We stayed at Raffles for 5 nights at the end of our honeymoon. Overall, we loved our stay. We were in a panoramic ocean view villa, which was very spacious, well appointed and had a beautiful outdoor deck with stunning views. We were on the half board package, which I would recommend as the restaurants are excellent (but expensive) and the island doesn’t offer that many options in terms of nice dinner restaurants. The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout, going out of their way to make our stay perfect. We received a few nice gifts and perks to celebrate our honeymoon and we were invited for complementary cocktails by hotel management one night, which was very nice. The hotel beach is beautiful and we were able to use kayaks and snorkelling equipment there for free, which was a great touch. Overall, if you can squeeze it in your budget, we would highly recommend Raffles for a comfortable and relaxing stay on Praslin. It’s one of those experiences that you won’t forget very quickly.

+ We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and are very happy about it. It is a beautiful house with great villas (we had 213 Ocean View) and were very happy with this villa. What we particularly liked was that everything is very green and the beach is particularly beautiful and well-kept, and the rooms also have everything you need. A big compliment to the best concierge I have ever had in a hotel. Raffles ma Brigitte is a heart of a concierge. She makes the impossible possible and in just a few minutes. Having a concierge like her really raises the stars in a hotel. She made our stay even more special. Also a Tolö employee: Pasek, who answered all our questions at any time and always with a smile and was always there when we needed something. - The only negative points are that the hotel is a bit old after years and needs a little renovation here and there. The breakfast could also be a bit more varied. However, I have already told them about this on site and who knows, maybe something will happen here :) Otherwise, it is the perfect place to switch off and relax. Also the island Praslin is for us the number one to stay. Thank you for having us :)

We had a really great holiday with Raffles. Our room is clean and no weird smell at all. Beach is nice with great quality of sand. We have seen quite some fishes close by. Food: many different choices for breakfast and dinner but the salad area is quite narrow. Spa: all the services are pricy but the products they use and their skill and all the facilities are worth it. Location: we did hiking and snorkeling and we enjoyed it. The only thing that bothered us is the buggy service. They either never came or came very late after you requested it. They are normally not all very friendly.

One of the best experiences in my life! The hotel is amazing, like a small village on the hill side in front of the beach, their villas, with the private pools, staring both the ocean and the forest was so relaxing... we enjoyed even the rainy days, by visiting their amazing spa, and having yoga with the actual sound of the rain in the forest... such chilling vibes. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, you could not try all the options available even if you were staying 10 days... everything was delicious! also there are plenty restaurants to choose from for dinner and lunch... the panasian restaurant was so romantic! and in the sushi restaurant we had one of the best sushi ever!

We stayed at Raffles for 10 nights in an Oceanview Villa. We are still speachless! The resort is in the middle of paradise. Villa: Very private with infinity pool and a lot of spaces. Placed middle of jungle where lots of birds and flying foxes pass by. Awesome! Access to it and all other facilities by buggy service. Friendly drivers always on time. Generally staff is always very friendly, to highlight names would just not be fair to the ones we cannot remember name exactly. Food: Three restaurants plus pool bar available. The restaurants are al la carde. Highly recommend Losean for tasty typical creole food. Breakfast is buffet with some dishes which can be ordered from card. Pool area and beach are tidy , snorchel Equipment and kajaks can be rent free of Charge. Indeed, prices are quite high compared to other 5 star resort but due the best service we ever had, we see no issues with that. In the end, negative reviews cannot verified from us, we think that if you ask with a smile you will earn a smile. We come back!
