Our stay at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel allowed us to check in early without any issues and even gave us a free room upgrade to the top floor. The room was much larger than we expected and had two bathrooms – something I’ve never experienced at this price point before. Everything was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. What stood out the most was the breathtaking restaurant – I’ve truly never seen anything like it in my life. It was a stunning setting with an unforgettable atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. In terms of value for money, it’s hard to imagine finding anything better in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Incredibly good price for a lovely hotel experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with many amenities but just a little bit dated - they are doing renovations soon. The service is absolutely outstanding, with so many great staff such as Lydia who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The food is very good quality and even better value - I had breakfast each day and ordered room service at night. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced (even the room service!), and well presented. It was just a short taxi ride into the city and they offer a free shuttle to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal for families, with ample space and activities for all ages. Friendly and attentive staff catering to our every need. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, providing ample space for our family to relax and unwind. What impressed us most was the exceptional service, particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was a true highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious, with excellent service each morning. What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, especially Mrs. Lydia, who is very warmth and attention to detail. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and was very pleased with the food and service. I was especially impressed by the kindness of the chef, who went out of his way to help my mom when she accidentally spilled her drink. He even offered her a new drink and kindly directed her to the restroom to freshen up. The food was absolutely fabulous—delicious and well-presented. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the food choices available were also excellent, making the overall dining experience very enjoyable. The only small adjustment I would suggest is that the furniture in the room is a bit worn out, and a little attention to the room's overall cleanliness could enhance the atmosphere. Despite these minor points, I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I look forward to returning!
