Although this hotel is not directly on the beach, the location could not be better. It is only a short walk away, and the area around it is full of great little shops, cafes, and restaurants. Even though our stay was just one night, we were so impressed by how lovely everything was. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the rooms were spotless, bright, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were cozy, and we even ordered room service which came quickly and was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety, from local dishes to Western comfort food, and both pools were sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing. We were also there during Halloween, and the hotel had fun activities and decorations happening around the resort which made the atmosphere really festive. It might not be a beachfront property, but it truly feels like a resort. Between the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the thoughtful touches I would highly recommend.

Returned to Phuket for a 25 year wedding anniversary, chose this hotel over the Beyond Kata (previously known as the Kata beach hotel) Due to room sizes and online reviews. We stayed for 12 nights, arriving on a late flight we where greeted politely and with courtesy. We had originaly booked the garden view room due to non availibilty of the executive sea view room which we wanted to book. Fortunately we got offered the upgrade and we accepted. The hotel manager Maria provided exemplary service, polite friendly and courteous. All the staff from the security gusrds to maintenance always greeted us with smiles and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is well maintained and presented, it has a bright clean and functional gym, good size swimming pools , excellent breakfast buffet with a great range of foods plus room service and a terrace restaurant. It is a 5 minute walk to Kata beach and central to the main Kata shopping and restaurant sectors. The housekeeping staff provide excellent service , (shout our to Jah je lay) who kept our room spotless for our duration. Highly recommend Chanalai Flora and intend to return next year for the Xmas new year period.

The service was absolutely the best! The staff were fantastic. The people working here truly represent Thai smile and Thai hospitality. Extremely helpful. The rooms were large, nice, and satisfying in every way. The breakfast was good but not very varied. Close to kata beach and not so far from katanio beach.

We stayed at Chanalai Flora Resort right next to Kata Beach and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety each morning. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the amazing staff. Every single person we met was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, hands down the best service I’ve experienced anywhere. They truly made us feel at home. Loved them all! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kata Beach — you’ll be well taken care of.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. My room was spotless, smelt so good as we arrive and the common areas were always well maintained and fresh. You can really tell that the team takes pride in keeping the place comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and a pleasant stay!
