There are ordinary luxury resorts, and then there is the Hilton Northolme Resort! We are often guests at Hilton hotels, but this one exceeded all our expectations. Hotel room was simply amazing, the atmosphere in the resort is unique and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the best experience ever and will come back very soon. This has been a dream holiday. The hotel is wonderful we were so well looked after by all the staff everyone was so polite and friendly especially Dinish and Thomas who looked after our room.
The rooms are beautiful. We had a room with a private pool and stunning views. The location is so picturesque that it is hard to leave.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hilton Northolme. The villas have a unique style and a breathtaking view over the Indian Ocean. The hotel is very well managed. What made our experience special was the always friendly and extremely helpful stuff. Stunning location. The layout was private and full of tropical trees and plants. We had a premium ocean view villa. The Villa was spacious and very clean. Fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and private beach. Great bedroom and bathroom facilities. The staff were amazing and were more than happy to help with any concerns or needs we had. Food was very good. I’m vegetarian and the chef would tell me the vegetarian dishes he could make for dinner. This was very thoughtful and gave me a lot of choice. The hotel arranged our transfers and hired us a car for the day; this really helped and reduced the stress in organising - this is a choice and an additional cost to guest.
We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Hilton. The staff and their radiant smiles make it the ‘Northolme experience’. Professional and courteous service throughout.

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this hotel but you don't get what you pay for. At around 500 USD per night we expected a flawless experience. When compared to other 5-star hotels in the Seychelles, we felt that it was few things that went wrong. Often the staff seemed absent-minded or rushed and we felt they didn't particularly like their jobs. While our room was spacious and comfy, the hotel itself shows its age and lacks maintenance. What stood out for us was our room's balcony, which had a beautiful ocean view. Also, there were some generous perks included for HHonors members, like a romantic bath and various free drinks, which we enjoyed. However, the food at breakfast and in the dinner outlets wasn't particularly fresh. In our opinion the hotel needs three things to improve, a general refurbishment, better training for the staff to be organized by the management and improved food quality.
