Stayed her for three nights. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff are very helpful and friendly and work really hard. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and well stocked. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very tasty. Very close to beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
Mei Hoe Hor
This was my second stay at Chanalai Flora Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The resort is a relaxing place with three swimming pools located at the center of the hotel rooms, giving it a calm and refreshing vibe. The warm hospitality really stood out again – we were welcomed with a drink and ice cream upon check-in, and also received a free evening drink coupon (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) for the Terrace Pub. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to start the day. The location is another plus. It’s just a short walk to Kata Beach, a great spot for surfing and catching the beautiful sunset. There are also many restaurants and massage parlors nearby, which makes everything very convenient. Overall, this resort never disappoints. A perfect place to relax in Kata, and I’d be happy to return again.
Real Comedy
A really good place to stay. Very friendly staff from the reception you get a warm welcome and the people are very helpful. We had one of the host ‘sky’ that was very friendly and guided us around where to go every day in Phuket. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. All the facilities provided was well maintained. I had my flight moved and the staff were very helpful to access me to stay at the resort a little while longer. Much love to the people at this place.

We are currently staying at this resort and it has exceeded all expectations in every way. Walked into a clean room, very spacious and a fantastic view. From the minute we arrived, hotel staff had beautiful customer service and welcomed us so warmly. It was an easy check in. Nan then took us (and all our luggage) up to our room, showed us around and was super kind and welcoming. We had the buffet brekky on our first morning where March had the best customer service and has continued to be so nice. I'm not sure the names of the ladies at the check in desk the night we checked in but they were so beautiful and welcoming too. Brought us drinks and icecream whilst we were checking in. The location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to beautiful Kata Beach! This is an awesome hotel and we highly recommend. We will be returning again and again!

We had a wonderful stay at Chanalai Flora and felt very welcomed for the entire stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the facilities are looked after. In general you can tell they care a lot about detail and outstanding service. Location is also great, with the beach and loads of restaurants and amenities just a short walk away. Value for money is outstanding so I highly recommend it! The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs on the premises.
