Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is based on the entrance of the palm which was great if we wanted to go elsewhere in the evenings as it was easier to leave the palm. The palm is extremely busy in the evenings by car so this was an added bonus. The hotel room itself was really nice and well stocked with everything that we needed. We even requested robes and they came within minutes the staff at this hotel are really polite and friendly and good the extra mile to help you the pool and the rooftop pool is really nice. I would recommend the rooftop pool. It's not very expensive to go up there either.

We are having a great stay here and the food and cleanliness levels are really high. We are very impressed with Jakir our housekeeper, he's doing a great job. We would only say the noise levels in our room are a bit high because of traffic outside our room, but staff are working to see if we can change.

The resort location, amenities, and staff (mostly Robert) exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast at the resort restaurant was delicious, I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We are currently staying at the Radisson Beach Palm Jumeirah. We are very satisfied. The location is very central. Our room is beautifully furnished and, always very clean. I especially want to highlight the housekeeping staff member, Sumon, who takes care of our room. He checks if we need anything, is incredibly attentive, thorough, and very friendly. The room is spotless every day. In general, all the staff members are very friendly and helpful, which makes the whole stay even more pleasant.

Very nice hotel, clean, with a great heated pool - sadly we only tried the one at the first floor because we were with our 4 years old daughter. The food is good and also the view of the palm from the eating area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel beach was in renovation which was a little inconvenient for us, but overall it was a great stay.
