5 star hotel highly recommend - housekeeping is amazing, truly unsung heroes who make this place a luxury home for you so a huge thanks to them, they take care of the place so well. Massive resort with lots to do, and 2 amazing hiking trails too (bring boots if you plan to do them as trainers will get ruined and you can slip easily without proper boots). Morning breakfast is really good. Zee bar is a great place to chill with lots of indoor and outdoor seating options, the private beaches are gorgeous, the green areas and trees and nature is amazing, and it is a super private, yet massive place with lots to see and do. This place is great for adults and kids, the staff are great, and the beach and grounds are stunning. They take care of small things like complimentary unlimited drinking bottled water, mosquito spray provided free, fresh towels non stop and the beds are so comfortable, we slept like babies here. They have a Whatsapp system too for anything you need which is super helpful for all of the admin and restaurant bookings and anything you need in the room. Unlimited coffee in room and you don’t get screwed basically on the small things. Small things like massive cupboards if you are staying long, tonnes of TV channels in case you want a night in with good tech for streaming and media connections, massive bathrooms and all of the small things you need provided. No reason to leave the resort until probably day 4 or 5 when you will want to experience something new for a day. We stayed 4 nights in August 2024 and our only “complaints” would be that the alcoholic cocktails were not great especially for what you pay. The menu at the Greek restaurant was super basic and lacked any imagination or creativity. Would definitely come back, thank you.

A luxury hotel in tropical surroundings! The room was incredible and not to mention the treatment received from the staff. With two fantastic beaches, 5 pools, 5 restaurants seamlessly integrated into the natural surroundings, the resort has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation! 100% recommendable!

Almost paradise with a little room for improvement. The location is the best on the island, the grounds are stunning. It never felt crowded, a perfect spot to relax. Service was mixed, mostly lovely staff but then no smiles at some of the restaurants. The food was average except for very good and very varied breakfast. Junior suites are quite basic but comfortable. The grounds are huge, but the shuttle between the north and the south grounds runs irregularly. We walked several times for 20 minutes without a single shuttle passing by. Not a problem for us, but not the standard for a 5-star luxury property. There are bikes to rent for 20$ per day which are only for the premises - a service similar hotels often offer for free. It would be a small gesture but a huge difference in guest experience. Towels are provided in exchange for a deposit card - but often there is no staff present at the pools to hand out towels. With small improvements, Constance Ephelia could be a perfect hotel. In this category, it is all in the detail. ————— P.S. Management took the feedback very seriously. We had a very lovely chat with the Duty Manager Atul. It is fantastic to see how much they listen to guests and I am sure steps will be taken to address the inconveniences. We look forward to being back.
