My stay at the Radisson Beach Hotel was exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, offering everything you could wish for within easy reach. The service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding — every staff member was attentive, friendly, and professional. A very special mention goes to the manager, Rami. He is incredibly welcoming, respectful, and truly dedicated to guest satisfaction. He listens carefully to every request and ensures that all needs are met with genuine care. His hospitality made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-level service, perfect location, and a team that truly values its guests. I will definitely be returning!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had a fantastic experience. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service. I would like to give a special thank you to Ahmed from the night shift. His hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. Whether it was assisting with late-night inquiries, arranging what I needed promptly, or simply greeting me with kindness after a long day, Ahmed consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive, and his service truly elevated my stay. The hotel is lucky to have him as part of the team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff here is incredibly kind , helpful, and always with a smile on their faces. Their breakfast menu was good and delicious and their lunch options were very good as well! The hotel is very new and clean, the rooms are very nice, albeit a little small. Their private beach is wonderful , they provide towel service and make sure people don’t hog sunbeds. Be aware it fills up by about 9:30am! Overall had an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone else!

The biggest compliments go to the kitchen – the food is excellent, varied and truly the best part of the hotel. Every bite is delicious, and the kitchen staff are extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are tidy, cleaned every day and towels are changed regularly. However, the storage space is too small, which makes it difficult to stay longer. The reception staff is correct and friendly. The biggest problem is the organization of the beach. The beach has a small capacity, and the hotel policy is to remove towels from the sun loungers if you are gone for half an hour, which creates additional pressure and affects the quality of your vacation. If you do not arrive early in the morning, there is a high probability that you will be left without sun loungers. The hotel also does not have a shuttle bus, which makes it difficult to get to the main locations in the city. In addition, it has happened several times that the staff does not want to call a regular taxi, as they prefer the more expensive hotel taxis, which increases costs and limits guests. Although the cuisine is top-notch and the restaurant staff is very dedicated, due to the aforementioned shortcomings – especially the beach situation – we probably wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again.
