We would like to thank Ali for the check-out. Thanks to him, it was very quick. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are always clean and gorgeous. The food is wonderful, very delicious. The only problems were at check-in when we first arrived. The reception did not provide us with much necessary information for our stay. We discovered them by chance during our stay (such as a private bus that takes you for free to Emirates Mall). The restaurant, although beautiful, is dirty. Most of the chairs are stained, and we even found some of them wet. Not to mention the water. It is charged and very expensive. In a four-star hotel, this is really in bad taste. We thank all the restaurant staff and the boy on the tenth floor who cleaned our room. Always attentive and kind guys. Thank you.

❌ Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Worth It ❌
My stay at NH Collection Hotel Palm was far from pleasant. The staff were very unhelpful during check-in and throughout my stay, unable to handle even the simplest requests. Information about the loyalty program was unclear and the terms and conditions were confusing, making it quite useless. 😕
The hygiene standards were shockingly poor. The corridors and common areas smelled like mold masked with a lemongrass scent, resulting in a very unpleasant odor. 🤢 Customer service was terrible; when I highlighted these issues at check-out, no one seemed to care. Someone finally called after I filled in a post-stay survey, but when I asked them to call me back because I was busy, they never did. 📞❌
I really regret staying there. Overall, this experience was not worth it and I would not recommend staying here. 🚫👎

Great place to stay, clean and nice view rooms and just all round great people who work there. We had the best house keeper. Hamid, looked after us in room 958. We are so grateful. Got us an extra duvet when needed, supplied us with water. Hope he enjoyed the 2 lil chocolates we left for him when he was cleaning the rooms. Thanks to all Thomas and Laura

Room wasn’t with a view but it’s okay, but the room smelled like mold or not dry sheets, asked to be changed but was similar but barely any smell. The hotel is in good area but less family friendly. Breakfast has great collection and most of the time there are many people so the food stays fresh.
Water is free but has to stay in the room, but only thing that I didn’t get is that I never got asked to pay for Ice.
Beach is great and the swimming pool as well .
