What a great hotel for families! Excellent location - there is a large market close to the hotel some days of the week, a promenade on the beach, a 7/11 close by. The rooms - were well maintained, clean, huge (we had a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchen utensils). There were activities for children, a playground, huge pools that never felt crowded. And the breakfast was very rich and varied (it is recommended to taste the local desserts). All the hotel staff were very helpful, welcoming and I would especially mention Kob who helped us a lot and was very nice to us.

The atmosphere you create is so welcoming and special, and it truly made such a beautiful difference to our family holiday. A very special shout out to Letlet,Alyssa, Love, Kin and Teya 💛 You are absolute stars! Your hard work, professionalism, patience and caring nature never went unnoticed. Always welcoming, incredibly polite and constantly wearing the warmest smiles, you made every meal and every interaction such a pleasure. Our kiddos absolutely adored you all and looked forward to seeing you each day. The hugs, kindness and genuine affection you showed them meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable. It’s rare to come across a team that is not only extremely professional and attentive, but also so naturally loving, friendly and full of positive energy. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunwing Kamala Beach in February. Everything about our holiday was simply excellent – from the beautiful, well-maintained resort to the friendly and professional staff. The hotel is perfect for families, with great pools, a clean beach, and plenty of activities for kids. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it easy to truly enjoy our time there. A special thank you goes to the hotel clinic team. Our older son developed a rash due to the sun, and we were honestly a bit worried at first. However, the care we received was outstanding. The staff treated us with so much kindness and professionalism. We felt immediately reassured and in very good hands. In particular, we would like to thank Myrna, who took exceptional care of our son. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine compassion made a big difference for us as parents. It is something we will not forget. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and safe holiday!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Sunwing in a beautiful beachfront villa, we highly recommend anyone stay here. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast is excellent with everything you could ask for. The 8 hotel pools to choose from are all fantastic. The location can't be beaten, with the beach and beach bars right out the front. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Special thanks to Ebelyn and the team for going above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. Thank you so much!

Very satisfied with our stay and would likely return. Proactive and friendly service. For example, AC and lighting were fixed before we even noticed an issue. Fast check-in/out and a nice welcome with coconut water. Rooms were clean, spacious, and quite well maintained. Big pool area with lots of activities for kids. Most staff were very friendly and always smiling. However, communication was occasionally difficult due to language barriers. We were pleasantly surprised by the food at Som’s Kitchen. We had Thai food there every day for lunch. Good quality and fairly priced. A wider wine selection would be a nice improvement, though. Breakfast was solid, though a broader exotic fruit selection would be appreciated. Great location near the night market and the beach. However, getting to Kamala center can feel a bit more complicated than expected, despite being close as the crow flies. Overall a very good stay and a strong choice for families.
