Fantastic quality on every front. Refined design of the resort and environment, extremely comfortable (rooms, welcome area, bars and restaurant). Fantastic food quality and wine selection (thousands of references). The personnel is outstanding (very professional, attentive, serviable, while keeping the personal / relax touch = a fantastic combination for a holiday stay. Management has a focus on a sustainable tourism. The hotel location offers both awesome beach experience and jungle trails around, reachable on foot from the hotel (10-15km loops, try them, need to be a bit fit with hiking experienced to go solo, otherwise take a local guide, the jungle forest does compete with the beaches for their natural beauty).

We stayed in Constance Ephelia for our wedding and honeymoon. It was one of the best stays we had. Everything was perfect and they made us feel special all the days we are there. Great service from Christine that took care of us everyday on whatever we may be needing. Chef Gilbert and Chef Giovanni delivers amazing selection of culinary experiences. If I can leave a higher rating than 5 for the service and amenities and just the general aesthetic and personal touch of the hotel l would. My family and i will definitely will be checking other hotels part of the chain in the future. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and everyone went out of their way to help us have an unforgettable and stress free stay. The complimentary afternoon cake for our villa was such a sweet gesture! Samson, who was our villa's manager was great! We arrived a bit before checkin and he arranged for us to stay in a temporary private space, so that my family and I can freshen up and rest for hours before our villa was ready. Not to mention i forgot my glasses after the stay so he personally arranged for them to be shipped to me. The food was amazing and in particular the Tom yum soup in one of the 5 restaurants, i cannot remember the name but - wow! We came for more and we all had it. The traditional night was with so much dancing and music! Having the guests involved was such a fun and sweet touch. I will not reveal any more hidden touches! you just have to go and see. I also love the fact that the hotel is heavily involved with the preservation of the mangrove forests. I'm just sad that I never got to experience the kayaking through the river! But you can't predict the water and the currents can you. I guess we just have to come and visit again!

Loved every minute of the stay here. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and the WhatsApp messaging service was really useful. Great food and choice of restaurants (make sure you book), amazing beaches, spa and buggy service constantly to take you around the resort. Everything was very clean. Tembi at the gate was the happiest and friendliest man, all the taxi drivers we had knew of him being the best to welcome guests.
