If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the Maiora restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Guests will also be allowed to use the wellness areas at the Resort.

Seven Sports bar serves guests pub style plates & small bites 12pm - 2am

Revo Café serves International gastronomy - 7am to 10pm

View 180 is open to guests 10am- 2 am however is adults 21+ only past 7pm [Requires Supplement]

Great holiday at the NH Collection Dubai The Palm. Such a shame it's our last night. The service from all staff across the whole hotel has been nothing short of AMAZING. The views from the 180 rooftop pool are incredible, the sports bar alone caters to everyone for all sports, Jim who is a Liverpool fan made sure we were looked after with the best seats and our drinks were always topped up. Make sure you ask for Jim and he will make you laugh and give you great service. The location is perfect from the malls and beach not to mention a free shuttle bus to and from the Emirates mall. Global village and Miracle garden just a short cab ride away. All in all fantastic holiday and we will be back again soon.

Overall, we had a very good holiday experience at the NH Hotel. On the downside, I have to mention the issues with finding available sunbeds both at the rooftop pool and on the nearby hotel beach, as many were reserved by guests early in the morning. The food was decent, though it seemed to prioritize quantity over quality. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, especially Pathum, who cleaned our room and did a fantastic job.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities were well maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of a very high standard. I would like to give special recognition to Mamdough, the duty manager, who was outstanding throughout my visit. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a significant difference to my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Maiora. The service was excellent, and I would like to specially mention Piyumi, the waitress who served us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Her warm attitude and excellent service made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Thank you, Piyumi, for the great hospitality! Highly recommended!

we stayed 6nights at NH dubai the palm and i can only highly recommend. We had room 1246 looking out onto the road and a side view of the ocean. The room was very clean and all amenities were good. It was somewhat loud at night, but the extra comfy bed sent us to dreamland faster than we could think. Room service was excellent and Pathum in particular was very attentive, friendly and professional. My only negative remark that has. othibg to do with the hotel is the loud beach clubs where the hotel had its sunbeds. It was an incessant blast of music from all corners, relaxation was difficult. Mgmt should consider liasing with the beach Clubs to have quiet times and only turn on their music from 4pm onwards. Honestly, nobody needs disco/club music at full bass at 0900am…
