We were lucky that we probably got the best sea facing room. The room had all aminities that can be expected from a 5 star hotel. Even though balcony is not that big but still good enough to spend an evening having a lovely sea view with dusky skies. The hotel covers a large area with a hill. So the hotel has its own little hill with hiking track. We hiked up the hill & saw an amazing view of the beach. The beach itself was amazing with white sand. However do keep in mind that shallow waters are full of granite rocks so you would be needing sea shoes to go in water, otherwise you may hurt your feet. The only down side was buffet dinner, it did not offer much choices as I have normally experienced in five star hotels & if you dont like any dish offered then the only choice is also limited that may be salad. However the choice at breakfast was much decent. I wont name a particular staff here, but all of them served efficient & professionally friendly. That includes all staff from room service to reception to restaurant staff. They all provided pretty good service. Do keep in mind that hotel is far from Victoria, but if you walk around in area, you'd find out some mini supermarkets to get things to nibble or drink (that may not be available in hotel). Overall it was a good experience staying in hotel & if we every visit Seychelles again we'd like to stay there again.

We generally always spend our holidays in beautiful hotels and therefore book a Kempinski wherever possible. So far, the hotels have always met our expectations! The ladies in red (especially Lea) do a great job! We booked the cocktail master class on a rainy day and were thrilled! The bar staff gave us such a warm welcome and patiently taught us how to mix cocktails! Kadek showed us some great tricks, and Jessica and Tamara from the bar supported us with lots of humour! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had the private dinner at the hotel for my birthday. The chef Jeffessen came by to make sure we enjoyed our meal, he was really welcoming and the waiter Jessica was so amazing. She made me very happy with the service and she was so lively and entertaining with the conversation. The hotel is generally beautiful and we’ll taken care of, I enjoyed my stay here and I’ll definitely be back again.

My family have had such an incredible stay at Kempinski. The grounds are lovely and everything in the hotel is high quality. The highlight has been the service we received from Akram, from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle to every touch point during our stay, he has been attentive, caring and going above and beyond.
