I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until departure, it was evident that the hotel is exceptionally well run and supported by a remarkable team. The leadership under Vijay, Dian, Maksoud and Shetty truly sets the tone for the entire property. Their professionalism, visibility and commitment to excellence are reflected in every detail of the guest experience. It’s clear that they foster a culture of care, accountability and high standards, which translates into seamless operations and genuine hospitality throughout the hotel. The staff deserve special recognition for their warmth, efficiency and attentiveness. Amin, Andreesa, Valentino, Jaffar, Sebastian, Nitu, Chantel, George, Arnel, Javan and Raphael each contributed to making my stay comfortable and memorable. Whether it was prompt assistance, friendly conversations or going above and beyond to anticipate needs, every interaction was handled with professionalism and a sincere desire to help. Their teamwork and positive attitude made the hotel feel welcoming and well-coordinated at all times. Overall, this hotel stands out not only for its facilities and comfort, but for the people who run it. A well-led management team paired with an exceptional staff makes for an outstanding guest experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were graciously upgraded to a family villa with a private pool, which was perfectly prepared for our arrival with a baby bed and bath. ​Our villa host, Goodwick, provided world-class service, and the entire team including Dina and Asumani was always on hand to assist with transportation or any requests we had. The villa was kept in pristine condition thanks to Saad, who provided meticulous housekeeping several times a day. ​Beyond the service, the experience was breathtaking. We were captivated by the stunning views and enjoyed exceptional spa treatments that truly defined relaxation. The food was consistently fantastic, offering a variety of high-quality options. Although we originally planned to explore more of the Seychelles, the hotel provided such an immersive and luxurious experience that we found ourselves never wanting to leave. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

Constance Ephelia Seychelles (Port Launay, Mahé) absolutely exceeded our expectations. We stayed 8 nights in February as a couple with our 4-year-old child, and it was the perfect mix of luxury, nature, and genuinely warm service. The resort itself is stunning—lush tropical greenery, beautiful beaches, and that “you’re in a postcard” feeling the moment you arrive. Everything is spread out enough to feel private and peaceful, yet it’s easy to get around, and the atmosphere is relaxed rather than overly formal. As a family, we really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming it felt for our child while still being a true getaway for us as a couple. The highlight of our entire trip was our wedding at Constance Ephelia—it was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Pemma, who helped us organize everything and delivered exactly what we asked for. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly professional throughout the planning and on the day itself. Every detail was handled smoothly, and we felt supported and confident from start to finish—so we could simply enjoy the moment. If you’re considering Constance Ephelia for a romantic trip, a family holiday, or especially a destination wedding, we can wholeheartedly recommend it. We left with amazing memories and would love to return.

Exquisite room that we thoroughly enjoyed. Service was outstanding from our room butler and maintainer, Sampath and Vipond and the restaurant and bar staff. Everyone was very friendly , courteous and helpful. A very large resort with many areas one can find privacy. No challenge getting beach chairs. Scenery extraordinary. Heartily suggest this resort.

We stayed for 4 night and 5 days, upon arrival the staff were welcoming with helping with luggage and assisting with a relaxed by the sofa check in process. Accompanied by a refreshing drink. We couldnt check in early due to high room occupancy but were offered a courtesy lounge which had sofas, books and showers, toilets as a place to get ready for the beach. The hotel looked after our luggage and delivered direct to our room before we gained access to our room. The room was clean, and we could ask for a room clean as often as required. This was great, although the attention to detail could have been better in this. I.e. organising belongings. We went to celebrate my husbands 40th, so the hotel sent a cake to the room and chocolates also as it was valentines weekend. Very thoughtful. The beaches are gorgeous, the buggy service is helpful and buggy drivers are so lovely! Same can be said for restaurant staff, their attention to detail was great, they remember you, converse well etc. We particularly had a great relationship with Regan, he really looked after us well every day we saw him. Bishnu also had good conversation with us. Food was plentiful although I found for breakfast it was very repetitive, quality of food was good, although I didnt find much of the food to be very tasty, there felt like something missing in all of the cooked goods. The chicken tikka was good. Of course it can be difficult to get a reservation at some of the restaurants, we were lucky we managed to dine at all. I understand they are trying to increase capacity. It was great to know that the meat was halal, that was one of the main reasons we booked. Of course they serve Pork, but it is well signed. The grounds are stunning and well looked after. Staff are so friendly and accommodating where possible! There is plenty of staff so you're not waiting around for assistance. Also, although it is a high capacity resort, it doesnt feel like youre sharing the resort with 100s others. It was a lovely place. We would love to come back to the seychelles.
