We stayed at Sunwing Kamala Beach as a family and had a really nice time. The location is excellent – right on the beach – and the facilities are great for families. The pools are excellent, and the teens club was a big hit with our children. The family room was comfortable and spacious, although the bathroom (especially the shower) could definitely use some improvement. Breakfast was good with a nice variety each day. One thing worth highlighting is the excellent service we received from Renelyn at the front desk – she was kind, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made a real difference. Overall, a good option for families looking to relax by the beach in Phuket.

We had a fantastic 4D3N stay here with our family. The kids especially loved the swimming pool — they didn’t want to leave! The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and it’s just a short walk to 7-Eleven and many halal eateries, which was perfect for us. A special shoutout to Reena and her front desk team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable — we hope to return soon!

Wonderful location, spacious rooms, lovely staff and very reasonably priced. We just had a week at Sunwing and thoroughly enjoyed it. After an excellent breakfast and daily workout in the gym, there was never a problem in finding a pool lounge to soak up some sun. While tempting to stay in the pool with the swim up bar, the best option is the beachside pool to capitalise on the seabreeze and view. Also there's a wonderful night time market only 5mins walk away. Highly recommended resort.

Great family hotel with little kids, we think 6 years old or younger is best. Indeed there are many toddlers around. Our kids 9&7 really did enjoy it though. We gave them an ice-cream card for the week, loved it. Initially we had room 1215, that overlooked the back of hotel. Was a bit noisy. Mentioned this to reception and they organised a change of room. 1418 was great, best views and a little quieter. Great stay overall, good service. Many pools and plenty of pool seats around. Would recommend for family with young kids.
