Our stay was wonderful. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature and a beautiful beach. The suites are spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with great variety and quality. A special mention goes to Fabrice, whose friendly, professional, and attentive service truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shout-out as well to Ashley, the resort’s marine biologist, who guided us on an snorkeling experience. She explained everything clearly while ensuring our safety at all times. Her genuine passion and deep love for marine life were adorable and very inspiring. Highly recommend! We would love to return

Dear Management of Hotel Kempiński, I would like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service we received during our one-week stay. We truly had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everything was perfect – we were completely satisfied with both the room and the service. I would especially like to highlight Ms. Barbrah Motte, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. She was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude greatly contributed to our pleasant stay. As a small note, I would like to mention that we found the number of sun umbrellas and sunbeds around the pool to be limited. During a previous stay, we recall there being more available. Optimierte englische Version: We stayed 9 nights in room 604. Unfortunately, the room was very dark and the balcony not very inviting for sitting outside. Cleanliness, service and friendliness of the staff were perfect. However, the behavior and lack of consideration of some other guests left a lot to be desired. Reserving sunbeds seems to be standard practice here as well. The rush and manners of certain guests at the buffet — and the amount of food left untouched — were simply unacceptable. What truly lifted our mood and matched the charm and style of this otherwise beautiful environment was our evening dinner at the Windsong restaurant. The staff is friendly, attentive and anticipates the wishes of their guests. One person who stood out in particular with his exceptionally professional manner was our waiter Fabrice from Madagascar. This clearly deserves 5 stars.

The hotel is generally good, and the welcome was pleasant. ‎‏However, our overall experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star resort, and I would not recommend it as a five-star experience. ‎‏We observed a pattern in room allocation where Arab guests appeared to be placed at the far end of the resort, raising concerns about fairness in room distribution. Despite traveling with a child and booking one month in advance, we were not located near the main facilities or the kids’ club The service was somewhat slow. On one occasion, our request for a golf cart was ignored, and we waited despite being assured that someone would be sent to pick us up. There were also instances where our calls to room service were not answered, and no return call was made, which was quite unusual ‎‏The beach not worth it at all and did not compare to other beaches in Seychelles in terms of beauty or swimming suitability. ‎‏We also experienced issues with the bedding. The duvets were clearly worn out, with uneven and insufficient filling, and did not meet five-star standards in terms of comfort and quality. A replacement was provided, but it was also old and only marginally better. The hotel is located approximately 30 minutes from the airport; however, heavy traffic should be taken into consideration, as the journey can extend to up to an hour and a half. We nearly missed our flight because of this ‎‏however, that the spa service was excellent. I visited the spa without a prior appointment, and the staff were able to accommodate me with an immediate booking, which was greatly appreciated. ‎These issues affected our stay and fell short of five-star standards.

It was an amazing experience. Absolutely magical, so well narrated. The service by Udaya was exquisite, the food a dream. Thank you very much Chef Seldrick. I want to add that I was very much impressed by the friendlies of the staff. The beach crew was exceptionally nice, the lifeguards were amazing and very helpful when I got stung by a wasp. Also the gym and recreation team with Shiran were exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
