We are currently staying at this resort and it has exceeded all expectations in every way. Walked into a clean room, very spacious and a fantastic view. From the minute we arrived, hotel staff had beautiful customer service and welcomed us so warmly. It was an easy check in. Nan then took us (and all our luggage) up to our room, showed us around and was super kind and welcoming. We had the buffet brekky on our first morning where March had the best customer service and has continued to be so nice. I'm not sure the names of the ladies at the check in desk the night we checked in but they were so beautiful and welcoming too. Brought us drinks and icecream whilst we were checking in. The location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to beautiful Kata Beach! This is an awesome hotel and we highly recommend. We will be returning again and again!

We had a wonderful stay at Chanalai Flora and felt very welcomed for the entire stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the facilities are looked after. In general you can tell they care a lot about detail and outstanding service. Location is also great, with the beach and loads of restaurants and amenities just a short walk away. Value for money is outstanding so I highly recommend it! The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs on the premises.

The place was nice and the service was excellent. When I first arrived, I faced a few issues in the room — there was no hot water in the shower, and the bidet wasn’t working properly. Fortunately, the staff responded quickly and resolved everything on the same day, which really impressed me. Another issue was with the in-room locker. It didn’t work smoothly — sometimes I would enter my password, and it wouldn’t open, showing the message “Secure Good” and staying locked. I had to try multiple times, sometimes up to ten, before it finally opened. Despite these issues, the overall service was outstanding and the place was very good. A huge shoutout to Nan for his excellent service and big smile — he truly made a difference

A Hidden Gem That Turned Our Trip Around! After a truly traumatic experience at Kata Garden Resort, we were fortunate to find this incredible place, it was the complete opposite in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, pampered, and valued, exactly what we needed! Our room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable that we honestly didn’t want to leave it, a perfect retreat for us as a couple! We originally booked just a few nights, hoping to recover from our earlier ordeal, but we ended up staying nearly two weeks! We even canceled our other bookings because we were so happy here. We were also celebrating my partner’s 50th birthday, which happened to fall on Valentine’s Day, and the staff made it truly unforgettable. The breakfast team surprised us by singing Happy Birthday, it was such a touching moment and meant the world to us. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. To all the wonderful staff: thank you for making our stay so special. We’ll always remember your kindness and hospitality. Highly, highly recommended! ♥️

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Chanalai Flora Resort made us feel like family. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, with amazing views of Kata Beach right from our room. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasant surprise—varied, fresh, and delicious. What truly set this place apart, though, was the kindness and care we received when my partner fell ill. The staff went above and beyond—regularly asking about his well-being, sending up rice, toast, and bananas to help soothe his stomach, and even helping us call a doctor to our room. Thanks to their quick assistance, he was able to get the fluids and medication he needed. We are so grateful for the compassion and support we received during a difficult time. This resort will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we return to Phuket.
