The hotel has great aesthetics, our room was really nice, the cleaning service was amazing and it's a great location in order to get to places. The not so positive things are that there was nothing going on in the hotel!: it was dead silent at dinner, no music, barely any people around, no entertainment team or activities within the hotel and the food was very average and we had the issue of there being no buffet for dinner, only the same set menu EVERY NIGHT. Because of this we found ourselves always making plans outside and not spending any time in the hotel unless we were sleeping or getting ready. If you're looking to spend majority of your time outside the hotel sightseeing then it's A reasonable option, but we think you can find something at a similar price point on the palm with a better atmosphere xx

Beautiful hotel! I've stayed in the corner room, it has stunning views, you can look out the windows for hours! The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly =). Breakfast is delicious with a great variety of food and a fantastic view from the roof. I can’t wait to visit this place again .

Insufficient Shower Facilities: There were only 2 showers available for the entire residence, both located in the pool area. This was highly inconvenient, especially during peak times. Lack of Beach and Pool Amenities: The beach and pool area did not have coffee shops or any facility to order even just a water. Such amenities were lacking making it very unwilling to spend time there. And the beach stuff was so unfriendly even we asked them to close the umbrella and he just told us change your seats. Not Sufficient Room Supplies: I didn't find any liquid soap in the room, which is an essential necessity. Bad Scheduling of Room Service: Sometimes room service does not knock on your door until you are out. It would show up when guests were still in their rooms most of times; this led to disturbance and inconveniences. Towel Replacement Issue: During room servicing old towels are not replaced with new ones by housekeeping staffs; this is extremely inappropriate for such level hotel as this one. Poor Breakfast Experience: There were no proper breakfast facilities at the hotel. The rooftop breakfast area was scorching hot while the other restaurant had incomplete services making dining experience very unpleasant indeed.

Pros: * Valet parking was convenient. * Breakfast had a great variety and a nice view. * Staff were friendly and helpful. * Room was quiet despite being 5th floor facing bars and restaurants. Cons: * Check-in line was long (15-20 minutes). * Sea view room was small with limited balcony space. * Construction blocked the nice marina view. * Pool water was murky (they said it's a chemical reaction, not sure I believe it). * Top floor pool was closed for renovations. * Crowded pool, sea too hot to cool off (summer time). Overall: Not the best value for money for a relaxing stay. Great location for partying, not for unwinding.

I recently stayed at Radisson, and while the overall experience had its highlights, there were several issues that significantly marred my stay. Firstly, despite the hotel's strict no-smoking policy around the pool area, I observed numerous guests smoking freely without any intervention from the staff. This blatant disregard for the rules left me very dissatisfied. It was one of the most hypocritical situations I've encountered, as the enforcement of this policy seemed nonexistent. Moreover, during our evening at the hotel's restaurant, I was taken aback to find that smoking was allowed in this enclosed dining space. This is both highly inconvenient and unethical, as it exposes all diners to secondhand smoke, detracting from the overall dining experience. Additionally, I was quite discontented with the restricted hours for beach and pool access. Guests were not allowed to use these facilities before 8 AM or after sunset. This policy seems senseless, particularly in the case of the pool, which poses minimal risk due to its shallow depth. These restrictions greatly limited our enjoyment of the amenities, especially during early mornings and evenings when it would have been most pleasant to swim. In summary, while the hotel boasts luxury and refinement, its failure to enforce its own smoking policies, the allowance of smoking in an enclosed restaurant environment, and the unreasonable access restrictions for the beach and pool are major drawbacks. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to enhance the comfort and satisfaction of all their guests.
