We spent a week in this wonderful hotel. The surroundings are stunning and the room is extremely comfortable. The hotel and its surroundings are tidy and clean. The politeness and attentiveness of the staff is exemplary! When we arrived, my wife's feet were very sore from the flight, but thanks to their care, they made our vacation carefree. We thank the chef for the delicious snacks and the ample gluten-free selection.

Our stay at Constance Ephelia was nothing short of amazing! This expansive hotel offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal choice for families. The resort offers a range of activities for everyone, and we loved renting bikes to explore the beautiful surroundings. Cycling around the property was a delightful way to soak in the stunning scenery. We took advantage of the kayaking and snorkeling trips, which were fantastic! The clear waters and vibrant marine life made for unforgettable experiences. We were also impressed with the quality and variety of food. We managed to have dinner at Helios which we found to be amazing. A special mention goes to Soukaina, the guest relations lady, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to ensure our experience was enjoyable and comfortable, making us feel truly welcomed. Overall, Constance Ephelia exceeded our expectations with its vast offerings and family-friendly atmosphere. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return!

The territory, the beach is amazing, it looks like a paradise place. But unfortunately the level of service and the quality of food which is served for breakfast leave much to be desired. It took us more than an hour to check in and every step requires extra time and you need to find a special dedicated person, you cannot just pop up at the reception for anything you need. At the breakfast there are no local fruits, no fresh juice, the quality of bread and pastries are poor for the 5 star hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The services were excellent. The location is more than great. The food very delicious, fresh, amazingly tasty. The views are beautiful. The hotel amenities were excellent. The reception staff very professional, friendly, helpful. And, the check-in and check-out were prompt and professionally efficient. The hotel provided personalised attention on catering and other requirements. The offer for money was great. In brief; we had lovely and unforgettable stay and wonderful experience and felt more than welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody without any hesitation. An Amazing Stay! Our stay at Constance Ephelia was incredible. The location, surrounded by lush greenery and private beaches, is a true paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with breathtaking balcony views. The food was delicious and diverse. The seafood menu was especially outstanding. Breakfasts had plenty of choices for everyone. The wonderful massage at the spa and various activities, from water sports to nature hikes, added to the relaxation. Fast internet was helpful for a quick work break. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s perfect for big and small groups seeking a unique and memorable experience. Highly recommended for creating unforgettable memories.
