Lovely hotel and very kind, welcoming and courteous staff. A la carte restaurants are excellent. Would have liked more drawer space in room. Rooms kept immaculately clean, special thanks to Jahid Hasan, as nothing was too much trouble. Peter at Excursions was very helpful and went out of his way to co-ordinate our trips for us. Staff at the main bar are very attentive and do everything to make you welcome. There are lots of sunbeds and choices of places to be, with special thanks to Faruk. This hotel has something for everyone and we would highly recommend.

We are already staying at the Rixos The Palm in Dubai for the third time. As a family with two children (five and ten years old), a family-friendly atmosphere is very important to us. This includes attentive hotel service, a wide selection of dishes in the restaurant, and personalized care at the table. The pool is very clean, and the sea is pleasantly warm (33°C), matching the outdoor temperatures. The food at the Turquoise restaurant is varied and of excellent quality. We would especially like to mention Raschid, our waiter, who took great care of us. He anticipated every wish our children had and made our meals even more enjoyable. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families as well as other travelers. This will certainly not be our last vacation at the Rixos — we’ll gladly come again

Thank you so much Mirac for the best activities I have ever had on a holiday! Your aqua classes and paddle boarding are the best. I will miss our 9.30am chats and fitness classes. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food was always great and hot. The entire staff which we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay could not do enough for you. This is my 1st time in a Rixos. I have stayed at 2 other hotels in Dubai previously and Rixos is by far my favourite. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My highlights have been the fitness activities (what a great team!) the Steak A la carte & the Patisserie. Thank you all XxXx

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely delightful experience! This patisserie is a real gem — the coffee is rich and perfectly balanced, and the cakes are simply divine! Everything tastes fresh and homemade, with so much love in every detail. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. Whether you come for a relaxing coffee break or a sweet treat with friends, this place never disappoints. Highly recommended!

I've just came back from a 4 night stay at the Rixos on the palm. The hotel is excellent, extremely clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The food at the buffet was good and the 3 a la carte restaurants were brilliant (The steak restaurant being my personal favourite). Sunny at the pool was brilliant and always kept us topped up with drinks, snacks and ice. Yam and Sandheep at Bar1 were equally as great and were always keeping us well hydrated! The only negative was the children in Bar1, I appreciate it is a family hotel but having kids in a bar past 8pm, screaming and running around is not what you want when trying to unwind after a day in the sun. (Remember to tip the staff, not only do they work extremely hard but they will ensure you never go thirsty!) We will definitely be back.
