+ beautiful hotel & impressive architecture + well-equipped & spacious rooms + friendly and helpful staff & housekeeping + very clean facility + nice outdoor areas & pools + free parking garage + nice location in Meloneras - the noise level in this hotel can be like IKEA on Saturday, especially in the crowded breakfast restaurant. It is impossible to sleep long, because housekeeping starts working from about 8 a.m. and the noise from carts rolling on hard corridor floors & people chatting gets into the rooms unfiltered. I'm sorry, but to me, the sleeping quality is absolutely crucial in a hotel -- and a five star hotel should be flawless in this matter. This is why this single aspect flips my overall rating so much. It's sad, because I actually liked everything else.

Positive: Big beds; Nice looking hotel and great pools. Negative: Dinner is always the same but oké. Rooms are big; but not clean. cleaning service is not good. People in the restaurant almost kick you at as you finish your food; very rude and quick money grabbing. Rude staff. Useless for information. First time - Last time 100% Not worth the money; been in 3 stars hotels with more comfort and service.

The location of the hotel is superb, it is directly on the promenade by the ocean, which is 10 min walking distance to Maspalomas, and all the restaurants; but also 4 min driving distance to the Meloneras golf course (unfortunately no shuttle was available; only taxi). Great service from the Reception (especially Wences), Concierge, Waiters, Cleaning team! Plenty of swimming pools to choose from and it doesn’t feel overcrowded. Very nice breakfast as well. Would be nice if rooms got a refresh / renovation, it seems to be due in my opinion. Overall I enjoyed my stay here a lot - and would definitely come back again! Thanks a lot for this great holiday place!

Unique placement and an environment to enjoy. There is NO doubt when each one knows what they have to do with professionalism and carefully. That's the question. The clean and spacious room, the magnificent views and quiet place made you feel in a relaxed atmosphere. The most important, the teams!. Reception, animation, housekeeping, Pool, restaurants and bars staff, all of them, kind and professional. Thank you for making me feel at home.

Absolutely brilliant experience here over the last week. The staff were fantastic, friendly and catered to requests. Responses to questions were handled promptly. The room was amazing with the best view. The food was outstanding with a huge selection at both breakfast and dinner. Drinks were reasonably priced. We’ll be booking again this week for later in the year. Cannot fault the visit in any way!
