We had a wonderful stay at Constance Ephelia. The hotel facilities are outstanding, especially for families — beautifully designed, spacious, and very well maintained. The staff truly make the experience special. Everyone was warm and attentive, and the manager, Vijay, went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. His care and professionalism made a real difference. The food and wine were exceptional, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. The only small downside was the room design, which felt a little dark and the furniture somewhat clunky. That said, it didn’t take away from an overall fantastic stay. We would happily return and highly recommend the hotel.

We recently spent a wonderful vacation at this luxurious hotel. During our stay we also got married on a beach of the Seychelles. The entire hotel team supported us during this special time and made our wedding day even more memorable. We felt truly happy and very well taken care of. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were especially impressed by Regan (from Tanzania) from the Corossol restaurant, whose attentiveness, kindness and thoughtful conversations always brightened our day. Also a special mention to Valeria (from Italy) from the reception, whose friendly attitude and big smile immediately made us feel at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel’s two beaches are incredibly beautiful, and the surrounding hiking trails are fantastic. There are diverse sports activities offered, adding even more enjoyment to our stay. Throughout the entire property, there is a soothing and relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. We definitely hope to return — this place has captured our hearts!

This hotel truly stole our hearts. From the very first moment, everything was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and filled with warmth. The staff are exceptional — genuinely kind, attentive, and caring. Every single need we had was taken care of effortlessly. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel’s management, who welcomed us with such sincerity and warmth that we immediately felt at home. Spending time with them was a special experience, and it truly felt like being part of one big family rather than simply staying at a hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. What makes it truly outstanding is that even though you are far from home, you genuinely feel at home here. The services were incredible. Our daughter absolutely loved the kids’ club and the wide variety of programs — this was the first time she was happy to stay on her own in a hotel kids’ club, which speaks volumes about the atmosphere, care, and professionalism. The food was exceptional in both quality and variety — there was absolutely nothing missing. We were also impressed by the hotel’s modern technical solutions, especially the dedicated app that allowed us to communicate with staff, book restaurants and programs, and access all information with just one click. I have never experienced anything like this before. Every single member of the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. We were able to fully relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment of our stay without a single worry. An unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return.

This has truly been an exceptional experience for us. We stayed there for two weeks. The hotel staff definitely goes the extra mile. If something was not right - which happened only very rarely - they stepped in and more than made up for it. Excellent restaurants (5), all but one (fine dining) included in the half board which is very fair (no extra costs). The property is very spacious which makes sure, that it never feels crowded. The forest in the middle has a great hiking trail as well as zip lining. We always had a nice place at the beach. They are very generous (free ice cream for kids, many events with free first cocktails / mocktails and champagne, always accommodated if there where special requests ). We are looking forward coming again.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in. We were given refreshing drinks and a guide to tell us about the hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. When our room was ready, we were taken by shuttle to it and shown around. We had lunch in one of the 5 restaurants, where the food was excellent and delicious. We tried all of the restaurants during our stay and I have to say, the service was 1st class. There was a wide variety at breakfast and plenty of seating in a gorgeous setting. The hotel gives you access to 2 beautiful beaches and there are water sports available too. Excursion services are available both internally and externally of the hotel, which we used and found to be superb. The main enjoyment for us were the friendliness of the staff. They were all exceptional be it the Reception, restaurants, shuttle and spa. In particular, Tasiana and Peter from Seselwa restaurant went above and beyond to make our time memorable. Would definitely return to this hotel.
