Last time I stayed at the Tree House Villas next door, and the experience was truly perfect. There were very few people around this time last year. The hotel owner Josef and several shareholders were all there. We'd run into each other at breakfast every morning and often had chats later on. I really loved the food in the restaurant and had a great conversation with the head chef, Mr. Peera. He even gave me a precious self - developed recipe before I left. Since I got back, I've recommended this hotel to my friends and guests countless times because the impression was just so wonderful. From the reception to the service and the smiles on every staff member's face, everything left a deep impression on me. This time, since I'm traveling with kids, I had to choose the Paradise Hotel next door. Since it's under the same company, I wasn't worried at first. The service was great and very friendly when I called to make a reservation. But as soon as we arrived at the hotel pier by boat, we immediately felt the different treatment. After reaching the room, I still politely gave a tip. But there were a lot of ants in the room. I waited 30 minutes for the staff to come and deal with it, and I still gave a tip. When we had dinner in the restaurant, a male manager asked every table for feedback on the food, except ours. No matter what we did, he seemed to stop us, and I really couldn't understand this attitude. Before ordering food, I asked them for a mosquito - repellent spray. It wasn't until almost the end of the meal that I asked again and they finally brought it. I asked if they could send it to my room and got a positive reply. But I waited in the room for forty minutes and nothing happened. I respect everyone who works hard, so the tip is my recognition and support for them. Writing this really spoils my mood, but I still hope it can get attention because I think the service and experience of a hotel are crucial. From my interactions with the hotel owner and shareholders, they're gentle, talkative and interesting. P.S Thanks to the hotel for paying attention to details. Today, a manager named Dao came to listen to me and explained everything. She was very professional, polite and patient. I hope the hotel business will thrive. Sincere and kind - hearted staff members deserve all the praise and support.

Magnificent! We were so happy to discover this gem! All the staff were so friendly and professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. And it is clear that the manager is very involved and takes alot of care and pride. We stayed for 7 nights and sampled quite alot of the menu, and everything was perfectly cooked. Also the main restaurant was very fairly priced. Tge rooms were very well kept, and eventhough the villas are close together, there is excellent privacy with heavily tinted windows. The bay is beautiful and calm, with a nice long shallow shelf for snorkeling/swimming at high tide and an interesting place to explore at low tide. Thanks for a very memorable week in Paradise!

Service Feedback During our stay, I had unfortunately experienced an accident prior to arrival, which made it difficult for me to walk. Naturally, I hoped for a bit more attentiveness in service for guests with limited mobility. To be fair, the operational staff at the restaurant were attentive and welcoming. However, I noticed that the higher-level staff did not extend the same level of care or greeting, which created a sense of unequal treatment. Even if additional assistance could not be provided, the service standard should still be consistent and inclusive for all guests. I truly hope this can be improved, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We stayed here for 8 nights in August. Our stay at Paradise KohYao exceeded our expectations. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to include a plunge pool, the room itself was spacious and the garden/sea views were stunning. We really enjoyed the food and drink options (recommend the mango sticky rice!). The resort itself is tucked away in its own bay which was what appealed to us. There are plenty of activities to do at the resort (kayak, paddle boarding, badminton, volleyball etc) however it’s also the most ideal place to relax and unwind. The resort included small touches such as the welcome drink on arrival, turn down service at night and live entertainment which impressed us. We also got engaged during our stay at Paradise KohYao so this place will always be memorable to us. We will most definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. All the hotel staff went above and beyond, the food at the restaurants on site was great and everything was extremely well kept and presented. The room itself was beautiful with a stunning view. You are really immersed amongst nature at this resort. The only challenging aspect was accessing the resort via a dirt road which got very muddy and slippery after rain, but it is possible to get wharf transfer for an extra cost.
