We stayed here for a week. Its wonderful location. Very secluded and pristine area. Overall the Kempinski offers great and memorable holiday destination. We were upgraded our accommodation from Hill View to Beach View as a complementary gesture. Thanks to manager (apologies forgot his name) for this goodwill gesture. Overall we had splendid stay at Kempinski Seychelles.

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Kempinski Seychelles Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning views of the pristine beach and lush gardens. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the ocean. Special shout out to Karthick and Fred, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort made all the difference. They provided personalized service that made us feel truly special. Overall, Kempinski Seychelles Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. If you’re looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway, this is the place to be.

The resort was really, really nice! We got in way before the check-in time of 3pm and the team did what they could to get rooms ready for us by noon. That was so welcome after our very long flights. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Some of them were knowledgeable and gave some history about the resort. Even though we had asked for a room close to the main building, we were given one that was quite a walk but I guess it gave us an opportunity to exercise each time we came to the main building. There were also golf carts to transport you if you needed them. Some of the people who were in our group asked for a room change and they got it. Oh! I loved, actually, we all loved the scented cold towels that we were given as we arrived and the hibiscus tea.......refreshing! I also loved the bedtime story cards that were in the rooms, if you accepted the turndown service in the evening. On our last day, our flight was leaving late in the evening and we got a complimentary late room checkout. That was really welcome and very appreciated. I look forward to going back for a longer stay. It was worth it!

The Kempinski is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We had 10 wonderful days. Rounded off by the wonderful service at the bar and in the Lazare restaurant. Kartheck, Salim, Fred, Genevieve and Isabelle pampered us every evening and provided perfect service. We'd love to come back.

David at the front desk was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He greeted us warmly upon arrival, efficiently checked us in, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable. We look forward to staying at this hotel again, thanks to David's exceptional service.
