It's a great hotel, with amazing service. The amenities are way above a 4 star+ rating, with a lovely beach, rooftop pool and a good selection of bars and restaurants. However, what makes the hotel absolutely a joy to be in is its lovely and friendly staff. Sayed at the front desk made everything possible for us: early checkin, bday cake for my wife, and enjoying a wonderful breakfast until our room was ready. Rami, the front desk manager, is attentive to all guests' demands. Really, service is awesome all around the hotel! Kudos to the team!

I stayed at the Radisson for 11 days and could not recommend the service and team highly enough. Throughout my stay, the concierge, valet, and housekeeping staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming. My room was cleaned daily by Uttam, and it was always spotless. I felt completely at ease knowing my belongings were safe and well cared for. The valet team—Likhil, Bonny, Nigus, and Fazal—were exceptional. They took great care of my vehicles, recommended excellent restaurants, and were always willing to help in any way possible. An outstanding team that truly elevates the experience beyond just a great building. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby places. What really stood out was the service—especially Ali, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. Ali went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, from check-in to answering questions and offering great recommendations. Thanks to Ali’s and Rami’s professionalism and friendliness, the experience felt personal and stress-free. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah team! All the staff members were friendly, kind, helpful, and did their best to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is new and clean, with a very stylish interior and a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious, chefs and waiters did a wonderful job. The room cleaning and the laundry service were wonderful as well. The hotel’s location is great, offering an easy access to the downtown and main attractions. The Palm West Beach promenade right in front of the hotel is a very nice place for runs and walks. The views from the hotel are stunning, especially at sunset. There was a pleasant international atmosphere at the hotel, with visitors from all over the world and of different ages. We will be happy to return here again! P.S. Special thanks to Ahmed at the reception! He kindly took into consideration all our requests regarding accommodation, and was very helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay! Staff at concierge, bell service team, very professional and welcoming. Michael assisted us on our morning of departure; He was kind, courteous and a true ambassador in service care and excellence. Our room was very neat and clean. We had a sewage smell that came from the toilet when the seat cover was not on. Breakfast could do with an improvement in service. Personnel speed of service could be better. The professionalism in clearing service could also be improved; not stacking plates on the tables whilst guests are seated. It just requires a bit more finesse. Tables set up with cutlery versus cutlery at a station. Overall we had an amazing stay. The location is fantastic to explore West Beach and we had a lovely time doing so. We will definitely be back!
