I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was so special that I felt I truly had to share our experience. The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of nature and the ocean. There were so many activities that we didn’t even have time to leave the resort during our three-night stay. Cycling, kayaking, the kids’ center, and feeding the giant tortoises gave us so many wonderful moments with our child. On our last day, we moved to another hotel, and we truly regretted not being able to stay longer here. What impressed us the most was the kindness of the staff. They always greeted us warmly and were extremely kind to our child as well. We were also invited to the management cocktail on our first day, which was a truly unforgettable experience. If there is one small downside, it would be the breakfast. Although the variety was wide, the taste felt rather average. Overall, our stay at Constance Ephelia was more than 120% satisfying, and it will remain one of our most unforgettable family memories. We would absolutely love to return someday.

Our stay here was truly exceptional. Knowing about my sensitivity to mosquitoes, the staff kindly upgraded our room and even had it treated every day. Despite the hotel being large and busy, it remained peaceful, quiet, and very safe. The food at the hotel’s various restaurants was delicious—especially at Helios, where Terry took wonderful care of us. Overall, the staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and warm. I would also like to mention Dr. Anel, who was there as a replacement doctor. He is truly outstanding. His quick and effective care, expertise, attentiveness, and kind manner made us feel completely safe. I am deeply grateful to him. Muchisimas gracias! During our one-week stay, we were impressed by how generous the hotel was. The medication provided by the doctor, mosquito sprays, and many of the spa, water and fitness activities were offered free of charge—showing just how much they value their guests. In conclusion, staying here was absolutely worth it, and it is a hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend with complete confidence.

This hotel was one of the best choices I could have made to truly relax and unwind. The comfort, peaceful atmosphere, and overall experience really set it apart, and the beach is absolutely beautiful — easily one of the best I have visited. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their incredible hospitality. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming, and I did not have a single negative experience. Constance Ephelia is truly heaven on earth — a place that feels like the Garden of Eden, where lush nature, turquoise waters, and peace exist in perfect harmony. What made our stay truly unforgettable, however, was the exceptional staff and heartfelt hospitality. A very special thank you to Mr. Vijay, manager, whose kindness, understanding, and genuine care went far beyond expectations. His support and warm approach made us feel truly valued, and we will always be grateful for the way he looked after us throughout our stay. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr.Maksood, who was kind, professional, and attentive, always ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we felt comfortable. His willingness to help made a real difference to our experience Our gratitude also goes to Mr. Goodwick, our buggy driver, whose friendliness, patience, and constant smile made every ride a pleasure and added so much warmth to our daily experience. A heartfelt thank you to Saranga from the restaurant, whose attentiveness and kindness made every meal even more enjoyable. He also surprised me with a beautiful flower bouquet, which I truly appreciated and enjoyed — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. We have just returned home from our honeymoon at The Constance Ephelia, Seychelles and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We arrived late and had a few issues with check in due to there being a new system in place, however in the days that followed the entire team from management to staff could not do enough for us. It is a large resort with two beach areas one very quiet and the other a little more lively with water sports and snorkelling etc. Although large it is very easy to get about as there are large golf type buggies that constantly drive around to take you anywhere you want to go. Our room was a Senior Suite and again is to be recommended, being very large and open plan with a sitting room area as well as a large balcony with very comfortable furniture immaculately clean and serviced twice a day. The resort is very well laid out and although a little confusing to start with we were given a guided tour so we could get our bearings (thank you to Cindy for this). The restaurants were all superb, with the food always of a consistently high standard with a great deal of choice. The staff in all areas of the hotel go to great lengths to make you welcome and the customer service is second to none with all the staff remembering our names wherever we went. We like peace and quiet so went to one of the pools that was aptly calked the Quiet Pool, plenty of comfortable sunbeds never had to worry about getting a spot, fresh crisp towels daily too. The snorkelling from the beach was great so many different varieties of fish with all of the equipment included. We also tried paddle boarding, again included, which was great fun on the crystal clear water. The staff at the Boathouse were very accommodating and there to show you what to do - all of the equipment is of a very high standard and clean. The beaches are nothing short of breathtaking and at first you think there are no sunbeds but they are very cleverly positioned in amongst the palm trees so the view always remains unspoilt, but you can still lay looking out at the ocean.
