds were covered with towels but there were no people around, making it hard to find a free spot. Also, we were surprised that coffee and water had to be purchased through the app — we only discovered this later in our stay 😉. It’s different from other hotels we’ve stayed in, but overall, it was still a very positive experience.
