We had wonderful day staying at home and Hilton Northolme staying in a beautiful ocean view pool villa. From our arrival until the very last day we were looked after amazingly by all staff members from reception, porter, waiters, housekeeping, everyone was accommodating and friendly. Specifically for Gabrielle, she is amazing persons always smiling to everyon. We would love to come back to stay longer again!

We stayed 2 nights at Hilton Northholme Resort upon arriving for our Seychelles island-hopping vacation. The resort is beautifully designed, and the villa accommodation is spacious and full of amenities. The bathroom and balcony are definitely the highlights of the space, featuring a jacuzzi tub in the center of the bathroom and a large, fully furnished balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately, there was some construction work right next to our villa, which disturbed our first morning for hours, especially because we couldn't leave the villa due to heavy rain. From Hilton, I would have expected better planning. However, as compensation, the resort arranged our taxi ride to the ferry the next day. The breakfast is great, offering a full-range buffet with sweet and savory dishes, fruits, vegetables, and juices. The omelette was dry tho, but I think it was more of an “different egg type” problem than anything else. We had good breakfasts in general and also tried both their restaurants for dinner. We loved both the Mediterranean and Creole restaurants, which had a great selection of meals for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. At the Creole restaurant, we were taken care of by a very nice waitress. Unfortunately, we forgot her name, but she truly made our dinner experience special with her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism. The location is far from most things by walk. It's a great option if you just want to stay at the resort and maybe take some taxi rides, but for a longer stay, we wouldn’t have booked here due to the inconvenience of traveling around the island. Previously we stayed at other locations with great access to buses or places that could be reached by short walks. All in all, we had a great stay, but given the brand name, the place could do a bit more to live up to expectations.

The hotel's location is lovely, quiet, and ideal for couples. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. However, I was disappointed with the food - it lacked quality and variety despite the presence of three restaurants. The food was not international and did not meet expectations. Additionally, soft drinks were not included in the half-board package. Furthermore, dining outside the hotel was very expensive.

Our week is coming to an end, and we've had a wonderful time. The staff is pleasant and attentive. We booked several excursions with the reception, all of which went very well. Finally, the rooms seem to have been renovated and are even better than in the photos. This rarity deserves to be highlighted.

Truly a 5-star experience. Starting from check-in, getting a tour of the place and settling in to the room, you get a great welcome. The facilities, amenities and food are all top notch. There is a common pool area which is never too crowded. The hotel has a beach which has some rocks but you can snorkel. They provide snorkelling equipment free of charge. There’s other two areas/sections of the beach that are swimmable during low tide. You could also walk a long way into the water during low tide if you have proper footwear (since there are rocks and sea urchins). Beau Vallon is a nearby famous swimmable beach without any rocks and is reachable with a 5 minutes drive if you have a rental car, or they have a shuttle every day. We got a an ocean view room and it is just stunning. Evening views of sunset from the restaurants are also totally worth it. The best thing about this place though are the people and the hospitality. Amazingly humble and considerate staff. The best staff I have ever come across, tbh. They do everything in their power to give you the best experience.
