Paradise Resort Koh Yao Noi is a real paradise - one of the most luxurious and special 5-star hotels I have ever stayed at in Thailand. First of all, a Huge Thank You to Mr. Urs Aebi, the General Manager, whose hospitality is truly top-notch. You can immediately feel the difference when a resort is led by someone genuinely passionate, present, and focused on guest experience. His leadership towards his team and attention to detail makes the whole stay feel warm, personal, and very well managed. From the moment you arrive, everything feels calm, exclusive, and beautifully curated - the remote location, the nature, the silence, and the incredible sea views. The resort is perfectly integrated into the hillside, with charming villas and studios that feel private and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the views are absolutely dreamy (especially in the morning). The beach is stunning, soft sand, and the water is a crystal-clear green - perfect for swimming and relaxing. The service is outstanding: incredibly friendly staff, everything is perfectly organized, and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. The food is delicious, the beach bar is amazing, and the resort also offers great activities such as spa treatments, yoga, kayaking, and island hopping tours. This paradise gem truly allowed us to disconnect completely and enjoy Thailand in the most peaceful and luxurious way. Highly recommended - we will definitely return!

A beautiful place to relax in the midst of a busy Thailand holiday. 4 nights there in the treehouse villas was just enough to recharge the batteries ready to go again. Never overcrowded or busy. Plenty of places by a lovely private beach to relax and watch the wildlife. Hornbills, monkeys, lizards plus the occasional cicada. Staff are very helpful as you'd expect with transfers to and from the island arranged at a reasonable cost. Great choice of food on the menu and catered for my wife's seafood allergy with no problem. Mini bar is also well stocked. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. Everything was spotless and the service was outstanding the staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a massage, a body scrub and a yoga session, all of which were fantastic. The beach is absolutely paradise. Getting around the island from the resort can be a bit tricky, so it’s better for a shorter stay, but overall it was a truly special experience. My partner even proposed here with a beautifully organised romantic setup unforgettable! 💍✨

An incredibly beautiful place and a stunning hotel. We stayed here for two nights but wish we had stayed longer. The most beautiful location for a hotel se been to traveling around thailand. One evening they offered complimentary drinks and snacks by a bonfire, and during the day they handed out fruit skewers. However, it is very far from everything else, and you have to eat at the hotel restaurant, since there is no other alternatives. The food there is okay but very expensive. The Thai food is not very authentic. The breakfast was nice and had most things, but the Thai dishes in particular were rather bland. The service at the restaurant was not very good. We could arrive first but still ended up ordering last (despite having a impatient baby). One day we ordered a chicken sandwitch at the bar and had to wait more than an hour.

Paradise truly lives up to its name — it really feels like paradise. The whole experience reminded me of being in a Julia Roberts movie. You reach the island by speedboat, the wind in your hair, waves splashing, then you take a tuk tuk whic takes you offroading to reach the location.. your trolley bag swinging here and there while you try to keep your balance. It’s a bit chaotic in the moment, but honestly, that little adventure makes the arrival even more memorable. And then you finally reach… and you just know it was worth it. The ambience is absolutely beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the overall vibe is pure magic. It’s one of those places that photos don’t fully capture — you have to be there to feel it. Worth every single penny. ✨
