We only stayed one night at Constance Lémuria, but it was truly unforgettable. The resort is breathtaking, the beach is paradise, and everything is impeccably maintained. A special thank you to Fauziah, who welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. In just one day, she made us feel completely at home – her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. What really impressed us happened after we left: I had accidentally forgotten my tripod on Praslin, and Fauziah, together with her colleague Alena, managed to have it delivered all the way to our hotel on Mahé. This level of care and dedication went far beyond our expectations. We left with beautiful memories – and with our tripod! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Praslin.

There were issues with staff entering villas while 'do not disturb' was activated, tables were not reserved even though it was agreed upon, and expensive wine bottles were added to the wrong bills. Unfortunately, there are many better options out there. Constance Lemuria was fine, but I would rarely recommend it.

Our recent stay at Constance Lemuria was, once again, absolutely exceptional! Having visited this resort for the 14th time, we can confidently say that it continues to uphold the highest standards in luxury hospitality. The location is simply breathtaking—set between three pristine beaches and surrounded by a spectacular golf course, it offers the perfect tropical hideaway for nature lovers. The entire resort is meticulously maintained, with lush gardens creating an atmosphere of serenity and exclusivity. Service is impeccable across all departments, from the attentive Food & Beverage team to the dedicated Housekeeping and SPA staff. Every team member goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The culinary experience is another highlight—the food quality is consistently outstanding, with every meal showcasing a commitment to excellence. Constance Lemuria is a true gem, a place where luxury meets nature, and where every detail is carefully curated to provide an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a world-class getaway in paradise!

My visit to Constance Lemuria was truly memorable. The resort is beautiful, with lush greenery, quiet beaches, and a stunning golf course with amazing views. It’s calm, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. Bishal took me on a tour of the property and couldn’t have been more kind or welcoming. He was attentive, thoughtful, and made sure I got to see all the special touches that make Lemuria so unique. Later, I had a lovely dinner at Diva, where Heshila provided such warm and attentive service—explaining every dish with care and making the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The whole team at Lemuria truly goes above and beyond. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed 5 nights at Constance Lemuria with our 2 daughters. We had some issues before and during our arrival, but I must admit that the staff really made an effort to balance the situation. At the end it was a wonderful experience. Prior to our arrival, I had serious difficulties to get an answer to my emails trying to book dinner at the restaurants. I had to insist several times, and even escalate to the general manager, until I got a confirmation. During our arrival, and despite the fact that I have asked several times to get our two rooms together (like we had had during the previous days at Constance Ephelia), they were in 2 separated floors. I complained, but the only option was to move to 2 rooms at the same level after 2 nights (which we declined to avoid unpacking and packing again). Not what we expected. Then, just a few hours after our arrival, I got a message asking me to go "urgently" to the reception to pay 500€ (as if I would run away): it was because my daughter had had her 13th birthday the day before, and therefore we had to pay more. In addition, her access to the kids club was rejected in a quite unfriendly when tried to bring her there, although she had been the days before our arrival at the Kids Club of Constance Ephelia. I was honestly quite surprised and upset, so I complained to the general manager. He apologized for the situation and issued a credit to our account. In addition, the hotel organized a beautiful "aperitivo" for us at the top of the golf course. Despite these initial hiccups, most of the staff of the hotel was very friendly and available to attend any request from our side. The hotel is in a beautiful location, very nicely built and the nature and beaches surrounding it are just breathtaking. The restaurant buffets and restaurants offer high quality and very well-prepared meals, with in the case of Diva even match the level of a Michelin-star restaurant. They also made everything possible to adapt to the celiac condition of my wife and daughters: from preparing in advance gluten free-pancakes at the breakfast to adapt the menu at the restaurants. They even made the effort to prepare in advance a gluten free Valrhona chocolate dessert at the restaurant "the Nest" (from the staff, we must thank specially both Melan and Mark for their service). At Diva, they even brought us the menu to the beach during the day to order in advance anything so they could adapt the meal (amazing attention from Tanmay!). From the breakfast staff, I would like to thank Davi, Titon, Dilbar and Guillaume. Also the service at the beach was great, helping us to find the right spot, bring us fresh water and offering towels... just perfect, thanks to Eugene. In summary, despite the troubled start our stay at Constance Ephelia was just great... highly recommendable!
