I have only positive things to say about this hotel. The entire hotel is perfectly clean and beautifully designed. The rooms were great, good size, bright and open and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was always well-stocked and plenty of room in the breakfast room even at peak times. The location is amazing, the palm is the best place to stay in dubai in my opinion. The best part about this hotel though was the staff, every single person we came into contact with in this hotel was so lovely and kind and helpful. Our flight home was cancelled which resulted in us needing to call airlines through international calls, the staff on reception helped us to do this and didn’t charge us due to our situation which was such a kind gesture. We then had to stay an extra two nights which they helped us with also, making our situation so much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning if I’m ever back in Dubai.

I had such a great experience at Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah❤️. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was so friendly and welcoming ,they really made me feel at home. The bellboy was kind and super helpful with my bags, which I really appreciated. Big thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout my stay, and to the operations team for making everything run so smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Thank u so much for the good hospitality , can't wait to visit again😊.

Amazing Buffet Experience! We had a wonderful time at the buffet – everything was simply perfect! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of traditional and international dishes. What truly made the evening special was the staff – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout the night. A big thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, amazing rooms, amazing staff, amazing hotel! Best place me and my family have ever stayed. The staff are so welcoming and quick to help. The views from the pool are amazing and all round a fantastic time and it’s only day 2 for us, our two children love it! The reception staff are so helpful and kind and it’s made our first trip to Dubai unbelievable we will definitely be coming back again and again! Perfection. Thank you guys!

Beautiful interior, great beach vibes, and super fresh seafood. The Kamchatka crab and scallops were delicious, and the Cheburashka dessert was such a fun surprise! Service was top-notch — friendly and attentive staff. Perfect spot for a relaxed dinner or a special night out. Definitely coming back!
