Usually I really rare made bad reviews in my life but this I really need to share!!!
We wanted to come to the Kempinski for a few drinks today. We already know the hotel chain from our home in Dubai and have always been satisfied. Today we had a terrible experience in the Seychelles. We arrived at the resort at lunchtime without a reservation (my husband, mom and I (6 months pregnant)).
When we arrived at the gate we met an incredibly rude security who said we couldn't go in without a reservation, not even for a few drinks & snacks. Then we said we would make a reservation right away, he should please call and he immediately rudely said no. Our cab driver already had a next tour and had to let us out. Now we were standing there in the blazing midday sun with a security guard who wanted to give us zero help. We wanted to call him ourselves, but we simply had no network with our phones. I then begged the security man to at least get us a new cab, but he said it wasn't possible.The Top of the Cake was when he said he have more important things to do!!! I (pregnant) then started to cry because I had become so historic in the blazing midday sun. In the end we were just lucky that a cab driver came by chance and drove us back to Four Seseons.
That was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel in my life.

Amazing experience. Yvonne welcome us in Windsong perfectly. It was a perfect breakfast , delicious, the day after our wedding. In general the resort and the staff is amazing. Violetta organized our wedding with care and kindness. Room amazing and services professional.

My partner and I spent 7 days here in November 2023 and it was paradise. The staff are wonderful; every single person was willing to help and so friendly and welcoming. The welcome reception we received was second to none and they had our room ready early...hugely appreciated after a long journey.
The food is fresh and delicious, with something for everyone. We looked forward to every meal at Kempinski Seychelles.
After dinner we enjoyed the bar upstairs; great musicians and a great holiday vibe....made even better by the superb cocktails.
The beach was 20 steps from our room, with plenty of sun loungers, tended to by the wonderful beach staff. The photos do not depict fully how serene and stunning the location is.
Our room was fabulous. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable.
We will definitely be going back here.

Had an amazing stay here. The property is just spectacular with easy access to their private beach strip. Friendly staff and a chill, laid back atmosphere.
The rooms are superb no matter what category you choose.
Should not miss the hotel hike it is super easy with 10/10 views at the end.
Overall a splendid experience.

I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, including Rona, Salim, Erwin, and Emma, were not only friendly but also incredibly supportive. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist made our stay truly memorable.
