If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the Maiora restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Guests will also be allowed to use the wellness areas at the Resort.

Seven Sports bar serves guests pub style plates & small bites 12pm - 2am

Revo Café serves International gastronomy - 7am to 10pm

View 180 is open to guests 10am- 2 am however is adults 21+ only past 7pm [Requires Supplement]

The housekeeping team was absolutely wonderful! Our room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. Every day they paid attention to the smallest details and made us feel so comfortable. Our stay didn’t start well, but thanks to the amazing staff it turned into a wonderful experience. Upon raising our concerns, Vera, the duty manager, went above and beyond to upgrade our stay and was genuinely apologetic for the issues we faced on arrival. Her professionalism and kindness completely changed our impression of the hotel. We also had a great experience with the pool manager, who made sure everything at the rooftop pool was smooth and enjoyable despite how busy it can get. Thanks to the team, we ended up feeling well taken care of and appreciated as guests. Their dedication to customer service truly stands out — we will definitely will be recommending the hotel to our friends.

I want to say a big, thank you, to all the employees of this hotel. Because it was our first holiday experience in Dubai and it was incredible. Very friendly staff who help with all needs. The perfect cleanliness in every corner of this hotel was very pleasantly surprised. Great cleaners who cleaned the room every day, special thanks to Nelson&Santosh. Very tasty food a large and sufficient selection of different dishes. We recommend and will return to this incredible place again!

Perfect Family Stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm Our recent stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm was nothing short of brilliant! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us and our children feel incredibly welcome. The check-in was smooth, and they even went the extra mile to make the kids feel special – little touches that really stood out. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but everything here was designed to make families feel at ease. The pool area quickly became our kids’ favorite spot – safe, fun, and with plenty of space to relax while we enjoyed the sunshine. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone (even the pickiest little eaters!). The staff in the restaurant were so attentive, always smiling and happy to help. Location-wise, it’s perfect – right on the Palm, close to attractions, yet peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day exploring. Overall, NH Collection Dubai The Palm exceeded our expectations. It’s not just a luxury hotel, but a place where families truly feel at home. We’ll definitely be back – our kids are already asking when we can return!

We loved every second of our one week stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast was always fresh, varied, and delicious, setting the tone for each day. Housekeeping deserves a special mention our housekeeper, Dipendra, was absolutely fantastic. He kept our room spotless every day and was always so kind and attentive, making sure all our requests were taken care of with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located on the Palm. The rooftop pool is a highlight with its 180° view of the Marina, the Wheel, and the Dubai skyline, it was simply breathtaking and one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Relaxing there truly made us feel like we were in paradise. This trip was extra special for us as we got engaged during our stay, and the hotel will forever hold a lifetime memory in our hearts. Thank you to the whole team for making our experience unforgettable. We cannot wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai
