Great stay at Mitsis Norida Beach – with room for improvement in service We visited Mitsis Norida Beach on the island of Kos at the end of August and beginning of September 2024. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with lovely surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were fine — nothing particularly impressive, but clean, tidy, and comfortable, which was absolutely sufficient for our needs. We stayed on the ultra all-inclusive package, which was a big plus. Food and drinks were available nearly 24/7, and both were very good in terms of quality and variety. The biggest downside, unfortunately, was the service. Many of the staff members seemed visibly irritated or frustrated, as if serving guests was a burden. On several occasions, we experienced curt or unfriendly responses, even when asking for simple things like pool towels. It made us feel a bit unwelcome at times, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standard of the resort. Overall, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed the setting, food, and facilities. However, the staff’s attitude did impact our experience, and I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously. With some improvements in hospitality, this place could truly shine.

Almost 5 stars - here is my experience: We spent a wonderful week at this hotel as a small family — my partner, our 9-month-old baby, and I — and we truly had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, they showed genuine care and consideration, especially for our baby, which made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The food was consistently excellent across all the restaurants, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A special shout-out goes to the Crêperie and the pizza stand — not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the team working there also did an outstanding job. Their warm service and attention to detail really stood out. One of the things we appreciated most was how compact and well-organized the resort is. Everything — from the pool and gym to the restaurants and beach — is within just a few minutes’ walk, which made things very convenient, especially with a baby. The only minor downside was the quality of some of the soft drinks. Beverages like soda or water occasionally had a taste reminiscent of chlorine or saltwater. If this issue were addressed, I would have no hesitation in giving the hotel a full 5-star rating. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place to unwind.

A wonderful stay in a true five-star hotel We stayed at Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel for a week and it was a fantastic experience. We had two quiet rooms with a beautiful sea view – a real treat! The rooms were perfectly clean every day, and all the towels were changed regularly. The food was also delicious, fresh, and good. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional everywhere – from the reception to the bartenders and the restaurant team. A special thank you to Petro, who always took us around in his golf cart. Always cheerful, helpful, and super friendly – ​​he made our stay extra special. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

Beautiful hotel grounds and a dedicated team running the hotel to the best of their ability. Food was excellent and staff were attentive. However, if you are looking for a "ultra luxury" and peaceful hotel, this is not it. At full occupancy this hotel is chaotic, loud and over crowded. As I said, the staff work hard to address some of this but management need to understand what market they are aiming at. We had a lovely holiday but many guests were disappointed with the expectation set by the 5 Star luxury position.

It was a hotel we preferred for our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff was very warm and friendly. They were always smiling. Ms. Katerina was very helpful in solving a problem we had. The sea was very clean. I would like to stay again.
