had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were professional and always ready to help. A special thank you to Ali from the bellboy team, who truly made a great impression. He was friendly, polite, and went out of his way to assist with our luggage and make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. His excellent service added a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to coming back again!

I stayed at the Radisson Hotel on the Palm for two weeks with my daughter. It was a truly perfect vacation, even though I've stayed at other hotels in Dubai. The Radisson made us feel like we were in a small, intimate setting where everything was perfect and seamless: the room was cleaned every day with changed sheets, the pool was always clean, and the lounge chairs were meticulously looked after. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The cuisine offered a wide variety of options, with very good, high-quality food. The manager was always present and attentive, and the staff were truly top-notch. Thank you for the wonderful vacation we had. Many thanks to all the staff for their excellent work, and a heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were always impeccable in their scheduling and kindness.

I stayed at the Radisson for 11 days and could not recommend the service and team highly enough. Throughout my stay, the concierge, valet, and housekeeping staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming. My room was cleaned daily by Uttam, and it was always spotless. I felt completely at ease knowing my belongings were safe and well cared for. The valet team—Likhil, Bonny, Nigus, and Fazal—were exceptional. They took great care of my vehicles, recommended excellent restaurants, and were always willing to help in any way possible. An outstanding team that truly elevates the experience beyond just a great building. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Beach Resort. The hotel was excellent in every way — very clean, modern, and perfectly located right on the beach. The atmosphere was relaxing and the facilities were top quality. I would especially like to mention Ahmed, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He always made sure everything was perfect and made us feel very welcome. Thanks to him and the entire team, our stay was truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

It's a great hotel, with amazing service. The amenities are way above a 4 star+ rating, with a lovely beach, rooftop pool and a good selection of bars and restaurants. However, what makes the hotel absolutely a joy to be in is its lovely and friendly staff. Sayed at the front desk made everything possible for us: early checkin, bday cake for my wife, and enjoying a wonderful breakfast until our room was ready. Rami, the front desk manager, is attentive to all guests' demands. Really, service is awesome all around the hotel! Kudos to the team!
