Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. In all the places we’ve travelled, this has truly been the best ever when it comes to hospitality. Every detail—from the warm atmosphere to the attentive service—made us feel genuinely valued as guests. A special shout-out to Robert at the reception. He welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism, instantly making us feel at home. Throughout the day, he was incredibly helpful, answering questions, offering guidance, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His dedication and kindness left a lasting impression. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff here is incredibly kind , helpful, and always with a smile on their faces. Their breakfast menu was good and delicious and their lunch options were very good as well! The hotel is very new and clean, the rooms are very nice, albeit a little small. Their private beach is wonderful , they provide towel service and make sure people don’t hog sunbeds. Be aware it fills up by about 9:30am! Overall had an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone else!

Hotel is nice, modern corresponding with the 4 star level. Breakfast was delicious just the egges Florentine were overcooked and cood as they were just laying there not fresh made. We ran into a problem with a soft drink voucher that Radisson offers to guests who choose more sustainable stay. Nobody in this hotel knew about this programme and kept throwing us like a hot potato between departments. In the end the front office supervisor solved this issue to our satisfaction - appreciate that! The Chinawhite, which is part of the hotel, is free for hotel guests but only some days of the week. We were lucky to stay in those days and had access to this rooftop pool. If you get a room on the lower floor, you’ll hear a lot music from the hotel bars. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3.5–4 stars) Booked a 1-bed suite for 4 days. The room was a good size, very clean, and the hotel overall feels new and well maintained. Having been coming to Dubai on and off for 20 years, we thought we’d try a smaller beachfront hotel this time instead of a large resort — and overall, it’s a nice little place. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the sea-view room we had requested months ago and ended up with a room above the entrance/rear side, which turned out to be traffic-jam central! On weekends the noise goes on until around 4 a.m. when the nearby beach bars finally close and everyone heads home — so not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. The pool area is decent for a smaller hotel, though the beds both here and on the beach go fast by 9 a.m. You’ll need to be quick or keep an eye out for people leaving if you want a spot. The beach area itself is lovely — good vibe, nice music, and tasty food. The sunbeds are proper ones with thick mattresses, plus there are large beanbags and plenty of relaxed seating areas. All in all, clean, comfortable, and as expected — just wish we’d had the sea-view room and a little more peace at night!

A wonderful hotel with a great location, and the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help! But I’m giving it 3 stars because there are several nearby venues that are very noisy. If your windows face the pool side, you will hear loud music and noise until 3 AM every single night. Another downside is that we rented a car from ‘ARB Yachts’. I consider this part of the hotel’s responsibility because this company operates directly inside the hotel, and guests automatically trust them due to the strong reputation of Radisson hotels. How can such a powerful and reputable hotel work with unreliable companies? The ARB Yachts staff were very polite and even offered us a discount, but they never mentioned that insurance is paid separately. As a result, the final price of the car was 800 AED higher than what we initially agreed on. We accepted it because they assured us that the insurance covered ALL types of damage. When we returned the car, their employee inspected it and told me everything was fine. Two hours later, I received a message from ARB Yachts claiming that they had found damage that supposedly wasn’t there before. They sent me photos and a video showing a crack on the turn signal. Then they started pressuring me to pay 900 AED for replacing it, even though two days earlier they had guaranteed that the insurance was fully comprehensive and covered everything. After reviewing my own photos and videos — which were taken by the company’s staff on the day the rental started — I saw that the crack was already there. Once I confronted them and proved it, they said, “Oh, sorry.” In reality, this is just a scam for those who don’t know how to defend themselves. If it had been a girl in my place, or someone who doesn’t know how to stand up for themselves, they would have paid the 900 AED. ARB Yachts, please stop deceiving people. If your employee inspected the car together with me and said everything was fine, then it is either your problem or the problem of your careless staff. Claiming that you ‘didn’t see’ the damage earlier and trying to take money from me is dishonest and raises the question: ‘Why is Radisson working with them?’ To sum up: 1. The hotel is wonderful. 2. The staff are excellent. 3. I do not recommend ARB Yachts to anyone. 4. The loud music from nearby venues was disturbing and made it hard to sleep.
