**Disappointing Experience at the Four Seasons Seychelles**
I recently visited the beach at the Four Seasons Seychelles and, although I was considering staying here in the future, my experience left me deeply disappointed.
On our visit, we decided to stop by the bar to buy fresh coconuts, as we had done the day before. However, this time, we were told they don’t sell to non-residents. The inconsistency was frustrating, especially since the waitress who informed us was rude about it. It’s worth mentioning that both the bartender and the gentleman who cut the coconuts were kind, which made the experience even more baffling.
Next, we attempted to book a table for lunch, only to be told reservations needed to be made 24 hours in advance. When we tried to book for the following day, we were suddenly informed the restaurant was fully booked. Strangely enough, the space was completely empty. It felt like there was either a policy problem or, worse, discrimination at play.
It's a shame, as I genuinely liked the beach and was planning to return as a resident on a future trip. However, this experience left a sour taste and raised serious concerns about how guests are treated here.
Four Seasons should look into their customer service and policies to ensure consistency and fairness.

The level of personalized service was phenomenal. From the intake to the requested bath in room, to the chef creating a personalized dish at my request. I loved the chat features through WhatsApp, it really helped me stay in great communication with concierge. The perfect holiday experience. Breathtaking views and wonderful attention to detail by all resort staff. Perfect location with a lovely beach.

I can't give a star rating for the hotel as we primarily visited for the beach. While I feel five stars might be a stretch, overall, it was a stunning location. Parking near the hotel was convenient, and check-in was swift before heading to the beach. Although there's a shower available, amenities like lounging on a bed or grabbing lunch aren't provided, so be sure to bring all your necessities. The walk down to the beach offers breathtaking views, although the return trek is something to consider. Access to the beach involves descending stone stairs with a waterfall feature, adding to the picturesque setting. The beach itself is pristine with abundant marine life, perfect for snorkeling. Personally, I'd suggest offering a paid beach entrance option with amenities like reserved beds, towels, and the option for lunch or drinks, along with buggy rides for a more complete experience. Despite the availability of free beds, enhancing the beach experience could attract more visitors seeking added comfort and convenience."

Thank you Four Seasons for an incredible stay!
The most beautiful view with the friendliest staff.
This is one of my favorite resort. Hill top rooms with private pools, mango trees, scenic views, a breath-taking spa, and great food!
Here is where i had the best almond croissant and the best memories with my family.
Worth the price for sure.
