The atmosphere of the hotel is truly one of a kind. You are surrounded by beautiful nature and calming silence, with stunning sunrises and breathtaking views. You can either relax on the shining white-sand beach, go on a kayak tour, enjoy a soothing massage at the spa, or take part in activities such as yoga classes, badminton, table tennis, or excursions to even more hidden gems. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, so everyone should be able to find something to their taste. Prices are higher than in average Thai restaurants, but still reasonable. At first, there were a few things that bothered us, but once we addressed them at the reception, they were taken care of in no time. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is quite secluded, and you cannot reach anything nearby on foot. Additionally, there was a construction site near our room; however, it did not bother us, as the work started late enough in the morning and we spent our days at the beach anyway. All in all, this place truly deserves to be called paradise!

We arrived at this upscale four-star hotel today. The location is stunning, right on the beach, with beautiful surroundings and a very nice room. That was exactly why we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the highlights end there. 1. No gym – completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. For a hotel in this category, we expect a small indoor gym. Instead, there is an outdoor “fitness trail” in the jungle with a few signs explaining exercises. A nice idea in theory, but nowhere near what a four-star resort should offer. For anyone who enjoys proper training, it feels more like a joke than a serious facility. 2. Italian restaurant: expensive, small portions, not authentic – and inflexible. Prices are high, yet the portions are surprisingly small. The restaurant tries to present itself as fine dining but doesn’t quite deliver – neither in flavour nor in atmosphere. The menu didn’t appeal to us, and the overall experience felt rather mediocre. On top of that, a basic item like bruschetta isn’t on the menu. When we asked about it, staff didn’t offer to prepare a simple version; they simply pointed out that guests can order what is listed on the menu. Very rigid, very unaccommodating, and far from the hospitality one would expect at this level. 3. 17% added to every price – absolutely everything. Every price comes with an additional 7% tax + 10% service charge. Whether it’s food, drinks, or the hotel-organised bus transfer, a total of 17% is added on top. This makes everything unnecessarily expensive and frankly takes the joy out of spending money here. For a resort positioning itself in the four-star segment, the overall package simply doesn’t hold up. Beautiful place, lovely room, but the substance falls far short of what you would expect for this price.

Paradise lost and now found again. I cannot believe such a relaxing 5 star service on this island. So close to Phuket and Krabi. You have to visit. The GM personally takes care of all food and beverage and we came for two night and I want to stay longer. Amazing wine list at very affordable prices. No need to worry at all. Food was wow. Well above my expectations. Staff are attentive and we’re always on call. Will I be back? Sure in a heart beat. Many thanks again to Urs and amazing team. Once again, thanks for a wonderful experience.

What a lovely experience. Me and partner stayed here for 11 nights. Welcomed by Eddy, customer relation manager. Amazing person. Would like to thank Tan, manager, who on request changed our room to our liking. Special thanks to Da who organised tv channel for me to watch Australian NRL finals. Magnificent! We were so happy to discover this gem! All the staff were so friendly and professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. And it is clear that the manager is very involved and takes alot of care and pride. We stayed for 7 nights and sampled quite alot of the menu, and everything was perfectly cooked. Also the main restaurant was very fairly priced. Tge rooms were very well kept, and eventhough the villas are close together, there is excellent privacy with heavily tinted windows. The bay is beautiful and calm, with a nice long shallow shelf for snorkeling/swimming at high tide and an interesting place to explore at low tide. Thanks for a very memorable week in Paradise!
