Overall pleasant experience. The property is set in a beautiful location with lush natural surroundings and a tranquil beachfront—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were generally friendly, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. The check-in process was surprisingly long and unnecessarily complicated, which wasn’t the best way to start a stay. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, are on the smaller side. I also noticed that the gym facilities could use an update—they feel outdated and a bit neglected. Additionally, the open air yoga shala had a noticeable caterpillar issue, which detracted from the experience due to an allergic reaction I developed from the stings. The food was decent but nothing exceptional. Given the overall price point, I had slightly higher expectations in terms of dining and amenities. The pool is lit up beautiful at night. If I were to return to the Seychelles, I’d likely opt for the Hilton on Silhouette Island instead. While Kempinski has its charms, the overall experience didn’t quite meet the standard I was hoping for.

Our lunch experience at the hotel was made truly exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by Babrha and Danesh. From the moment we were seated, they welcomed us with genuine smiles and a calm, courteous presence that immediately made us feel at ease. Their attentiveness and professionalism were matched only by their kindness. Every detail—from presenting the dishes with care to checking in to ensure our comfort—was handled with such grace and warmth. It was clear they take great pride in what they do, and it reflected in the way they interacted with us and with each other. What truly stood out was how effortlessly they turned a simple meal into a memorable moment. Their politeness, patience, and the way they anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive was nothing short of impressive. It’s rare to find service that feels so personal and sincere. Babrha and Danesh are a credit to the hotel and a perfect example of hospitality at its best. Thank you both for making our afternoon so enjoyable—you left a lasting impression, and we’re truly grateful.

I’m reviewing this stay after 6 months only because I couldn’t find where I’ve written down the names of the people from the staff who were unbelievably nice, kind and professional, so big apologies if some of them might not even work there anymore. Now, that I’ve found by accident that list, I want to do justice to them - Isha, Shafi, Christopher, Salim, Adel, Okta, one of the chefs (I don’t know his name😞), Mercha, the lady who served the pattiserie in the morning, who always said in the happiest voice tone “lovely to see you this morning!”, and I’m sure there are others I missed - THANK YOU! Big, big THANK YOU! Without you, our stay wouldn’t have been as awesome and relaxing. Why? Because apart from the amazing facilities of the hotel, tasty food, dreamy beach, great rooms & view, cool vibe, we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay as much as we did without these people, who ‘bended themselves backwards’ to help us enjoy our meals, since we were travelling with a 9 months old baby and that can be very challenging.😄 Pretty much all the staff was great anyway, and is probably expected at a 5* hotel, but these persons in particular were so friendly with our baby, they played with her, they talked to her, always looked at her to keep her entertained (Eva, the happy baby, sends you all big hugs😍), so she was so delighted to go to the restaurant, and we always had time to enjoy our meals (which were terrific and food specific was different every night). These people didn’t have in their job description to entertain a guest’s baby, and while I am aware our daughter is adorable and smiling all the time, I truly appreciated their open heart and support. So I’ll mostly focus on that in my review, cause everything else was also exceptional, I can’t wait to go back some day. One other important thing for families traveling with babies - the food for the baby is complimentary and they can cook for you whatever you want, which was sooo helpful. Of course, we didn’t ask for anything complicated, but it saved us a ton of time and stress with cooking. The only con to mention for other families with small kids - the beach is absolutely beautiful, great sand, but the water is not ideal for kids to play in - rocky bottom and deep. For us it was perfect with a 9 months old, as she didn’t even walk back then. Also, the crabs on the beach are harmless, just don’t mind them, they run away.😊 Btw, we stayed for 2 weeks in Sep-Oct 2024.

Sizable resort with nice facilities, amenities private beach. The reception was very nice and smooth. The staff are all friendly and willing to serve. We got free upgrade to suite which was very spacious, tidy and in very good condition. The breakfast has good variety of options. The gym is nicely equipped. The beach is superb and well facilitated.

From the moment we arrived, the evening was nothing short of perfect. The sushi was absolutely top-notch—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. What truly made the night unforgettable, though, was the impeccable service provided by Sher and Marion. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!
