We had the candlelit dinner in the garden, and it Was everything we could have hoped for. We got the opportunity to put together the menu ourselves, which made the evening extra special. Our waiter, Stavros was amazing! He was also partly companied by Anna from the staff, who has been amazing throughout our stay. Both so polite and helpful, and he made the experience and stay phenomenal. Would recommend this to anyone considering something similar. 10/10 across the board, and we look forward to coming back soon!

We stayed at the Mitsis Faliraki Hotel for one week in June 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a minute away from the city center and with direct beach access. The hotel offers only an all-inclusive option, so we went for it. The food was fine and drinks were nice. We spent most of our time at the hotel's beach, where the sunbeds are very comfortable, cozy, and inviting. Fresh towels were provided every day. The right side of the hotel beach is managed by Nikos, who made our stay so relaxing. His care and service were professional and top-notch. Nikos always gave us attention, provided exemplary service, plus he is a genuinely nice person. I recommend staying on the right side ;) Additionally, the beautiful welcoming smile from the blue-eyed bartender at the beach bar made it a pleasure to visit. Overall, the location, beach facilities, and outstanding service made our stay memorable.

Our experience at Mitsis Faliraki was absolutely fantastic! The service was exceptional, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The front desk and concierge staff were particularly great and really made our stay memorable. The entire property was clean and well-kept. We spent most of our time either by the pool or on the beach. The pool was stunning, and the snack options at the pool bar were great. Every restaurant we tried served delicious food, with the Greek restaurant being our favorite. The service was always prompt and friendly. This hotel also serves as a perfect base for exploring the island. We'd love to return someday.

We stayed here as a family of four for two weeks. The resort is excellent, lots of facilities and immaculately clean. We had a lovely sea view room, you could sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the evening entertainment. All restaurant options were very good, for us the outstanding ones were the Asian and Italian. The buffet is very extensive with loads of healthy options. Service all over was excellent with a special shout out to Panos and Demitris for their friendliness and constant attention. We really enjoyed the resort and can highly recommend it.

His welcoming nature and quick service made our beach days even more enjoyable. It was always a pleasure interacting with him. The restaurant service was also exceptional. Special thanks to Katerina, whose warm smile and attention to detail made every meal a delight. Her hospitality and professionalism are truly noteworthy. The entire team made our stay unforgettable, and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit!
