⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. My room was spotless, smelt so good as we arrive and the common areas were always well maintained and fresh. You can really tell that the team takes pride in keeping the place comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and a pleasant stay!

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, everything was impeccable! Service was very warm and friendly. Buffet was really really good (the fresh fruits blew my mind) on top of that we even had a free upgrade! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable although a bit far and a distance from the lobby but a little exercise never hurt anyone 🤭 Mostly impressed by the staff here, especially Gina and Wang. Super professional and a total lifesaver, I had a small accident and one of their towels got stained from a newly bought bag (the ink from the bag leaked into the towel 🫠) but luckily they were there to reassure and help to solve the problem, of course I apologized profusely but they didn't judge and make me feel bad at all and were so kind. I would definitely recommend anyone coming to visit phuket to stay here. The welcome reception also made my husband and I truly felt like it was a start to a wonderful holiday. Lots of restaurants, pharmacies, massage shops, convenience stores and small roadside stalls and a really beautiful beach all within a short walking distance.

One of the best resorts i have stayed at. I say this after 10 years of luxury travel across different countries. What makes it best isn't the view of Kata beach or the big buddha from some rooms, not even 2 swimming pools and a gym, not even the scrumptious food, what makes it best is the polite attitude and welcoming hospitality of the staff. They literally make your stay at the resort feel like a stay at a home away from home. The rooms are beautifully decorated with all luxury amenities available in them. The bathroom is neat and clean and is equipped with high quality toiletries. The food at the restaurant is yummy and the pool timings are so long that you will get tired of getting that swim but the pool timings will still have a couple of minutes before it closes. They provide prams for toddlers in case you wish to go for a walk to the beach you can take one of the prams that are always parked at the main lobby at the entrance. I loved my stay here. Can't wait to visit back. ❤️

We stayed at Chanalay Resort in Phuket for 4 days. The location was great , close to the beach and with plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately we found insects inside, likely after housekeeping had been in. We always kept our doors closed, but it seemed they were left open during cleaning. Also, the overall room cleaning could definitely be improved. A pleasant stay overall, but the cleanliness standards need more attention.

This was my second stay at Chanalai Flora Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The resort is a relaxing place with three swimming pools located at the center of the hotel rooms, giving it a calm and refreshing vibe. The warm hospitality really stood out again – we were welcomed with a drink and ice cream upon check-in, and also received a free evening drink coupon (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) for the Terrace Pub. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to start the day. The location is another plus. It’s just a short walk to Kata Beach, a great spot for surfing and catching the beautiful sunset. There are also many restaurants and massage parlors nearby, which makes everything very convenient. Overall, this resort never disappoints. A perfect place to relax in Kata, and I’d be happy to return again.
